Quik Chik - Queen/Chinguacousy

I went today to buy poutine. It's so plain without gravy and cheese. We have to wait 25min for that. I come home n open it. So disappointed

Regrettably, my recent encounter with the chicken sandwich left much to be desired. The bread exhibited an undesirable hardness, and the patty, resembling rubber, failed to convey the anticipated chicken texture. Following my complaint, a replacement of three chicken strips was provided, as evidenced in the attached image. However, the strips appear notably thin, akin to poultry on a restrictive diet. This culinary experience, marked by unmet expectations and a discernible disconnect from quality, regrettably amounted to a substantial financial disappointment.

The chicken was good and the fries was also so good، it was also halal which made it even better

I got boiled tasting chicken for spicy fried i ordered, all 12 pieces had no taste.broken chairs, staff seemed like annoyed because I had come to the restaurant and now they have to work to make food.

I liked the food. Ordered the student special for the first time. They made it fresh, the chicken was crispy and the fries were good. The times i come here the food is tasteful. Seems like a good halal place. Will come again!

If mediocrity was a store, this would be it.
The fountain drink was nice and concentrated. Their fries were tasty as well.

The chicken was not spicy and I heard someone else also complain about it while I was there.

Out of my 10 piece meal we found 3 pieces to be fresh and juicy, 2 were very dry and the biscuits were basically reconstituted cat litter.

My experience was very mixed and I will not be returning to this location.

They're not busy enough to be serving fresh chicken unfortunately

Very bad experience, placed order over phone & once reached there for pick up the locations was closed.
We saw 2 girls was locking the front entrance with garbage bag in hand & left the place.
I was there with my family, I can't understand what the staff has done.

Closing time was 10pm, we place order at 7: 40 pm & reached there at 8pm.

“The Staff at this Location served me the Worst ever Buffalo Chicken Burger/Sandwich”

I am a foodie, who loves to submit honest reviews, based on my personal experience.
Although, I don’t live nearby but I always wanted to try “Quik Chik” as they serve Halal, and also have multiple locations, giving the impression that they definitely serve quality food.
But my first ever visit (last week) at this particular location was ruined by the serving staff. I was really hungry and therefore ordered their special “Buffalo Chicken Sandwich”; paid the full price (10$+, +Tax)
The one and only positive was the bigger bun and the dripping spicy buffalo sauce; in contrast, the inside filling was a small piece of raw/not properly done, chicken breast, pushed to one side of the bun, some shredded cabbage with some melted cheddar cheese/sauce? Most of which was on the wrapper?
I could have ignored these things, if the staff was really busy, but there was no rush at all.
My mistake was that I should have confronted them after taking the first bite, yet I left without wasting any time.
I would highly request the management to take action.

I used to be a regular customer at Quik Chik and I stopped coming to the store because the service was pathetic, I used to get chicken that was cooked more than 60 minutes prior to serving. I did not get fresh food which was very disappointing and that was the reason I stopped going to the store. One time recently I visited the store and there was this girl Sakshi at the reception. After explaining her my problem, she was kind enough to give me fresh chicken for which I had to wait 15 minutes but that was okay as I got fresh chicken. In the next week had a party at home and I visited the store again Sakshi assured me that I would get fresh chicken for my party order. I got served fresh chicken and everyone at my party loved the food. I am very satisfied with the customer service given by Sakshi and I hope the store can employ more people like her who can understand what problems customers are facing and how to solve them.

They've got good fries and chicken. Always a clean place. You might have to wait some minutes because they try to make your chicken fresh and hot most of the time.

One of the worse sandwich i have eaten. Ordered buffalo chicken sandwich combo, sandwich was drooling in sauce. One can only taste sauce nothing else.
Moreover missed to provide the side and drink.

