I went to play pickleball there. Basically it’s a hockey rink with a smooth cement surface. There are 2 tennis courts, properly marked lines with standard tennis nets. On one court there are pickleball lines drawn, we were 8 people that turned up, so we drew pickleball lines with chalk on the other court as well and adjusted our play to the slightly taller tennis net (compared to what’s standard for pickleball), nice surface, no cracks and best part is it’s a lighted court, lights came on at about 8-8: 15 today allowing for play well past 10pm on good weather days. Enjoy the city of Toronto facility and be kind to tennis players and share the courts - even though no signs were posted we adhered to the standard half hour play and rotate policy.

Its a good rink, I last went there in January. During certain times theres adult shinny going around. During that time everyone else can’t be on the rink, but theres a trail (which is very spacious) and can have more that 10 people skate comfortably. Honestly, as someone who cannot skate, I prefer staying on the trail. Theres a hand rail connected to half of the trail, and on the other half theres 2 benches so you can take breaks!

A nice spot away from the highway to go skating. It has not been open every year like some other skating rinks. It is away from the highway and major streets, and is quiet and not known by many. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The rink is shaped in a loop, making the skate a more unique experience.

The kid that was working was super friendly. Great ice, clean and everyone was following covid guidelines!

Great skating Trail with the larger part. One of the larger rinks in the city. Others are in two parts this year but not this one

They are taking skaters in limited number by reservation. If you go without a reservation you can wait in line until an avail timeslot. Worked well.good distancing!

This rink isnt 100% complete yet. Looks like a tennis court that can be changed into 2 smaller hockey rinks so far. Lots of parking but there's more yet to come. I'll update this review as things progress.

Seems like its not managed well. Most of the time the lights are off. No schedule, no consistency.

Although the potential is great. Missing some love.
