Not a good experience for service and food quality.stopped by last night.waited at the counter for almost 4-5 minutes, the employee was busy in the kitchen and finally came out.
I asked if they had Poutine which could be made from fresh fries.she said yes, and asked how long it would take, I was told 10 minutes.
Also ordered 5 pieces of chicken strips.it took over 20 minutes.
When open the food at home, the poutine was badly done, the white cheese wasn't melted, old fires and gravy were not even noticeable, could be eaten, bad taste.
Chicken strips were mostly batter, very dried chicken and cold, taste was bad.
Very bad experience, wouldn't go to this store again.

You guys can be a little more friendly. Afterall.the customers pay YOU. And.please speak in full sentences and say thank you. Food was good. Nice chicken.

This should have been 5 stars due to duad (cashier) and manjeet in kitchen, but Simran (shift manager) gave us a horrible experience and ruined it for 7 of us. Her attitude was very nasty. We will never go back there specially if simran is working. Daud gave us amazing customer service. Even though there was a major order mixed up before us and then missing items for our order, however he was very polite and accommodating. 7 of us entered around 11: 17 pm and they close at 12 am we weren't allowed to eat inside. We all ordered alot of food some of us used coupons to get apple pie. She kept arguing with us after all the orders were placed and we waited 15 mins that we can not use double coupons. We explained her some of us got regular combos which we are allowed to use coupon. She finally understood. Then in the end while handing out the food still missed one apple pie. Went back to explain and she kept trying to aruge. At this point i already waited 40 mins for my food. Daud was very nice and he said don't worry just give me 3 mins to bake one. I said sure while simran was still not happy. She finally gave me my order strips (monday special) usually popyes gives a free 1 dipp sauce. Shes like you have to pay and took it from duads hand despite him saying its ok we can give. At this point i was done and used my Visa card for 40 cents. The visa transaction would of costed her more, but she had to please her ego. However thanks to manjeet in the kitchen food was fresh.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service from shift manager Simran. While the cashier (Daud) was taking our order, Simran kept distracting me and the cashier and wanted to check VALID coupons over and over. A group of 8 had walked in at about 11 pm and we were denied dine in, despite placing such a big order. Once the order was placed, couple minutes later, Simran yelled across the restaurant to tell us that the coupons we had used arent valid, when they were punched into the till and paid for. Later, apologizing for being rude when she realized we didmt do anything wrong. Then while giving the food to our group, she had messed up each and every single one of our orders and started arguing with us over multiple items we had paid for, because she had 8 receipts and 8 orders all coming in at once

Wouldnt recommend this location to anyone whos looking for good food and customer service, definitely lost all of my family and friends business. Business owner, please remove Simran, had previous occurrences with her aswell, but it seems her ego is bringing this location down.

Mind you, it was just us 8 people in the restaurant, so not like it was busy for them to mess up over and over again for the same order.

Special thanks to daud and manjeet (kitchen staff) for making our day better, for giving us fresh food, while being yelled at by their shift manager Simran.

Also, while Daud was giving us a free sauce for all the confusion, Simran snatched it out of his hand and rudely ordered us to pay $. 40 cents through a credit card. Terrible terrible terrible experience. Simran was treating us like we did something wrong, or didnt pay for food, when collectively over a $100 was spent on a dead monday night.

Would be 9/10 experience without Simran intriguing and arguing rudely with customers and denying them dine in 1 hour before closing time.

Not good service. The lady was talking on the cell phone while taking orders. I went there at 10.40pm and she said dine in is closed. Well there is no notice or anything in the resturant that resturant closes at 12.00am but dine in closes 2 hours before.

One of the owners, Aisha recognizes her frequent customers with excellent service, the works. On special occasions, even adds a couple of pieces in the bag. Thank you so much.

Service was fast. Staff were really professional, friendly. Overall very clean and orderly place. Wish they had one in Kitchener / Waterloo area.

Juicy chicken, amazing service and spicy food.
The mailed coupons got me here but the chicken is gonna make me stay.

Love their food, specially the chicken burgers! Always fresh and so much better than Popeyes. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves fried chicken!

Charged extra for upsized breast pieces, didn't even put one in. Another time specifically ordered mild, but found everything spicy. No quality control, worst customer service. Taste has also gone down considerably. Stay away

Had a great service and experience. Their sandwiches and nuggets were fresh and tasty. Will come again.

I've been a regular at this place for years. The lady that works there is super nice, their spicy 3 piece chicken is sooo good.and their gravy is AMAZING!
