Hygienist Catherine is the best I have ever met. She did an amazing job. I have been to manu dentists for cleaning session, but she did the actual job and educated myself. Dr. Calvin also seemed friendly, and I look forward to my session with him.

I would highly recommend this dental office! They really care about the patients, are on time, do a great job and the service they provide is very professional. They go beyond their own personal time to fulfill the needs of their patients, especially when emergency services are needed. I cannot thank them enough for all that they do and continue to do for others.

Waited for 45 mins for the doctor but still no one attended.
I was in discomfort, took time from work, made an appointment but had a horrible experience.
Wasn’t expecting this based on the good reviews.
Staff was really polite and apologetic but this is totally unacceptable.

In November of 2017 I had the worst tooth pain imaginable! Went in on a Tuesday to see what was wrong, Dr. Faria found out I had a tooth infection and required a root canal! I was able to be scheduled a few days later, that Friday (that was required because of how inflamed my tooth was and had to be on antibiotics for a few days). I was terrified to get a root canal because of horror stories I heard in general, but Dr. Faria did a FANTASTIC job! He numbed my tooth so well I didn't feel a thing, and I have told everyone I have seen afterwards that I would get a root canal again if Dr. Faria were to do it!
The staff are absolutely amazing here, and so welcoming! I will always book my appointment with Catherine, we always have a great talk and does an amazing job cleaning my teeth, especially because I have one problem area with my gums! She never makes me feel bad about it, in fact she knows exactly what to do! She's so funny and always remembers my interests. She really shows that she cares. My teeth always feel amazing after leaving here. Would highly recommend this office to anyone!

My family and I have been long time patients at Queensway Dental since Dr. Faria opened his doors. Calvin is very friendly and outgoing and treats all of his patients with dignity and respect. The front office staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces.

I went to Queensway Dental to fix a crown and was totally satisfied with the care and treatment. Dr Krissy is awesome. She is very professional knowledgeable and kind. The staff are polite and helpful. I was in and out of the clinic in minutes. The clinic takes great care in following the safety of the patients during this COVID time. I always find my time at Queensway Dental to be relaxing. From the first hello with the receptionist, the hygienists and dentist through to booking my next appointment, I always feel like a friend who's come to visit. No matter which hygienist or dentist I meet, they are all well trained, customer service based people. They explain everything so well that I never have questions, without being overbearing or talking too much. Their fish tank calms down kids and parents alike.

I know Dr Kalvin Faria for few years now. He is a family person with great attitude and high values as a person and as professional.

When I started as a patient, I was living in the same building where his office is located. Few months later I ended moving to another city, I moved to Kitchener, Ontario.

I found excellent dentists in my area, even some Dr Faria referred to me. I tried few of them but nobody provided the level of service and confidence that he provide and I ended coming back to him. That means that me and my family we don't mind driving 1.5 hours as long as we can see the best dentist in our opinion.

My wife and kids are also patient of Dr Faria.

I have a condition in my mouth where I have to do a cleaning every three months and it requieres to be done in two different days. Each day I need 6 needles in my gums in each side of my mouth. 12 needles in total every three months. I don't think I would be able to handle that if is not for Dr Faria.

I only want to add that part of the excellent service is the attitude and professionalism of his staff. The customer service, in front desk is amazing, they provide help for every inquiere, notices before each appointment with the latest services in the tech industry, (ical, apple wallet, etc) and they always try to accommodate understanding the emergency and needs of the patient.

My hygienist Jordana is very good and professional as well, she knows how to push me and encourage me to be on top of my oral health.

I am so happy to be a patient of this fantastic team and I wish them all the success.
