After being told not to call, they called back under Private Number, after picking up Mike started talking like we're best friends, never identifying who he is, I had to ask how I'm speaking with, after I said NO to buying anything he was offended, asked what he did wrong,
1.don't call back- called back
2.unlisted number, why?
3.didn't identify himself
4.aggressive sales pitch

Placed order for Striker knives. Wanted to use for promotional item to clients. Poorest quality ever. Product scratched, poor engraving, very cheap quality, poor packaging. Cannot give used product to client. I will never use these guys again. Buyer beware

The fillet knives never fail me, ordered multiple times throughout the years. Just received the new safire lighters as well, very impressed with the quality and how my logo came out on them.

We placed an order with this company back in the summer for sunglasses with our company logo on them. We received the sunglasses but were unable to give them out to customers as they were children's glasses. We decided that errors do happen and ordered for them again. This time we ordered their tumblers with our company logo and address to hand out to customers at Christmas time. The first tumbler we opened had no logo on it. The second and third had our logo but the etching was not consistent and also poorly done. We did not want to hand them out to our customers as we felt the logo was either unreadable or the etching looked shoddy. We contacted the company and they asked us to send photos. We emailed in the photos. When we heard nothing back that day, we called back and were told it had been escalated to management. This all occurred on December 18. We have since called and sent emails and have yet to receive a response. As a small company starting out, spending a $1000.00 for 24 tumblers that are completely unusable and then being ignored by the supplier is absolutely unacceptable. I would seriously reconsider using this company. As stated mistakes are made but not acknowledging or working with your customer to resolve is poor business practices.

I received a call from this company. Guy doesn't explain why they're calling, just goes off on his sales pitch. I told him we weren't doing any promotional products at this time. Then he try's again and again with different products. I kindly said "I am not interested thank you, have a great day. " SLAM BANG the phone down. Rude, Guess I now know never to call these guys for any products or services. Keep up the great work guys lol.

Worst company ever. Sales man sold me some knifes telling me that they would be shipped out for 35 days approx 2o days later they said they where shippping. I said no. Then I went on holidays and told them so
After that they where shipped. Notices where left on my door saying someone had to be home, they called again and told me I could make a 30 minute drive to pick them up and pay for them at the shipping office. I said no mail them which they did so I went to my post office to pay for them and was told that they did not except visa. I sent them back. Today I received a call from a very rude lady there who said that I was playing games. Well guess what you enjoy those knifes now.
