Quinte RV Centre

How this place got a 4.5 is beyond me.
My Wife and I are looking to get a new trailer and were rudely met by Mark the owner. Made us feel like we were wasting his time. He was rude and Quinte RV is not a place we would purchase from.
Do yourself a favour and go to a better dealer that will actually appreciate your business.

To Whom It May Concern,
Early in 2021 we were shopping to buy a travel trailer. We went to many dealers in the Easter Ontario region and were having no luck to find what we wanted and were getting discouraged. We kept getting poor customer service and couldn’t find the right layout, therefore we decided to explore one last dealer close to home, Quinte RV Centre.
Our sales person, Tawnya was truly committed to finding us the perfect trailer for our specific needs.
Tawnya’s knowledge of the market and her caring manner put us at ease throughout the entire sales process. We were quickly impressed with her extremely polite and attentive customer service.
To close the sale, we met with Marc for the final details. He too provided top notch customer service.
Furthermore, it was a pleasure to return to this dealer for the service and repairs of the trailer knowing that the outstanding customer service was always present.
Randy at the front desk always had an answer to our questions, while being very patient and respectful. The same with Wendy, the person who looked after our warranty service. She was quick to provide updates when we requested them, and overall was a very pleasant person to deal with. Doug, the repair shop supervisor and his team again provided excellent service. His patience, knowledge and attention to detail was very professional; he was always more than willing to help us. We are grateful for his expertise and service.
We feel we could not have found a better RV shop anywhere else to deal with.

Shout out to Doug, Randy and Wendy on the Quinte RV service team who came to our rescue when our 12v fridge died. We camp seasonally and within a day we had a resolution in the works. The travelling duo of Doug and Randy came out to our site and within an hour our camping weekend was saved! Excellent service, don’t go anywhere else!

Randy and Doug were very helpful with finding us replacement parts for our fifth wheel awning and installing them so they match our existing awning arm.

Me and my husband came in looking for a new trailer with lots of questions as it will be our first one. The staff was beyond friendly and extremely helpful. I recently went in to Quinte RV for some parts and advice. (As I usually do). Randy had exactly what I was looking for. He has a great motto and told me “If you need it, I’ve got it. If I don’t got it, I can get it. If I can’t get it, you don’t need it! ” Marc has a great team. Doug is always happy to help out as well.

After searching around the area for a trailer hitch for our truck to tow our trailer and speaking to Randy who was quite knowledgeable my husband and I purchased a Husky system for towing- what a difference like Randy said it would be!
