Quick Couture Professional Alterations

Owner was very rude, lacked customer service. Even told a customer in my presence that their clothing smelt & they needed to wash them prior to service. My clothes were worst off than before as they were left with holes of undone stitches. The whole style of the shirt was ruined and the purpose of the alteration was not fixed. I was even quoted a price then charged a whole different price, which she refused to let me try on the altered shirt until I pay, weird! Waste of an hour.

Worst service. The lady thats in the store is extremley rude. I saw her call the customer a “baby” literally when she got the measurements wrong on his pants. Did not even try her service and never want to. If you want to run a store learn to be a decent human first

Quick Couture has been my go-to-place for years! Everyone there is super professional and SO NICE - I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Also, the turnaround time for alterations is incredibly fast, so you won't have to wait long to get your clothes back! Extremely helpful when you have last minute Weddings coming up!

Clara is our family tailor. We have been using her for years and she is amazing. We love her so much. Her experience speaks for itself. If you want a good and fast job done… Go to Clara. She’s the best!

Best place to get your alterations. Always pleased with the service and timing. I have referred so many people to her and everyone is happy with the service and thank me all the time.

One of the best in Mississauga! She always is working and never says no to us when we are in a rush (within reason). It is hard to find someone who knows their job so well!

Unprofessional and rude staff. I called in to ask a couple questions, after answering the first one she abruptly hung up thinking that's all I had to ask. The call literally lasted 5 seconds.

If I could give them no stars I would. The older lady was very stressed and extremely rude. For a 5 minute job it took me 2 trips there and a 2 week wait because they were not ready as promised. I would NEVER recommend this place.

Although the work was completed, it was late and extremely over priced. Not to mention, the lady tried to charge me extra $15 when picking up my suit for fixing the bottom claiming she didn’t charge me for it when the receipt legitimately says “Taper Thigh/Bottom”. She also charged me an extra $10 per sleeve because according to her the work was really hard to fix.

Highly recommend you find another tailor, she is not reliable and is definitely over priced.

If I could, I would rate negative stars. Terrible service, YELLING at customers for dropping off a jacket? Not professional and terrible job, there are threads coming off the area that was supposed to be stitched. Never again.

Very nice lady. I brought her a dress last minute for alterations, and she did a great job. Very experienced.

My husband bought a new suit from one of the well known stores but needed some alteration. The suit requested some alteration but we were short of time so they directed us to Quick Couture. The owner show she is tough but from opinion she knows what she is doing. All what she recommended for us was done professionally. I send her another dress and she also did perfectly. The only thing is to add, the prices are little high but her service is really good. Finally could find the right person to fix my stuff.

So BAD and I don’t recommend it… such a bad customer service they took extra money from me and the lady who’s working there denied the situation

Got two pants altered and they were perfectly done! In terms of getting things altered it was a job well done. However when it came to customer service it could have been worked on. I had pre-measured how much I wanted to be cut off the pant, but she said no and measured it they way she saw fit. Ngl her measurement came out better, but her approach to it was a little rude.

I went Here to get my pants adjusted and this lady began asking me personal questions. She started body-shaming me and asking me why I have not lost any weight yet. Her customer service is terrible! She lacks every sense of professionalism in what she does and looks stressed as though you were bothering her with your request despite charging you a lot. I honestly don’t like her service, she is so irritable!

Do not expect customer service from the Owner and the price is higher than common places, but she gets the work done. And, on my first visit she asked me to drop off her personal clothes to the dry cleaner down the street because she was busy all day and didn't have time to do it! Seriously Lady? !? *!? LOL!

Didn’t listen to what I wanted. I told her I didn't want the bottom of my prom dress hemmed cause I’m tall enough and she hemmed it anyway. Was too short. I told her the dress needed to be taken in as well and she didn’t even pin where it needed to be sewn, too big. Charged me $200 for a hem I didn’t ask for, and a dress that was too big. Find another place

We went to get sleeves stitch to the churidar. The main lady asked to visit nearby Indian tailoring for Indian clothes. Since the shops were closed. We went there again to ask whether she do it or not. She quoted $25 the work which is the cost of the dress. Though she responded politely.

DO NOT COME HERE! I dropped off a jacket on a Friday that needed a new zipper and asked if she could do it. She said she could. I asked if it would be done on Sunday as I really needed it for Monday and if it's too short of notice let me know so I can take it elsewhere. She said no problem I can get it Sunday. I paid $44 for a zipper. I thought it was a steep price but didn't second guess it as she said it would be good and done on time. When Sunday rolled around I came at 4: 15 to pick up the jacket and the store was CLOSED. It should've been open until 5. I called and waited just to see if she was on a break but NOPE.closed. I had to run and buy another jacket last minute as I couldn't get that one on time. When I returned on Monday around 5pm she said that she didnt finish it and to come back Tuesday. So not only was I promised that it would have been Sunday, she closed early and didnt even have it done the Monday. I was out $44 for the zipper and more because of the additional coat I had to buy else where. I will never come back here again.

Person working was very angry as I walked in and didnt mind to help me for a few minutes. And prices is expensive also

Exceptionally nice lady that knows how to tailor a shirt very well. Finished my order 2 days before it was supposed to. I recommend this to anyone looking to tailor a shirt (and I’m sure other outfits aswell)

Very poor customer service. I forgot an item there, called to see if she could keep it with the things that were getting altered - she said it wasn’t there. I went there and it was right on the front counter. I spent $60 for three items, so I would consider quite expensive for minor alterations and when I came to pick up my things she looked bothered to have to stop working to give me my things. I will NOT be back.

The worst service of my life. So rude. Learn to not yell at your customers for a job you agree to do.

The service was HORRENDOUS. I brought this dress on a Friday and asked for it to be done on wednesday. I called on Tuesday asking if it was ready, she said it was and I told her I would pick it up on Wednesday and she said okay. I come in Wednesday and the dress isn’t even finished and she’s yelling at me because I didn’t give her enough time. I PAID WHAT SHE TOLD ME AND IT WASNT CHEAP EITHER.she told me to come back at 9pm which is when she closes. I come at 8: 30 and she’s freaking out on me telling me I’m early and is not done so I leave. I come back at 8: 55 and she still has the audacity to SCREAM at me saying that she’s stressed and it was a difficult job even though at the consultation SHE SAID SHE COULD DO IT. SHE SCREAMED AT ME AT THE OTHER END OF THE STORE IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. THE most rude encounter I ever had with a tailor.

As I was waiting for the dress, another person came to pick up their dress, she asked for the name, and she said her last name which was a foreign name and the lady said “your name is too hard I don’t know what you’re saying. I don’t have your dress”

I literally had to yell at the top of my lungs to tell her to give me my dress so I could leave. Unbelievable service. That Asian lady is crazy and her business will die if her attitude continues.
