I was doing uber and i came to the store after like 10min getting my order and still when i came here the order was not ready, she told me it will be like another 15min. The girl working here was like showing attitude. We are also customers, they just kept serving instore customers.

THESE PEOPLE KNOW HOW TO MAKE A SANDWICH. Just let them know what you want. They are experts at reading the comments. 100 starsssssssssssssssssssssssssss

The quality of the sub is still decent but I’ve encountered, on multiple occasions, that pre-ordering online is virtually pointless. Two of the three times I’ve done this, my order isn’t approved so when I show up, they have to make it there and then, which defeats the entire purpose of pre-ordering to begin with.and then still paying full price.

Quiznos on Upper James blew me away! The amazing staff made me feel like a VIP from the moment I walked in, and the service was seriously top-notch. I didn't have to wait long for my delicious Classic Italian sandwich, which was hands down one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The bread was perfectly toasted, the meat was juicy and flavorful, and the veggies were so fresh and crunchy. I loved the variety of sauces and toppings available, and the team was super helpful in making sure my sandwich was just the way I wanted it. If you're looking for friendly staff, exceptional service, and mouthwatering food, you absolutely have to check out Quiznos on Upper James - I'm already planning my next visit!

The food was delicious and arrived fresh for the event, with plenty of options, meat and vegetarian and different sauces. Everything was wrapped very carefully and neatly. Will order for an event again.

Upper James location the team especially the MANAGER will take care of you and will remember you and give you great service i recommend this location over the rest.

Had a great sub here for lunch. I always enjoy Quizno's and this was no different. I ordered ahead and my food was just coming up when i arrived. No complaints about anything.

Normally very good subs, But I guess towards the end of the evening they just dish out the old stuff, I got a tuna sandwich that had no taste and it was all Brown like all dried out very disappointed,
I had actually noticed the guy when he was going to make it, he showed the girl and she just said go ahead, then I walked over around the side to see but still couldn't see the products you're eating because of the large lid hides the view, They scraped the bottom of the bowl and I got less for my buck, I was really looking forward to this delicious tuna sub. ‍

Good but way to much lettuce to seem more big I swear to God every time I get a sub here it's literally like I can make a salad after if I wanted to if I had some sauce don't get me wrong there's Subs are delicious but if you're going to double up on toppings double up on all the other things too

Store was extremely clean! The have great cleaning practices! Staff were friendly and took their time helping me order. Food was delicious!

Quality sandwiches at an okay price. The staff were happy to see me and provided quick service. I will return when I am in the area.

I am new to Quiznos and i must say hands down one of the best examples of how to treat your customer

A young lady named Brittany helped me, she was extremely friendly, polite and such a help, got me my sandwich fast and it was delicious

The sandwiches were great BUT I specifically went there for beef dip, confirmed with the staff 2 separate times I was getting the au jus with the sandwich, since it is now called something different on the menu.

No dip for my beef sandwich included once I got home. Not the end of the world, but I clarified twice after ordering.

The service was horrible. I can tell the workers are exhausted with the new management and the food just doesn’t taste the same anymore. I used to walk in there with a smile on my face ready to eat sandwiches made with love, now whenever i walk in i get a gloomy, sad feeling. I would not recommend coming here anymore, unless management did a better job at keeping their workers happy.

Old owners were amazing people, but their current ownership is abysmal. They dont care about their staff, nor do they care about the standard of care towards their customers. I saw the owner yelling at their staff through the window of the store, thats no way to treat anyone let alone people who work for you. I am a regular at this location and its a shame to see how bad its become under new ownership in such little time. I tried to ask the owner a question about a particular sub the other day and he just looked at me, laughed and went back to watching his soccer on his brand new TV.

Ever since the new management started running this place, I can see that the employees are absolutely unhappy. They look like they’re all being treated as animals, you can tell because the food is no longer being made with love. I’m extremely saddened with the new management. I would leave zero stars if I could. *sad face*

New management is shocking. Horrible people. Didn’t let me in because I was wearing a Scotland shirt.

I’ve bever had quiznos before and i thought i tried it and i definitely don’t regret it! As soon as i walked in i was greeted and the girl that made my sub (brittney i believe) was so extremely kind and i told her it was my first time and she helped me pick out my sub! 10/10 best costumer service i’ve had in a long time from anywhere! Definitely coming back just for the costumer service!

Hands-down the worst service I’ve ever experienced. First off no matter what time you get there they’ll always take skip the dishes orders over the customers. The lady took my order then proceeded to read a skip the dishes order of four sandwiches and disregarded mine. Waited close to 20 minutes when no one else was in the store. Got charged for 12” and only got a 9”…… never going to this place again.

The staff have looked very unhappy ever since the new management took over, I hope that theyre not treating their employees poorly, I’ve been going to this location a lot in the last few years and have never seen it this way before the new management.

Decided to order from Quiznos upper James (today May 3rd) because we loved the St. Catharines location, that was a huge regret. There was hardly any meat in the sandwich at all. I’m actually so shocked that they would confidently serve this to someone. Maybe they just don’t care?

Really unfortunate, We were really looking forward to it, and decided against our favourite pizza place to order Quiznos instead and I’m so disappointed. It was more like an appetizer, now we have to make something else. Ordered from Uber eats, 2 sandwiches with tip was $37 and I’m still starving.won’t order from here again.

If I had to describe my experience it would go a little something like this.

I have not even finished it yet and had to find my phone so I could give it 5 stars and tell everyone how much I loved the first half of my roast beef sandwich.

Its quiznos so you know what you're in for but the staff here are friendly and fast with you order.

Good food.but it seems like the sandwiches are smaller.less meat then before.
And the prices are bigger.

This is rating is for Groupon coupons I paid for. If you miss the cut off, they do not honour what you PAID for the coupon and they TAKE HALF of what you PAID! Furthermore, they insist you must buy subs separately; you cannot lump the coupons together.

Staff was nice and the food came quick, but there was only sauce down one side of my sandwich with most of it on the wax paper it came in.

The owner, Dave, is a true sandwich artist and gets my order perfect every time-and there have been a lot of them! Good customer service from the other staff-even during "the new normal".

I really miss Quiznos. Always get there honey bacon ham club really good get should get with pickles it was good really miss the Quiznos by my place. Will go again

Was there yesturday havent been there in a while but will be back for more! The honey bourbon chiicken sandwich is to die for.

This place makes the best subs oh my God they toast them really well done if you like I've never had a bad sub here ever it's always amazing at other sub places you to leave the buns are still so Quiznos is my favourite

Their subs are great. I don't go there often as it's not really close to my house but when I do. I'm never disappointed.their 9 inch sub of the day is a great deal.only 6 dollars! Had the bacon club the other day, very tasty.better than Subway that's for sure.

I've been to this location multiple times and have never had a poor visit. The main manager (possibly owner) is always there and you can tell he genuinely cares. Would take this sub over the leading sub company ANY DAY.
The restaurant is kept clean and the food does not disappoint. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Cheap excellent subs! $6.00 for 9 inch sub that's toasted! So good 1000 times better than Subway!
