Always a long wait time. Owner is stingy and only had 2 people working on Saturday night. Ordered food at 9 and got my food at 9: 50. Used to be a loyal customer but not anymore

Amazing halal fried chicken! The chicken is crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. Sides like fries and Biscuits are also delicious. Staff are friendly and the restaurant has a nice ambiance. Highly recommend for halal fried chicken!

HORRIBLE! Got the family feast with onion rings and a gravy on the side. To start, I had to wait 45mins for them to prepare it. After receiving it, I already had a bad feeling. The gravy is so watery and has other mixtures to it. Seems like they literally used a chicken broth cube and mixed it in water. Ate some of the onion rings and it tasted HORRIBLE! BLAND flavour. The chicken pieces and strips tasted literally like oil and only oil. They overfried the chicken completely. Look at the pictures, there are black spots on the pieces because of how overfried it is. 30mins later, after eating, I felt so sick and threw up. Worst mistake of my life. I'm not one to normally throw away my food, and this is the first time i threw it out! NEVER AGAIN. Close this place down.

My go to place for fresh and affordable fried chicken. $16 for 8 piece leg/thigh chicken only deal is unbeatable. I get 16 pieces for $32+hst every time and can easily feed a family of 6 plus leftovers. Best value, always fresh (made to order) and big quality pieces.

Great taste and exceptional customer service! They take their time but always make fresh food unlike other fried chicken places! Best thing is their sandwiches and chicken.

As soon as I stepped foot into this store, I immediately knew that this was the place to get the good food. While yes, the wait time was quite long, but the amazing delicious food was worth the wait. I immediately felt a bond with this place as the food was indeed very good and the environment was welcoming. I can't describe in words how good the food was and the workers. I don't even know what to say, we ordered a family combo and a couple other things. Nobody liked what they had. I'm hoping everything was freshly made because it was steaming hot but it still didn't taste good. Im hoping the oil would be clean and new.

Ridiculous and slow service, owner's strategy seems to be saving money by hiring less number of employees. Waited more than half an hour for fast food

Food has 9/10 been really good, I’ve been coming here since this location has opened up. I do recommend maybe having 3-4 people working since two people can’t handle a good amount of orders.

I’ve noticed all the complaints typically coming from overweight people who probably shouldn’t be having fast food considering their morbid weight. Try a salad from quik chik:)

The cashier was so pleasant and helpful. The food was made to order, hot and juicy. I tried the wings and the tenders. They were crispy and well made.

$9 chicken Buffalo sandwich is not worth it. Way better options available for that price. Took 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches

Worse employee. The kind of attitude they have does not suit to the business they are. Heads up to the owner of this location to amend the attitude of their staff.

I have order sandwich and 10 pcs chicken.when i returned home and check, they haven't put sandwich.i tried to call them two times, but they are not picking the phone.it happened at heartland location.so careful, before you leave them, check your order there.edit after response: tried to call your store again today on saturday, it goes on message and says that the mail box is full and can not take any messages.

I called 0858 pm to order food for pickup the store representative asked it will be ready in fifteen minutes. I walk in after 25 minutes to the store even though order was not ready the guy said 3 to 4 minutes more paid the amount wait another ten more minutes I think there is no point to call them for pickup. Front counter server wearing pajama and T-shirt causual dress. Arguing that it’s ok if you still get the pickup order in 35 minutes and it’s ok.

Gulpreet helped us with our order and she was very nice. We had a really good experience today. Will come back again.

OMG…. The chicken nugget was so good and delicious. We asked them to make extra spicy and they made it. The service is so nice and they greet with very gentle nature and explain the menu magnificent. Gurpeeet, Aman and Satvik are so amazing. You guys are rock

Pathetic customer service they have 0 training on how to treat their customers and often make jokes in their own language thinking the customers cannot understand they also often close 2 hours before the actual closing time for no reason the franchise owner should look in to hiring new employees who care about their customers

The girl kajal who was taking orders was very friendly and knows well about her work, she told me about deals n helped me to make good order for my family.

Everything about this store is amaing. The new owner is so polite and makes sure your order is perfect and meets your needs. Fassih has the best customer service i have ever seen. We went in last night at closing time and he still took our order without hesitation. The prices and portions are both great. I got medium fries but it felt like it was more than a medium. This is the best plase to get chicken and i will certainley return back to this store. The store is also Halal. They prepared our order almost immiditley. Perfect.