Ordered on door dash got wrong order called at store to complaint they said its courier mistake.then I called door dash they offered refund so I went again to ordered same food so my kids have their meal.
To confirm store my order doesn't get mixed up I called the manager said oh you got refunded from previous order door dash not paying me for it. I said to him you can talk to door dash about it has nothing to do with me.
He canceled my next order.
Try placing again through door dash nd again got canceled from store.
This is ridiculous my kids are hungry they need to eat and the manager of location talking it personal and keep canceling our 4 pcs chicken combo mild order for our kid.
Quick chip head department really needs to work on customer rights with their staff. Won't ever give them business for this cheap behavior.

From five star they have reached one star. They are few of the locations that used to serve fresh products but today’s order was a disaster. Ordered two chicken sandwiches, chicken wrap and fish with chips. Except fish nothing was fresh. The bread tasted weeks old. The chicken like was cooked hours ago and was cold and soggy. It was very disappointing experience. Looks like I have to take my business to Mary brown’s.

Nothing I ordered was fresh and everything tasted like it had been double fried. The chicken tenders tasted like fish, which tells me that they fry everything on the menu in the same oil. Also, the portion size was horrendous. I ordered 5 different meals and the amount of fries I got altogether for all 5 meals was enough for only one meal. Not at all worth the price, even with the buy 1 get 1 deal.

Edit: There was in fact a buy 1 get 1 deal available, as I ordered it through Uber Eats. The receipt is attached.

This is the second time I'm having problems with this palce. The first time the chicken was raw an PINKish at the bone (could kill you with salmonella). Then somedays the people that work there seems as if they just came to Canada an start working. Today i bough a large fires an because there wasn't enough they give me 3/4 of box for a large fires.of course i only know this until I'm home. Buddy u need better STAFF.

DO NOT GO! Terrible store with clueless staff never wash their hands. One order took them over 30 mins and nobody knows what is the next step. Horrible attitude, and they use their unwashed hands to grab from fridge without gloves during Covid time! Will never go to this terrible store and so surprised they are still open. Nobody washed their hands in that store! Nobody got trained from manager to staff!

Yesterday, i visited to quikchik as the girl name Harpreet was talking so nicely and sweetly as there are lot of customers on that place and i was impressed with her way that how she is handling everything positively. I order strips and those are just yumm. This was my first experience at this restaurants and I highly recommend others to just visit there for once. 5/5

My daughter loved it. French fries tasted similar to popeyes. Mini chicken sandwich was reasonably sized.

I had to edit my review for today- I am your regular customer but did not like the service at all today. I know it was a big order before other customers including me but idk why the lady at the front charged me for the full price of the popcorn shrimps, even though it is Friday special today and I realized it when I came home. Moreover, she gave no napkins and sauce with it. I had to ask for the sauce and then she gave me and there were no napkins in the bag. Really disappointed.

Old review— Food was good but bit oily. Restaurant was not busy but still took time to prepare my 4 piece meal as no staff member was there for front desk. I think the young man who took my order was from
Pack line staff. Food was worth buying, good price, portion was good.

Been coming here since it opened and got to say the quality has gone way down and the prices have gone up. If your going to increase the price atleast have good quality. They always forget to give you the whole order. 2 times now they have forgotten to give me fries that came with my meal and once said I have to come and get it or else it will take too long because "they don't usually deliver like this! " Like seriously they never forget to charge you for a single thing yet they always forget to give you the full order. Plus they double fry the chicken and say it is fresh. Check your chicken because if it looks darker then that means they double fried it and still charged the full price. So dishonesty is another thing you get with your meal. So dissatisfied but always end up back here thinking maybe this time will be different!

My brother and I are a regular at the Fry. The food is consistently good. We love their crispy chicken. Wings were GREAT! Crispy outside juicy inside, full of flavours. The amount of food for the price point is amazing! You have yourself a returning customer! Great job!

It was my first time having chicken from the quik chik. I really loved the chicken as it is freshly prepared. Even you can have option of mild or spicy which i liked the most. I will suggest my friends also as there are great meals and combos which you can buy in less price. I would love to visit again. 100%

The place offers particularly good fried chicken that's competently cooked and quickly served for either take out or dine in and I strongly recommend for their family deals as well.

