We were there as a fun time and the lanes kept messing up and they wasted our time with not helping us as well as not wanting to fix it or compensate for the over 40 minutes we lost with problems with our lane, and they were not very pleasant about it either

Worst bowling place ever. The service is terrible and the blowing machine keeps stopping by itself leading to wastage of the time slot that we booked. The staff doesn’t even bother to understand the problem and kept on giving explanations that did not make any sense. A friendly advice if at the end of the day you don’t have any option of as to how to spend your weekend do not even consider this place.

Had a great time with the bois bowling and playing the claw machine, friendly atmosphere with good prices and good snack foods

I have found memories of this place but recently the employees have been really terrible. They say they are open 11: 00PM but they Infact close at 10: 00 was at the doors at 10 waved at the employee they waved back and didn't even come to the door to tell me what was up. Ruined our night was really looking forward to some bowling.

The nostalgic bowling experience is great. Happy they kept in the classic console and CRT scoreboard display. It's just the same as I remembered many years ago.

Very disappointing experience. I reserved a lane for rock n bowl to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. I was very excited to go for my first time. We were looking forward for food and drinks (alcohol). However the girl working at the canteen really spoiled our experience. Her attitude was inexcusable. I tried ordering drinks for my boyfriend and I but she refused my ID because it’s a health card. But excepted my boyfriends ID. She refused to even look at mine. When I said it’s all I had she just took her pen and smacked it on some sign showing what IDs they do except. Because it was my boyfriends birthday I was paying for his drinks and food. I said to her it makes no sense to not be allowed to serve me alcohol… but allow me to purchase the alcohol for others. Also on the sign it said the ID must be government issued ID, must have a picture of yourself, and must have your date of birth. I’m also 22, it’s not like I’m on the verge of 19. Or under age. She didn’t have any customer service and didn’t even try to explain to me why she wouldn’t take my ID. We payed for 2 hours and left early after she ruined our night with her attitude.

The guy there was super polite, got us set up very nicely. I will not be back there because of the woman they had at the canteen. Ruined my groups night with her attitude even though we were just buying some beers, ended up leaving early cause of the employee.

Had a great time tonight. Took my granddaughter.we both had a great time. Great food and service.

Fun time but the screens were glitchy and I found it odd that you can't pay individually.

For example, If you have a group of 4 people, and you want to play for 1 hour, they give you the total cost, which means 1 person has to pay and then the other 3 people would need to give that person cash or send money to them.
Seems like a lot of effort for the customers.

Why can't they divide the total by 4 and have each person pay their own fee?

A couple of the overhead screens were not working so everyone's score wasn't easy to see. Ok for the most part. The kids had fun attending a birthday party.

Best bowling alley within at least a 100km radius. Great staff, friendly and very accommodating.

Great place, great staff, great music, arcade for the kids, great food. A little pricey but what isn't since covid! I would definitely recommend this place for a great time with friends or family.

Not recommended at all.
We went there today and had a really bad experience regarding customer satisfaction and the machine interface too.
The machines don't work properly even though the staff said the screen turns on sometimes but sometimes it doesn't work at all.
As our bay didn't work properly the staff member came almost 5-6 times just to reset the system. And we were really disappointed and wanted to have the refund. But the person there refused to return the money and said he can just return the money for the left out time that too excluding the rentals.
What the f*k is going on.
When we asked to talk to the manager the person refused to even call him.
That's the worst experience I've ever had in Belleville.

Well, they knew we were coming and yet had only 1 person on bar and food and one person on shoes.idk, if a group that drops alot of cash for 3 hrs was coming in, I'd have staff everywhere! The party room was like ice! Too cold to enjoy
Quinte Bowl we had a blast because we were there together, however you could do better

Was a great 2 hours. Place needs a bit of cleaning. Every ball was greasy but we still had fun. Staff ok. Bathroom ok.

I made telephone reservations for 2 hrs of bowling one night. And when we got there I told the lady about my reservations she served me and I paid and off bowling we went. Turns out she made a mistake and only charged us for on hour.
I was upset cause we had out of town people with us and were expecting to bowl for 2 hrs.
So the manager and the worker worked together and found us another lane we can play on. Turned out to be the best last hour of our night.very well handled. So thank you Quinte bowl and Staff. Excellent customer service.
