Queensway Optometric Centre

Every time I visit Queensway Optometric Centre, I am grateful, and truly amazed by the wonderful services they provide. Queensway Optometric has “state of the art” technology that can accurately test for a multitude of conditions that effect eye health. I can always trust this friendly team of professionals who work so efficiently together to provide the vision needs of my family. From testing for glaucoma, to being fitted for glasses and contact lenses, I am confident that I have the very best in the GTA serving us. Their collective expertise in all eye matters is second to none. Special thanks go out to office manager Terri, Mini and Dr. Yeung, who just recently fit me in to assess and treat an urgent vision matter that I was experiencing.
I don’t take chances with my eyesight, so I look to Queensway Optometric Centre – where the right solution is always crystal clear.

Today we went in with our 3 children ages 4-10 and met with Dr. Ranieri she was beyond amazing with the kids. She made it fun, inviting and not scary (especially for our 4 year old)
She took the time to explain everything and answered all my 100 questions. After the appointment was over, she walked us out and made sure my husband didn’t have any other questions since he was in the waiting room.
The staff were efficient, happy and quick. Validating my parking was an added bonus! All around an amazing experience I would totally recommend!

Also, Teresa, Atra and Rory helped me with my frame selection. For the first time in my life, I’ve found glasses that fit my face really well and the style looks good on me. I received so many compliments! I would 100% recommend coming here! The entire team is awesome!

Dr Karen Stafford and her entire staff are unbelievable. After being referred to them by a friend, they diagnosed my retinal detachment - which probably would have gone unnoticed with my other optometrist. They quite literally saved my sight and for that I am forever grateful. The staff here is always friendly and profesional and answer all questions. Nothing but great experience and expertise at this clinic.

What a team! Dr. Ranieri, Susanna and Rory went above and beyond. They listened to my concerns and worked together to make sure my progressive lenses worked for me the way they should. They were patient and committed to making me happy. I'm only sorry I didn't discover them sooner.

My family and I have been patients at Queensway Optometric Centre for about 5 years. We see Dr. Stafford who is wonderful. She is a knowledgeable and thorough practitioner who is personable and extremely patient with young kids.
The administrative staff are friendly and helpful. The dispensary team are attentive and great at helping you pick out the right pair of glasses.
Overall, it’s a great practice and my kids never complain about having their annual eye exams. Would recommend them to anyone looking for optometric care.

Friendly, well organized office, however they are still forcing patients to wear masks, which is a choice of office manager not mandates. This is oppression. People should be given a choice. This is no more riskier than going to the grocery store, yet people are still being forced.

My wife and i just had our checkups at Queensway and, once again, were very pleased.we've been going there for 20 years and always received the most professional care.this time they had a fancy new, and expensive, eye camera that gave an even clearer picture of the inside of our eyes.it's good to know that they invest in whatever tech gives patients the best treatment possible.
