I have never seen 2 individuals so unprofessional… they complained about no one warned them they were drilling into concrete (grab bars in shower) and they didnt have concrete drill bits.they didnt clean up after themselves the just left the mess and walked away. They complain as to were the grab bars were being installed and the girl with the blue hair was rude to the tenant… I would never recommend these individuals to do anything … if I could give a lower score I would.

It’s a joke. They want $75 to come see the job before they can give a quote.

Extremely disorganized. First they called me to come at at date which had been previously been cancelled. They finally came at a scheduled date. I feel bad for the poor plumber who had to keep calling his boss, (who had no customer service skills at all, and was actually rude) for any small decision regarding my sink installation which I booked through Home Depot.

Terrible service, disorganized company and horrible people to deal with, unfortunately my appliances installation from the Brick was contracted through this unknown company which delayed the installation and eventually still incomplete. I regret to buy any installation packages from the Brick to hire such company with poor workmanship
