Crowdy, hot place, not nice staff and long wait time inspite of an appointment scheduled in advance

Blue water imaging redirected me to Queensway Xray & Ultrasound and my Doctor was not satisfied with their reports because they were not detailed in their reports for both Xray & Ultrasound
Ultrasound staff was not focused on patient care
X-Ray tech was just ok

I would not recommend this place for x-rays if you're really sick and need results quickly. I did my x-rays on Sunday and 4 days later my doctor still doesn't have the results. I've had X rays done many times in my life and it's never taken this long to receive an update. Every time I call no one answers the phone I've also tried emailing them to get an update and no answer or reply. My doctor's office also tried following up and they receive no answer.

I want to share my experience with Fozia for doing so much hard work to complete my scan she did a very great job with great patience. Even i was late for my appointment she did her job with lots of patience.

I have attended Queensway X-ray & Ultrasound Centre for 3 of my ultrasounds pertaining to my pregnancy. The first two went on without issue. My third one was my anatomy scan, to which on the following day I received a text requesting that I confirm that I have connected with my OB and they have received my scan. I got concerned at this point as I had never received a text like this and questioned it. I was informed they were following instruction. I did not get any further follow up. I phoned my OB's clinic at that same time and was told they would follow up with me if necessary.

I then received a call on a SUNDAY from reception acknowledging that they are aware that my OB's office is closed, questioning if I spoke to them, and then proceeding to tell me that they were told to fax the scan urgently. At this point I began to panic, and had nowhere to turn given that my OB's clinic was closed. I should have never been called on a Sunday when this information could have easily been obtained from me on a Monday when the clinic is open and I would have at least the opportunity to follow up directly with my OB rather than be in distress for 24 hours. Not to mention the person on the line questioned ME why the OB had not received the scan, which is obviously not in my hands to know. I was later explained the process at the clinic, which did not speak to why I was called on a Sunday, and told that they had tried multiple times to call my OB. Strange given the second I called my OB's office I had no issues getting through.

I am thankful that I asked to speak to management at the Ultrasound clinic and was called within hours of my request and met with empathy. This ultimately should not have happened and I hope happens to no one else.

My experience outside of this, especially with the Ultrasound sonographer, Magdalena has been exceptional.

Unfortunately due to this experience I will not be returning.

You guys haven't contacted me with the information from my ultrasound. It's been almost 3 weeks and I haven't heard back from Dr Mong. I will be following up with my lawyer to get in touch with your establishment for withholding my diagnosis. I have tried to contact you numerous times but your establishment doesn't have over the phone conversation and when I try to text you guys just text me your address. You're establishment is complete garbage. The place I have done my ultrasound tried to contact you as well for this and have failed to reach a connection. Like I said. I will be following up with my lawyer for withholding my own ultrasound diagnosis information.

This place has that service oriented people. Starting from the girl at the reception Anola, (sorry if got wrong spelling) is unbelievable, I called but had a directory and was adviced to send my name and reasons for calling, my re-recresition was sent as well, by then I arrive here at the same time if there was any availability. Anola recognized that re-recresition in my hand even before I asked. She was very welcoming, pleasant and professional. SHE IS ABSOLUTLY UNBELIEVABLE the BEST! It was busy but she still had that smile and patience managing all patients registering as well as questions. The X ray technician was very pleasant too.
Definitely here is the place, try it out for yourself if you only need these service.please also comment too. THANKS!

Everything went well and safely the Technician gave excellent customer service and his professional mannerism is very much appreciated.

I went to the clinic with stomach pains and was given an ultrasound appointment t for the next day at 9am, which was so prompt. I arrived at 8: 30am as per the request, the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The technician performing the ultrasound was a really pretty lady. I was extremely nervous (I get bad anxiety at doctors offices) and she was so helpful in keeping me calm, talking to me, etc. All in all, it was really easy, positive and quick. Thank you.

Amazing walk-in Clinic with doctors, nurses, technicians and staff who are so considerate, helpful and always ready to be of help.
The same is experienced at the Pharmacy.
It is always a pleasure visiting this place if there is a need for that.
The Covid forced communication over the phone is incredibly well organized.
The janitors should be recognized too, this whole place is spotless which is so important in this challenging Covid time.
Kudos to the Guards too.

Yesterday was the second time I’ve utilized the X-Ray services here and both times I’ve been greeted by friendly staff and the X-Ray technicians have always been accommodating to any injuries I’ve sustained trying to take the X-Ray of the injured area. Would definitely recommend this clinic as most medical needs can be filled in the same building.

The staff were so friendly, there was no wait time (for my pre-booked appointment), and service was fast and efficient! Excellent experience.

I have had X-rays in this location multiple times since October. Every time I went, I was very pleased with how helpful and professional the technician was. He was very kind and polite every time and I would totally recommend this place.

Highly recommended to get the fastest and most professional ultrasound done. Most places you have to wait 3-6 months just to get an appointment. This place has always been the fastest. My technician was kind, professional and did not hurt me at all. Yeah, I often feel sore or uncomfortable from getting ultrasounds from other hospitals. I don't go anywhere else.

