Quesada Burritos & Tacos

We got the burritos and they were not good in any capacity. The rice was undercooked and not asked for, there was barely any cheese or salsa, and some of the toppings offered costed a lot more extra than necessary. It was not a good quality burrito, and they were too expensive for the size given. I wouldn’t recommend. If you want burritos or good Mexican food, go to burrito boyz or the Mexican house.

I got a taco and a Burrito. The burrito was dry and they hardly put any meat on my taco even though I asked multiple times.

The employee helping us would ask the same question multiple times despite us already giving an answer. It was a frustrating experience. Food was decent but not amazing as there was very little of each ingredient put on our orders even after asking for more.the taco was only halfway full at the end.

I'm unsure if any of the other locations are different, but this one is no good.
The first time I came I was dissapointed. So recently I decided to give it another chance.
Ordered three hard shell tacos. Beef.
Very stindgy with the meat. Barely any was added to the tacos. Maybe just enough so you can't see the bottom of the shell. I was not about to pay extra for more.
I had to add pretty much every topping they had, which by the way wasn't many as the staff never seems to have anything topped up or ready.
Not worth the money. Go down the street and you will find a few more Taco places that will get you what you actually pay for

Come here often late at night and always get the best service. The server with the glasses always takes care of me!

Their corn bowls was extremely tasty, they have really good options in sauces. Please try them.

I went there at night and employee didn’t allow me to use washroom. It was in working condition but he lied about it. He should not do this just because he doesn’t want to clean in the morning.

Quesada was my favourite place a couple years ago. I have avoided buying from there the past two years due to them being very stingy with their portions which was very disappointing to see. Today I decided to go with Quesada, and give it a chance, since I "missed" it (lol). I regret that so much. It left me very dissatisfied and disappointed, and quite certainly infuriated. The worker was horrifically stingy with the portions for my burrito bowl. His hand was literally shaking to make sure he gives me 10 cut pieces of tomato instead of like 20 (not even 3/4 of a tomato). 65% of the bowl was given to me empty. What left me shocked was the $14 I had to pay for it. I wouldn't mind paying $14, as I almost do at any chipotle chain, IF my bowl was full! I mentioned to the "manager? " why their portions have become terribly small, and he mentioned its the recommended portion? If I am paying for a recommended portion, give me a proper price that actually suffices what I am paying for (?) Also, if I am paying for a burrito bowl, perhaps, I want to divide it up into two meals? Or SHARE it? Who are you to decide what my recommended portion is? If I am paying $14 + whatever cents added, give me a meal worth $14, not bird food. Incredibly disappointed, and very regretful at the second I stepped foot into that restaurant. Never again, this location or any Quesada place. Props on losing a loyal customer who decided to grant you another chance. Hope saving a couple cents was worth it: D

We ordered through Uber Bcz they had a deal going on, just want to say if y’all can’t afford to give a deal then don’t give a deal. I ordered two chicken burritos, it was filled with rice only.there were hardly any pcs of chicken or even beans. And on top of that They took more than an hour to make that garbage of a burrito. The quality of food at this location has just declined past year and half. EVERYTIME I try to give these guys a benefit of doubt I am always left with disappointment. I will no longer be ordering from here. Y’all need to get your game up it’s high time London has better burrito places now!

I did not have a good experience here. I ordered online around 2pm for a 4: 45
Pickup. At 3pm I realized this was a downtown location which was not what I had intended. I called immediately to see if I could cancel my order. He said he’d call me back. When he called back he said they could not cancel my order with no explanation. I said, ok, but expressed my disappointment. I arrived late for my order (because was at an inconvenient location for me) around 5: 30pm. I expected to grab my food and go. The person in the restaurant told me he had not even started on my order yet? I was so confused! I ordered it at 2pm which to me meant that I wanted it ready for pickup, according to the online order. If I knew I had to come into the store for them to prepare my order, I would not have ordered online. It made no sense. If he hadn’t prepared it ahead, then why couldn’t he cancel it? It took them another 30min to get my order ready to go. I was so frustrated because I did not have time to wait, but had no choice. On top of that the amount of food they gave me was so small! I ordered two taco family kits for a total of 8 people. It fed only 4 children. The portion sizes were tiny. So tiny I could not believe it. I was utterly disappointed in the whole experience and embarrassed to take it to the gathering, after promising a taco meal, late, and with very little food. I will NEVER eat here again.

I had just a few minutes to get something and I was extremely impressed. I ordered a burrito, rice, black beans, ground beef, salsa, cilantro, corn and cheese. The server was fast and friendly. The portion was massive and proportions of each ingredient were perfect. I highly recommend it! The restaurant is bright, nicely laid and relaxing.

Love coming here! Never mess up my order. Couple new people work there and there very nice. Only ever one person working there even though it gets pretty busy from time to time. Pretty empty store as well but I think that's because the washrooms are closed. Would do the same thing if I was downtown. Overall love this place. Wish you got more toppings though, seems like a lot of rice and beans.

Avoid this place at all costs. Its the absolute worst place to go to. Everything is bad, from food to customer service. Management is really bad

The food is pretty good but the salsa's taste is pretty much not there and the amount of guac they give with the extra charge is low. The service is pretty good but really slow.
