Brought my boots in to get lifts done today, Saturday, did not want to leave them as I don't live in St Catharines. The gentleman said it would be about an hour, I said.oh, I was told it would be about 30 minutes.he said no, let's say 40 minutes. I said okay and paid for their work. Decided to have breakfast at Sunset Grill next door and by the time I finished and went to fetch my boots it was about 40ish minutes. When I got there, the gentleman handed me the bag my boots were in and he said, Have a look to see if you are satisfied with the work. Honestly, I thought they would do a good job replacing the lifts on the heels, but oh my goodness! Pulling my boots out of the bag he handed me looked exactly like the boots I bought three years ago! Man, just gotta say, these folks do an amazing job of fixing, restoring, repairing our treasured footwear! I will continue to go back to Quick Heel & Sole for any boot, shoe, purse job I need done.they set their standards of quality and service higher than the rest! Thank YOU!

Drove into St Catharines to go to Chapters and saw this store, had a key cut. Getting home…two of us tried to use it: the key does not work at all! Have to drive back into St Catharines to have it rectified.

They very quickly attached my new custom belt buckle to a leather belt at a great price the labor was almost free. He even offered to add additional holes if needed. Excellent service.
