We were very pleased with Lily’s visit. All the staff were caring and friendly. They kept Lily comfortable and feeling relaxed. The Veterinarian Dr.was very thorough and made sure that Lily was well taken care of. We would definitely recommend Quinte Animal Hospital.

Best vet in Trenton. Dr Julie is amazing. Love the staff and they do great work. Pyper got fixed and look no cone of shame.

Very kind, wonderful service and accommodating. We were far from home. Charlee got ill while we were on the road. I called local clinics in the area and Quinte animal hospital took us in right away. I am so pleased with the service and kind staff. Charlee is feeling mooch better.

Great experience. My dog is nervous of new people. Both the techs and vet got on the floor with her to gain her trust. Very friendly staff, very clean. Lots of parking. Was able to get appointments very quickly.

Staff was awesome and friendly, got us in quickly, and did a great job, especially considering how utterly irascible our cat is.

Currently here for my cat string and I can't believe how kind people can be, they were so attentive to my worries and talked to me while doing exam letting me know he was okay and I got to be there to pet him ️ figured out a medication plan that will hopefully help my boy. Highly recommend this vet for short notice appointments if you're a client. Booked this yesterday and became a client this morning.

Pretty pathetic that they just turned away a dog owner, in distress with his dog foaming at the mouth and unresponsive in his arms, running in to get emergency help. Asked if we were a patient first, said no. Then, they said that they were fully booked. Thought a hospital is for emergency help. Regardless, I would not recommend going here, do not care about the well-being of animals.

I would give 0 stars if it would let me.

From the first phone call to the second we walked in the door, everyone was very welcoming and made it a very pleasant and positive environment. The vet is very knowledgeable and ensures to explain everything in depth and provide the best options. The follow up text was another great part of the experience. Well done!

They are the vet I use for my dog. Since he was a puppy I have been visiting them. Very professional and friendly staff, they handle the animals with so much care and respect. Dogs typically don’t enjoy visits to the vet but my dog gets excited when we pull into the parking lot. Highly recommend!

This is going back a few years but the lady doctor is still there. Our golden girl dog was epileptic, thyroid disease, entropion of the eye, severe over bite, chronic skin disorders and many other issues. We had spent thousands on our girl and had the testing all done in Alberta. When we moved here they overtook her care, check ups and meds distribution. They poor girl was no longer reacting to all her meds well anymore and one morning when we went to medicate her she growled, walked away had a seizure and threw up. As she laid there staring at us we knew it was time. The poor girl had so much wrong and at the tender age of 7yrs was done with meds and life as a whole.
We set up her appointment. We gave her no meds that day, took a fun walk and gave her pizza and chocolate cookies (only a few) as her meal. Then the children hugged her and said goodbye. We took her in and the vet decided hey I am not pts let's try more testing and more meds. The dog had no hair and no quality of life. We said it was time, we had tried many meds and she was tired and ready. Then she tried guilt tripping we left and found another vet the next day. They agreed it was time and helped us help her over to find peace at the bridge.

Excellent service with hidden fees for everything. Pay for your animals shots its ok they will charge you for another exam 2 weeks later when they need a booster which is completely unnecessary. By exam, your dog has gunk in his eyes.ok I know that.but why.no answer.ears are clean hearts good all done.half a jar of treats later.one treat is plenty not 50.

My senior kitty was due for a routine dental health procedure. They provided an estimate at his consultation appointment and very much stayed within it! They timed it with his annual senior bloodwork and urine testing to make sure he was healthy before anesthetic.
Dr. Calvert recommended pre visit oral medication for me to give him to help with stress and I was shocked when they told me he was friendly with them! He has been very fear-aggressive at other clinics in the past.
They performed xrays and found 2 teeth that were fractured beneath the gums! Dr. Calvert removed them for his comfort and health after updating me.
He was home and cuddling by late afternoon with medications for any pain and inflammation.

My family had an absolutely terrible experience here. We had to put my sister's cat down due to their negligence. He was only 2 years old. He was severly misdiagnosed and treated for an irrelevant issue (even when they knew his history). Then when my sister tried to contact the office they disregarded her concerns and even stopped answering her messages. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. This could have been avoided

Amazing service at Bell Animal Hospital, they tried their best but it was too late for the little guy.

We took our 17 year old cat whom we’ve taken to this vet since we got him in May 2022, we had called earlier in the day for euthanization as our Charlie has gotten quite old, is in pain, not eating and drinking (we know our cat) and they refused to allow us to enter, took him from us for them to do their own “assessment” and determine after we had told them he is sore to even touch, then told us they would have to poke and prod at him all while we were grieving this entire event in itself as it wasn’t something we wanted to do, but to keep him alive at this point would selfish. $700 later and not that we wouldn’t pay anything for our guy, but money hungry for sure. Horrible, horrible treatment from a business that claims to treat your pets like “family”. We will no longer be taking any of our animals to them and I warn anyone who does, truly they are just in it for the money.
