Quesada Burritos & Tacos

This is the best Quesada location!
I have been to many other locations and they don’t compare to this location. The portions are great and the staff is very friendly. It’s a clean restaurant and I love that they are very aware of changing their gloves if they happen to have to touch something that’s not food. I always watch for this anywhere I eat. We also love the coleslaw option for toppings!

Took a bite out of my burrito and found a fingernail inside of it. Tried confronting the lady that was working and she tried telling me it wasn't a fingernail and it was a part of the beef

It's really hard to find good Mexican food in Canada, but this location of Quesada provides what you are hoping for, at a reasonable price in general, and at an outstanding price relative to the prices closer to the Falls! The food is delicious. Our plate of nachos was outstanding! It was the first plate of nachos that I ever had where I wanted to order more, because I wanted to continue eating the nachos. Typically, at other restaurants, it is hard to finish a plate of nachos because aspects of the taste or texture are annoying; but Quesada's nachos were delicious! Perhaps the secret was that they asked me to choose the ingredients as they made the plate. As well, the quesadillas were delicious! Once again, they were customized according to what I wanted as they were being made, and they were a pleasure to eat. The two attendants were both very helpful throughout, and the lady who made my food wore clean disposable gloves - - and that discipline is sorely lacking in many kitchens these days! Finally, the restrooms were clean, and this pleased my guest even more than it pleased me (and I was pleased as well). Overall, our visit to Quesada was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely visit again the next time that we visit Niagara Falls. Delightful.

When you decide to review a place and you immediately start craving their food, you know they are doing something right.

I came to Quesada with friends and had the best Mexican experience ever. We ordered tacos, burritos and the bowls. It was simply amazing. Now I need to find a Quesada in Missisaauga. I'm hooked.

Decided to give this place a try and had the ground beef burrito, hands down thee best burritos in Niagara thus far! If you’re looking for food bursting with flavour this is the place for you. My new go to spot, excited to try more on the menu.

So maybe if your staff don’t yell at customers the way she yelled at me today I would’ve given 5 stars

I eat here everytime i come to canada, they never disappoint I highly recommend their quesadillas.

First time visit. Absolutely loved it. So fresh and tasty especially the beef barbacoa tacos. Will definitely return to try quesadilla and a burito bowl.

I hit the bullseye with the chilli lime fish burrito. The fish was cooked fresh to order for me (means you have to wait) which is so much better than the usual food from the hot plates you get here. I would return but only for the fish!

Slow service and Cashier was making mistakes with money to pretty much all the customers with cash when I was in store

Updated: Food was great, i just feel sorry for the only one person working on a busy weekend with tens of online orders in front of her and a line up waiting to be served. She was trying her best to serve everyone but it just didnt feel right standing there and watching this person run around trying to hold the fort. It is not fair to have just one person working on a busy weekend. The owner should try to think about this and if wants to save money should jump in and try to help his staff. It felt like the person serving me was being exploited and I could tell that by the helpless look she had on her face. When I asked her if she is by herself and did someone call in sick? She said no this is how the schedule is. She probably was an immigrant student and seemed unaware of her rights as an employee to have a stress free working environment. It makes me feel sad and dejected knowing how some employess are treated by their owners in food business. I am not going to buy anything from this store unless I know there are atleast 2 people working when I arrive there.

This was my second time going to this location and the customer service and the quality of the food/presentation was terrible. My quesadilla was flimsy, soggy and falling apart because it wasn't thoroughly cooked and only a sprinkle of cheese was added

Bit pricy, but the triple selection of tacos and burritos is worthwhile in value. 3 vegetarian tacos for about $10 and your choice of fillings. Fresh and wholesome ingredients. Taco Bell is NOT a standard to compare with btw!

I had a very tasty lunch here. Ordered a grilled chicken burrito. Was impressed with the selection of fresh toppings and wide variety of sauces/salsas. Overall good experience and I recommend.

Less than enthusiastic welcome and no greetings from the server. The server gave me judgemental looks for asking sides and trying to get her to make my bowl exactly how I wanted.

Edit reply: sorry but the point I was pointing out was the judgemental attitude towards my choices. Also there was no enthusiasm or greeting on seeing a customer.

Were out of rice and didn't seem like they were going to make more 4 hours before there closing time. Alternative for the lack of rice not given. Still a healthy option but customer service could use some additional training.

I sent my friends to this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I go their often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are great and the stuff is generous and cooperative. Every time we visit this place we pass a lovely evening.warmly recommended.

The beyond meat crumbles were so hard. They were like marbles in my burrito bowl. I'll have to try this location out another time. Maybe it was a fluke.

Good experience as I ordered tacos here and they were made in a totally perfect way and the staff is also very cooperative. Little busy is the evening times but the wait worths it when you are getting such a delicious food.

Great food at a great price. I also love Beyond Beef as an option! It tastes great and I'm so glad it's available. Interior is nice with good seating.

If you get the right staff, you can get some amazingly delicious food here, at a great price. However when you get the wrong staff, it can be REALLY bad.

Enjoy the burritos here. Its disappointing when they are out of an ingredient (cilantro) and they won't get more from the back room

Just had two large spicy chicken burritos. They were delicious! What I loved was that they actually give you a good amount of the protein (in this case the spicy chicken) and don't skimp on the other toppings. I liked how the lady who was preparing the burritos even asked how much we would like them toasted.
She labelled the burritos for me, gave us plenty of napkins. I will be coming back to this specific location due to the amazing service.

The worst tacos I've ever had the misfortune of trying the meat was cold and discusting and the shells were soggy and when I went to complain I got told tough luck me nor my family will never patron that place again

I enjoyed the spicy chicken wrap with hot Chipotle sauce. Great protein meal. I chose to build my Burrito without rice. Asking for more lettuce and protein. (beans and Chicken). I would go back. My wife had the spicy chicken bowl. With the bowl you can add / heep up more ingredients like rice and lettuce.because they don't have to jam it in a tortilla. Give this place a try if you haven't.

I got burnt hard shells! Ive had so many bad exsperiences here the other quesada at the other end of town and ten times better then this one i wish i lived closer to the other quesada DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO TO THE OTHER QUASADA DOWN BY SOBEYS

Excellent customer service and a very patient and friendly staff. Portions were generous and we loved every bite of our Burrito bowl. We have been to various locations but this one was the best.
