Very good experience purchasing an Outlander PHEV with Farahaz Asmal. He even gave me his personal charger when there seemed to be an issue with mine.

The Sales Manager was direct to the point if they have what I wanted. His offers and discounts are better than the other dealerships that I've gone to. He knows the technical aspect of the car and discuss even some negative aspect of the car compared to other vehicles. He gives you the choice if you want to buy the car or not.

My Car buying experience was good. Both Farahaz and Audrey helped me out. They happily accommodated multiple changes to the financing. I did face some challenges to reach them off hours but those are off hours can't blame them for that.

The first thing hurdle I faced was how to unplug my car from the charger. Just is incase if you are buying an PHEV there is a charger unlock button in the under the left side of the steering wheel. It was freighting almost missed picking up my son.

Great customer service… without questions even asked, the staff will answer every doubt that you will imagine.

I'm giving 2 stars luckily. I loved my car and Will's service.he was the one who saved me from giving only 1 star. The attendant Farahaz who sold me the car was not polite at all, he did not show me any feature that the car had, he did a ridiculous after-sales service, not giving me any support. If at any time you are going to buy a car here, RUN from Farahaz's service. Look for Will, he is a great and attentive employee!

A big thank you to Andre in Service at Mitsubishi who worked his magic! We were to bring our SUV in for service and leave it for the day. We had an family emergency and needed our Outlander back as soon as possible in the morning. Not only did Andre get our Outlander out of service by 11: 00 am, but he also had Daniel shuttle me back and forth to the dealership. We are so appreciative of you going the distance. Also thank you Daniel for taking time out of your already busy schedule to do the shuttle. You guys are the best!

My car has been there for a month trying to fix recalls and I can’t even get a call back or answer

This location has bad and unreliable customer service. I wouldn't recommend sales or service from this location.

I bought my Mitsubishi in Kelowna after totaling my car on a cross-Canada road trip. The issues in my vehicle started piling up on my trip back to Toronto, but the team at Mitsubishi Queensway have been very helpful. Not only do they work as fast as they can to get you on with your day, they really take each customers’ situation into account and try to find the best solution (not only the most expensive one!). I’ve spent way more time here than I would have liked to, however all staff has only been kind and pleasant which makes it easier to be in a good mood. They also have comfortable chairs and wifi to get some work done while you’re waiting for service to be completed AND they have a shuttle service if they need to take your car for longer than a day.

Every person that we have had the experience to speak with has been very accommodating, and the service has been great

I recently purchased a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross from this dealership and I'm really happy about the service given by the sales representative "Will" and the whole team. He's a person who would not give any false promises and he will try to somehow give you the best possible option. I wanted a vehicle within 2 weeks and eventhough they didn't have any available Eclipse Cross trim and color I wanted he managed to arrange it within the time I requested. Great guy and great service. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good vehicle.

Terrible service department. I have been calling them since last week just to book a simple oil change appointment. The person at reception picks up the phone and asks to hold, once you are put on hold there is no response no matter how long you wait. No clue why booking an appointment in 2023 for oil change would be such a hassle.
