We had a great experience with R & S Screening. The shirts we ordered look amazing! The staff was very friendly and their service was efficient. They communicated with us throughout the process to make sure our product turned out exactly how we wanted. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Terrible experience, the lady that owns/runs this place is beyond rude. We had the displeasure of winning a credit here as a prize from a recreational sports league. This lady seemed angry to be actually honoring the credit. I smoke medical marijuana to combat PTSD after my time oversees in the military. Never in my entire life have I felt so judged for this, the constant snickering, eyerolls, heavy sighs whenever I would ask a question. This lady was beyond rude. Ontop of that the garments took forever, communication was almost none existent, could not get a reply to my emails for months, calling I would be told they would "check if shes around" Ofcourse she was always "out". She tried to overcharge multiple times (Math just didint add up), would take weeks after correcting her to get new invoice, when I would she was real salty about it. The job was finally done and many of the garments were wrong. Despite me giving her very easily navigated paperwork on our order, they still managed to mess up almost a third (At this point I wonder if this wasint intentional) I ended up refunding my team mates out of pocket for the errors they made and just moved on.

TLDR; Won a gift card, spent $1000+$600 gift card value. Got treated like absolute garbage, 4 months later got garments full of mistakes, confident pursuing the mistakes further would only equal more headaches and mistakes. STAY AWAY

I am the manager at a local yoga studio and we absolutely LOVE the shirts we just bought from R&S Screening Inc. They were friendly and so helpful from day one and even completed our order much earlier than they thought. We will definitely continue to come here more and more as time goes on!