Taste is amazing! Food is always fresh! But only 2 people working there and always 10 to 12 people in line waiting.please hire more staff.

This Place has good Chicken wings as compared to Popeyes. Best quality chicken i have had by far. This corporate location has amazing food and amazing service. Though take time but its really worth it.

I actually like their food, but the problem is their customer service. I get food from there pretty often, and every single time I get told that it'll take 15-20 minutes, yet every single time I have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes after getting there. Their chicken is also sometimes raw or undercooked, and the vegetables are sometimes really old and nasty- huge turnoff.

Overall this location is better then the other location I've been to, wait times are quite are long, quality of the food is ok. About average.

Decent quality fried chicken, spicy option could be a little bit more spicier but overall a good value.

Ordered 1 hour ago, waited 30 mins and asked "When is my order done? " They said they just started making the order. Atleast 5 people came after me and got their order and left. Horrible service, the food is good though. Reccomend Hurontario and Milton one

Food is really good. However expect a long wait.waited upto 1 hour for order on New Year Eve. Only two people working. They cook the chicken per order. It was not busy but a few people ahead of us, but still took a long time.

They r indeed “fast food”. The food came out super fast loll they tasted just like popeyes chicken but this is canadian brand i prefer the spicy chicken over mild ones. The fries are delicious-similar to popeyes again. Honestly i dont know whats the difference btw this and other fried chicken fast food chains but i give plus marks for this being canadain brand.
The coleslaw was meh though. Too much mayo and it was super soggy.

Love this place. Chicken is always fresh, juicy and flavorful. My pick over Popeye's any day.as long as it's by walk/dine in. I ordered through SkiptheDish and the food was dry as hell and looked the part. If you want juicy, delicious chicken don't get delivery.

Tenders are not greasy. It is very filling. All you can drink at the Mavis location. Service is very good.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Took way too long for a small 3pc chicken dinner. Plus they wouldnt honour my coupons that is on their website. Unacceptable.

No fresh food and dirty. I vomited qnd felt sick after eating their spicy bun and fryes and bun was cold and they made fresh fryers when we completed. Never ever will visit again.

Food is good but the cleanliness is less than to be desired of. Most places clean tables and floors at the end of the night. This place however does not do that. Came into restraunt when it opened with sticky floors, crumbs on tables and floors.

We use to travel 10 km to go there leaving those 4km away. This place used to be clean. It was a pleasure with family. Food was hot and fresh. Management could have changed. Recently it was so dirty. Floor tables counter. Well some people it might be the norm. The staff looks tired and would prefer noone comes on. It is a real mess specially after they add a new counter for grilled chicken never to be. So sad because those in Brampton are even dirtier. Like some street food stalls in some exotic part on east side of the globe. That's why for some people it is ok. But it is not.

Called to get a pick up for so it's ready by the time it was there. I specifically said, "hi, can I place an order for PICK UP? " I then asked if they had any special for chicken. She then said there's a 10 piece special so I didn't hesitate to take that. I said I will come to pick it up by 7. I come to the store and another employee said she didn't get any confirmation. She then asked her colleague and she mentioned that I didn't confirm if I was gonna get it or not and that she thought I'd confirm if I was to come in to the store. It's honestly such a waste if time waiting at the store that is why I CALLED. She was still trying to argue about what I said and customer is always right, find someone else who can understand customer service rather than someone that wants to argue. I literally had enough of her talk so I was like "just charge me, I'm waiting anyways. " She's so disrespectful.

Very oily and salty compared to other fried chicken fast food joints, i had a tummy upset and lots of acidity after eating here and this is not the first time we have eaten here. The fries were soft and didn't look fresh either.

Food is fresh BUT the service is too slow. They always promise 10 mins and take 20-25 mins. I won't mind if they would say so upfront.

The wait was long but that due to the fact I had ordered wings and they were making them fresh - I was told by Cashier it would take bit long so that is good. The food tasted fresh and was hot so that is good too. The reason I take off 2 stars is because: no soap in the washroom - it was day time, few customers - Employees don't have time to refill the soap? And the cook has way too much hair on his hands and arms - read previous reviews about people finding hair in their food and make the connection - I was lucky not to find hair on my food but don't want to rely on my luck. I mean the guy is a talented cook - when not treat the Brother to a paid visit to local hair waxer or buy him one of them budget body hair trimmer (spray paint it black so it doesn't look feminine) for Christmas?
