It is by far the best clinic I have ever attended. I very much appreciated that nothing was pushed on me and even after describing concerns I had. Habit changes were suggested first, rather than something that would cost more money. I have social anxiety and I felt very comfortable through the whole process.   I would like to thank the entire team, and for the first time ever, excited for my next dentist appointment!

I just wanted to send my heartfelt gratitude to all the staff (Receptionist, Medical Assistant and Dr Ads). My son has anxiety and needed to get a tooth extracted. The staff calmed him and were very patient with him. They are very professional and kind.

Dr. Hesham was excellent! I took my grandson when he was in major pain for a tooth that needed to be extracted. He had been to another clinic twice with failed attempts to freeze him. They referred him to this clinic as they offered sedation. Dr. Hesham offered to freeze him, explaining exactly what he will do and saving the cost of the sedation. He was quite confident that he would succeed and in no time his mouth was frozen and the tooth was extracted. Very impressed and he already has his next apt booked! Tyler Young

I had a dental emergency. The clinic responded promptly to my call, and provided the necessary treatment within a short time frame. The team was very friendly, attentive and provided excellent care.

I came to Queenswood Dental because of the reviews hoping that they are real. Now that I have seen the doctor and his staff I can say for sure that they deserve more than 5 stars.

I am most pleased with my experience! Given that they were aware of my concerns with any sort of pain (lol) they went out of their way to explain everything that was happening and what I would expect. I give a GREAT BIG SMILE to the whole team!

Amazing experience! I had a surgery booking for a hard removal of a double headed wisdomtooth and cyst, dr.tamer and dr.hicham did an amazing job, couldn’t ask for better results, they were very nice and comforting and supportive through out all the experience! Highly recommend! Thank you!

Amazing Dentist! They took me as an emergency for tooth extraction. I was at my family dentist and they were completely unable to freeze my guns in order to do crown on one of my molars. No fault of their own, I just don't freeze for some reason. I was really nervous and in pain. They took me in right away with a referral amd manage to make me comfortable to remove my tooth. Would recommend 1000 times.

As someone with dental anxiety I have never felt so calm during a visit. Lovely office, friendly responsive staff. Dr Tamer Ads is a true professional.

Great environment and staff for nervous patients! I have finally been able to engage in a treatment program that I'd delayed for years due to the treatment options and professional service at Queenswood.

This is Louise, the patient. I needed to find a dentist who could do IV Sedation and bridges, dentures since my family dentist does not. I was so fortunate to search and find Dr. Hesham Ads at Queenswood Dental. I am probably the worst dental patient; my fear goes above and beyond. I have many health issues and this fear magnifies my issues and makes it extremely difficult to get any work done. Dr. Ads saw me for a consult within days and prepared a detailed treatment plan for me. The first part of this plan took place a few days ago. Under IV Sedation, the work was completed with no complications after. The IV Sedation was the way to go for me and Dr. Ads and the staff all made it safe and comfortable for me and addressed my deep fear. I cannot express enough the appreciation I have for Dr. Ads, Selene, Irene and Corinna (?). Selene being the first person as you walk in is very friendly, patient and handles requests on a timely basis. I tend to "over e-mail" but she is always ready with an answer and help. I still have more appointments to get through, but I know now that I am in the best hands possible with this team. Thank you.

After having so many years of difficulty freezing and also having my previous dentist retire, I was very apprehensive about my first appointments with a new Dentist. From the moments I arrived in the "spa", everything seemed so much better, especially with the kind welcome. The appointments with Dr. Ads were excellent. The freezing was completely effective with no pain at all! My various concerns were addressed in a very clear and understandable way. In short, everything was excellent and very much appreciated.

The stuff is very welcoming and the dentist makes you feel safe and relaxed by going over everything he is about to do. I recommend this place to everyone who are ok with dentists or a little nervous. Thank you for making my experience good.

I went to Dr. Ads for consultation regarding a missing tooth and to do a retainer with a fake tooth. I had the best experience there. They are very knowledgable and gave me the best recommendation for my very complicated condition. I went to so many dentist and surgeons in the past, but have not seen dentists like Ads. They made sure I am 100% satisfied with the retainer. The retainer was perfect! The fake tooth in my old retainer I made it with another dentist was not aligned perfectly as this one. I am super satisfied. Thank you for the great treatment.