My first time at the clinic. I usually go to a clinic on Lakeshore for X-rays. I was walking by and noticed it and decided to try it. From the time I was greeted at the door for COVID screening to meeting reception as well as the technologist, all were friendly and helpful. I liked the walkin aspect and not needing an appointment. There was even an offer to see a dr after to go over X-ray. The place was clean, bright and had been recently renovated. Lots of spacing of seats. The wait time was pretty good. There is also an on-site pharmacy. I would recommend this place and visit again when the need arises.

Had both an ultrasound and upper GI xray at this location. Staffbis polite, to the point and professional. Its a rapid medical office; you're not there to talk over coffee, and it didn't disappoint. Great staff, good vibes.

My experience with Queensway X-Ray on Feb 26,21was amazing. MAGDALENA, was friendly and knowledgeable. The place and all equipments were clean. They were very organized and efficient in serving the client. Thank you.
Today I did my Ultrasound with the Ultrasound Technology, MAGDALENA, she is very knowledge and excellent in dealing with client. I sincerely appreciate her outstanding work. They were very organized, quick and friendly. Following covid protocols really well. We had all info taken by phone including a screening for my son (patient) and myself, I’m order to allow me to take him in. We were able to go anytime the following day at our convenience and they were prepared for our coming in.

Very nice place where they are very organized. You can even talk to a doctor just by texting a number. Service is good at ultrasound place and the entire clinic. I would suggest to tell patients to come 15 min or come right at times, so the ultrasound x- Ray is not that crowded. The rest of the centre is pretty quiet as you enter only when the doctor tells you to

I need to go to the walk in clinic yesterday afternoon at 21 Queensway so I called and then the doctor called me and we set up a time that I could go which was basically right away which that was good when I arrived here I felt very comfortable and safe dear protocol what is very efficient efficient and there was no overcrowding meaning less people and less noise. The whole procedure was absolutely good I feel they should keep it that way even when the pandemic is overAnd Walk in clinic will still doing her job properly promptly

I like this Clinic. It's the best place I have ever seen compared with the other walk-in-clinics. Staff was friendly and helpful. Doctor helped me a lot. Now I am feeling much better. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this place!

When I arrived I went to X Ray right away. The staff at the X Ray department were very efficient and friendly making me feel at ease. I was in and out in less then 15 minutes. Was also seen by the doctors in a very timely manner. Front staff were also helpful!

Extremely satisfied with the service and care I received at the Queensway X-ray & ultrasound clinic. The technician, Magdalena is extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. She takes her time and there’s never a wait for the appointment time. The facility is clean and never over crowded. Very happy with my experience.

Response time was same day.
The Dr. Had set up xray and supplied meds for problem discussed. After xray was read they contacted me immediately, and discuss further procedure. I was very happy with the service they provided.

Quick and prompt service! I went here with a broken toe and they were able to get my x-ray done within a few minutes! The walk-in doctor reviewed the x-ray images and diagnosed me right away and gave me proper advice and treatment options. My family doctor also got the radiologist report within 24hrs after my visit which was relatively quick compared to other places. Definitely my go-to facility!

I work in downtown toronto and it has been a challenge to get an appt because of COVID19. My friend in Mississauga suggested I go to this clinic and to my surprise, they were able to schedule me in the same day for an ultrasound appt. The ultrasound tech was wonderful and friendly. She explained every step thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. Quick and easy. Very convenient location for X-rays and ultrasounds. Would strongly recommend.

Most annoying thing about this walk-in clinic is that no one is one the Front desk.
We have to wait alot for someone to come at the front desk and whenever we ask some representative they say go the front desk and THERE WAS NO ONE AT THE FRONT DESK

Few months back done my ultrasound, technician was very rude and rushed for my test. There was nobody waiting after me.
All i ask how long it will take to find out.he was chinese said do not ask me ask outside staff
Anyways.when got my result it showed all ok but i do now i got issues.
Now going again for another ultrasound

My best advise in my 40 yrs here in Mississauga that ALWAYS TRUST REVIEW WHO ARE GIVING ONE STAR. THERE IS NO ZERO STAR. SO NO CHOICE LEFT TO PICK

A fast track service with professional staff and an amazing physician. Took my brother to get an x-ray for his dislocated knee and we were done the x-ray, doctor visit and the prescription purchase within 40 mins.

Caution: DO NOT use the services of this clinic or use this x-ray centre. This clinic diagnosed a family member based on a poor quality x-ray - which may result in long term damage. Get your x-rays taken at a quality facility with quality physicians.

This place is ridiculous. They are not health professionals at all (zero). Because we had blood work done for my wife here and we waited for 3 weeks to results come out. When we went for result we found that public health laboratory saying that incomplete patient identification and wrong requisition form from doctor on blood sample thats why public health cancelled whole blood samples (3 tubes of blood). We asked reason for that then they said they don’t know why this happened. Dont go to this careless medical clinic. Sorry I felt ashamed to say this clinic as medical clinic. I think veterinary clinic has more respect than this clinic towards their patients.