Yesterday I went to this restaurant, I ordered one sandwich half and half, it was fresh and well done. I went at the time of closing but the girl over there still gave me fresh one. The girl was cooperative and sandwich she made was awesome. Thanks quik chik

I want to be very very honest. I tried chicken from KFC and Popoyes. I must say yours is the best chicken I've had.i thoroughly enjoyed both wings and chicken pieces. The meat was fresh and juicy and the outer was so crispy. I was searching for chicken like this and you guys exceeded my expectations. I will certainly order again.

Anyone buying the food there pls check the price before you buy there is different price in your website and different price when you buy directly for the same combo and I had a bad experience when checked and had a argument which did not work

Taste is good as usual and comparatively the same to the Milton Quik Chik that I frequent a lot. I was passing by Brampton so I thought - why not? Let's stop and grab something on the way to home. One star taken off for not being asked for a sauce when I ordered Chicken Fingers.

Ever since Popeye's stopped selling it's Cajun Sandwiches, I've been craving them and then I realized Quick Chik has that exact sandwich and trust me when I tell you this, when you order that spicy chicken sandwich, you just don't want to finish it all because it's so good. In all honesty the price for me is a bit too high (Approx $6) but it is definitely worth it. If you've been missing the Popeye's Cajun Sandwich then go to Quick Chick Right Now!

Horrible place. Customer service is really bad. I was pregnant and ordered my food and the unprofessional staff told me to wait on the side.she start taking the next orders. And she start handing their food too while my order was ready. When i asked her to give my order she was very rude and she told me to wait while ahe finish the current order. Everyone is gone with their food who came after me not just one 3 people was behind me. Another incident happened while i was waiting for my order on staff was scratching her head and then ahe touch the chiken. I will never go to this place anymore. I wouldn't recommend this place. Quality has significantly dropped recently compared to when first opened. Seems like changed to lower quality ingredients. Very frequently get order wrong and staff some. Of the staff (mainly the manager) doesn't seem very welcoming or polite when taking your order

One of the dirtiest place you would find. The staff does not inspire trust for what we cannot see. Stay away from this place. Last time I bought from there I had to travel back to return it. Chicken smelling like diesel. Certainly using the day before oil on refried chicken.

May 19 2018 at 8PM.came in and order 4 specials (Thigh, wings, legs).
Indian lady does not know basic math and only gave me 2 wings instead of 4, When I came back after counting it in my car (because she looked confused when taking my simple order) so I doubled checked, she said "sorry no more wings", ummm atleast let me know and subsitiute it. Of course manager came in and found 2 wings in the trey.

Rude service, overpriced and terrible food. Would advise against it. Since it was my first time at said restaurant, I took a while to decide on what I wanted and the owner or manager who was serving me was visually upset. As I gazed into the kitchen of the restaurant, I noticed that it was not clean nor did it look like anyone who worked there knew what they were doing. This immediately killed my appetite. After placing the order, I went to sit down with my friend and wait. I overheard the conversation that the manger was having with one of his employees and he was saying very rude things about my friend and I thinking that I was unfamiliar with the language. The small amount of food that I did eat made me feel very sick and I never will come back. This was quite some time ago but its the first truly terrible experience I had with a restaurant

Where is the 0 * button this place is service is the worst I've ever seen they literally don't have chicken at 6 in the afternoon and when I asked the girl why they didn't make it she says because we don't have deliveries then when I asked her how long will it take you to make more chicken she then tells me I don't know the cook's not here this is not the first time I received bad service from this place this was just the final straw I will never return back to your location ever again

Kitchen goes through the motions to make food, but dont know how to tie the action to the result. Chicken is overly oily, sandwiches are hastily made with too much mayo, fries end up sitting too long and get soggy. Just not enough care put into making the food. Can learn a lot from popeyes and KFC. Ive given them 3 chances, always the same result. Disappointment.

TERRIBLE! I ordered from there for the family, almost everyone felt sick. Chicken are ridiculously oily. I once ordered, and the chicken was under seasoned. The one on Steeles is very good. This one is TERRIBLE!
