I call them to place an order for pick up.
I was talking with the lady on the phone and I was asking about the menu but she wasn't capable of explaining and she hung up. This is unexpectable! First time and last that I try to order from this place. I call them again and they didnt pick up the phone.

Absolutely loved the food. Nothing beats their chicken tenders. Has a great lunch and experience.

Amazing customer service, food everything was freshly made and Moen and Mansi provided with the best customer service made sure we were happy and got for what we paid for.

BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH! I eat here at least once a week. And every time I get the chicken sandwich combo with a chicken leg in the side and a spicy Mayo. For those who haven’t tried this place, GO! You won’t be disappointed.

Our experience started with late preparation of our order. And when we ate it, it was a very bad experience. Extremely oily, i do realise chicken broast have oil in them but this chicken was soaked in oil. I felt that the broast itself was not a fresh one but rather than deep fried for the 2nd time. No taste at all. Fries were mix of old and fresh. Over all summary, a very bad experience. Will never go here.

Only thing i liked was their biscuits. Thats it.

The owner and the girl working there were had such terrible attitude and I should have left but chanced it.paid additional to specifically get white meat. I went home there was 1 piece out of 8.like seriously. It was my first time at this place at it was such a let down.

Was here recently, it's still in my mind how bad of an experience it was. Ordered a classic chicken sandwich, the bread was not fresh and very dry and it barely had sauce. Place could be cleaned more. 2 stars for the fries, but I won't be coming back.

Amazing experience - the owner is extremely cordial - polite and very customer oriented - cares to get your order right in time and freshly made. I went to get a 10 pc, and he asked me if i want the ones made already or fresh pieces - not everybody cares to ask you that. Definitely will be coming back.

I really got surprised by this restaurant, chicken smells good not like some other restaurants and it’s cooked well. I liked it and sure would come back again.

Absolutely terrible. Biscuit was hard as a rock, as though it was stale and reheated. Chicken was slimy, very greasy, and did not smell good. Fries were super soggy and salty. Been wanting to try and was extremely disappointed.

On god this is one of the best chicken places that I have been to. I been to all of them, pj clucks, ko chicken, dirty bird. I would rather go here. They make you wait but it’s worth it, food is always hot and the spicy sandwich has a good kick to it. Onion rings are amazing too.

The chicken sandwich was so delicious, it reminds me my gulf days. Moin Malik served us with great kindness. Thanks, and keep it up.

Love the chicken sandwich (it’s the old Popeyes burger). There’s a Taza express in this location which has really good chai.the lady at the front was extremely kind and nice!

I used to order from that place.long time.seems the quality now is down for unknown reason! I placed 3 orders all came not fresh l, i threw the skin in The bin. They are oily and chicken not tasty at all.ppl who manage this place should know that the customers who gave them 5 stars before, its because there quality.same can give them now 1 star. Wake up don't only rely on your name.

I feel the chicken sandwich deserves a special mention - the bun was so fresh and crisp; and spicy sauce inside really took the taste to whole new level.

We also had a chicken tub and everything seemed fresh and was served piping hot

Amazing halal fried chicken! I ordered a bunch of chicken, sandwiches and sides for my family and the owner was so kind to give us 10 extra chicken pieces! We come to this location every time. Highly recommend you try it out!

The fried halal chicken was delicious. The service was pleasant. There are reasonable prices there. The place does not appear to be cleaned on a regular basis. The biscuits are nearly inedible since they are so dry (and hard as a rock).

Delicious and fresh food. I read a review from someone here saying the biscuits were not good, and I have to say that is simply not true. They are absolutely delicious, along with the crispy chicken. The spiciness level is perfect and full of flavour.

Love this place very much, the manager is always so nice and the food is always delicious. But last night I went there and a new white lady was at the front. Me and my friends sat down because we were deciding our order. Lady said we werent allowed to sit down if we weren’t ordering anything and that she needed to see our vaccines receipts. Of course we were about to order something right away and had our vaccine passports ready, but she had quickly kicked us out and said you can not take your mask off before eating. Which I find preposterous because I had done it multiple times before and it was never a problem until today. The lady starting making and enforcing rules that were simply not there. Please fix customer service asap.

Went to this location after a long time. Grabbed the chicken sandwich and the Thursday special with fries and coleslaw. Requested the person in the counter if it’s possible to get a fresh batch made for me. The guy informed me it will take about 20 mins and i was happy to wait. Happy to saw it was worth the wait. My wife and brother loved the sandwich which he said was the best among all the other places he had before. The guy in the counter was very nice guy and he gave me an extra piece of chicken with my order. I am happy with the food and service and i shall be returning soon

Ordered for the first time and very impressed. Chicken was very juicy and flavorful and not greasy. The owner was very kind and generous. Will definitely order again.

Nice staff. Very nice. The chicken I received was a bit over cooked so it had that taste to it. The meat was still moist, being dark but the coating was too browned. The same thing goes for cookies that have been in the over too long.

One of the best place to eat fry chicken. Not too greasy and it is perfectly cooked. I would highly recommend this place. Five star for Customer Service.

I have had an excellent experience with Quick Chick. I forget the name but he's not there on Wednesdays. He is a great guy. He makes me feel so special and cared for. Exactly the kind of person you'd like to serve you. He's hardworking and dedicated. The whole staff is nice. A lady I met once there she's so nice and hardworking. Wish you all best of Luck. And yes for the food.it's always made with positive intent and that's what makes it tasty.

Best spicy (must try the spicy one) chicken burgers you can get in Toronto. Definitely a hidden gem. I never miss going to this place whenever I go for shopping at Costco near this. The owner Ali who runs this place is friendly.

If i cld i wld give 10 stars! Amazing nice and clean place, friendly staff, super delicious spicy chicken burger. Chicken is fresh crispy, not like any other places where they make it and it sits for hours soaking in the oil. I went back to get more for dinner lol also prices are very very good

Visited this location and Mr. Moin in this branch is super friendly. We ordered Family deal which tasted amazing. Karak Chai was also unique and tasted great. Highly recommended!

Love this place. The chicken fingers are huge, the price is right and the staff is very friendly. Try to get there at least once a week. It's really good food!

I have always ordered from this location using either Door Dash or Skip the Dishes.

Unfortunately, today was a bad experience in terms of the food itself.

I ordered the 8 piece family meal, which comes with 4 biscuits and fries.

Not only was there 1 biscuit missing (received only 3), but the chicken pieces were undercooked as well. I've contacted Doordash about this.

But to undercook the chicken, with it being pink and a bit bloody in the center means that the chicken is being taken out of the oil too early. Mind, these are the larger pieces that were in the package. The smaller pieces were cooked fine, but if you know that larger pieces need a little more time then let them cook for a few minutes more.

Sadly will have to stop ordering from here now. I've always enjoyed Quik Chick but this happened a couple of times before as well and I am not happy.

Really wish I had taken a photo of this. I ordered the eight-piece meal and received everything but the large potatoes in the centre were still powder are there they've been sitting around for hours and dried out or there was no liquid added to the bottom. Will never be returning to that location. Besides I don't know if it's just this location but the chicken was simply tasteless. The gravy was Lumpy again like it been sitting around too long.
