First time there. I will be back. Receptionist is friendly and proficient. Massage therapist Luke was great. Took time to figure out my pain and after 30 min I was able to move without pain.

Amazing staff! Dimitri has been great with treating my shoulder pain. I highly recommend R3!

I had an amazing experience. I have been going to another massage and chiro clinic before making the switch to R3 Mississauga. I can truly say I see much more improvement on my back now than ever. My experience at R3 Physiotherapy and wellness has been excellent. From day one, the whole staff made me feel at home. I arrived with shoulder pain and Oleta from the front desk, with her big smile booked a first consultation with Divek, the physiotherapist. He had a hands-on approach and I left the clinic after this first consultation with less pain and restored movement of the injured shoulder. It was definitely the best physiotherapy I have had. Based on Divek’s diagnosis, Denis, physiotherapist and one of the owners of R3, created a wholistic plan at the start of my treatment so I knew how we’d progress and what to expect. I immediately knew that I was receiving the best care possible. Every week, for the last 3 months Divek had a different hands-on approach with soft tissue and fascial releases and he also taught me how to properly use therapeutic exercise techniques for my shoulders and also for my knees. Divek, I would like you to know how much I appreciate everything that you have done for me throughout the 3 months of my treatment. Your knowledge, empathy and tenderness are unbeatable. Thank you!

The therapist and practitioners are incredible. They go far and beyond in fixing the issues of the body. Management on the other hand is horrible. I am being charged a 50 dollar charge for not being able to show up because I had to travel to Colombia to see my dying grandmother. Disposable people

I came in there with an upper back nerve injury, doctors told me it would be 4-6 weeks until I’m back close too 100%.
Was working with Dennis and Dimitri, they are so knowledgeable and experienced with these types of injury’s that they told me that I will be healed in 3-4 sessions, which I was having a hard time to believe because doctors were telling me weeks possibly months.
After the first session I was amazed how much more mobility I had, after the second I could walk fine. Than the third I had basically no pain. I was amazed that it only took 1 week to get back to normal after doctors were tell me weeks possibly months. Basically what I’m saying is if you want results you have to go to the right people and R3 is the right place for all your injuries.

Best physiotherapy place out there. Dennis has now fixed my mcl and my pec over the past few year. Doctor Ellis (the chiro) has also been great as well. Pricing is actually better than the last place I was at and definitely provides better service. Definitely recommend for anyone needing physio!

I've been to see a couple of physio therapists, a chiropractor, and a couple of masseuses, yet R3 is the only physio place that has been able to understand what was wrong with my back and actually break down A LOT of bound muscle while the other specialists I've seen did not seem to even understand what the problem was. I have been a regular client at R3, I go for back/neck pain and I'd recommend it to everybody who is looking for a physiotherapist! I've only seen Dmitri so far and he's been amazing at relieving my pain every time I go in, whether it's through hands-on release, shockwave, cupping, stretching, traction, etc. Even if you're feeling tight elsewhere for example in your hips or hamstrings, they never mind adding a quick stretch in those areas for you during your appointment. The physiotherapists go above and beyond to make sure their patients leave feeling better while focusing on all areas of trouble. Their service is amazing and the entire staff makes you feel so welcomed and taken care of. Love this place!

I went to this clinic in Mississauga after a suffering a knee injury while playing soccer. In the few weeks I was there, the clinic, and Shannon particularly, were super helpful in helping me on my way to regain strength and stability, with my ultimate goal of getting back to sport. I originally chose the clinic due to its clean and professional website and my experience was no different! During the sessions I enjoyed learning about the science behind particular movements and how it would help my development, and after the sessions I even received a personal training plan that I could continue at home and in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

I tried R3 Physio for my shoulder pain and liked it. I have been treated by different physiotherapists here and they are all very knowledgeable and each one has their own technique. Divek doesn't waste time and addresses the problem right away and he is very good with muscle and joint manipulation. The customer service ladies are super nice and will arrange everything for you. You should try because you'll like it here.

When all else fails to fix my broken body from a construction job and weekly workouts, I have to go to the experts, I have to go to the best. I have to go see Denis.

My forearm was killing me, and I had problems fully turning my neck. Was planning to take time off too, to ease the pain.

I had bad knee pain then I got a treatment here and I did stretch and exercise that the physiotherapist taught me. Now I have no problem with my knee.

I was suffering from lower back pain, fearing if it was something related to the nerve. Then I was told to contact R3 physiotherapy and get their opinion and therapy done. That was the best decision I happened to take as I was assured by them that it was only related to muscle and therapy would heal. As told, 1st session with Diwek made me feel much better and another two sessions almost made me pain free.had wonderful experience and the way he understood the problem was amazing. He was very friendly and patient through out the treatment and made it feel easy to heal with all the necessary exercises advised.follow up email on how I was doing after the treatment made me feel even better and happy to have chosen R3 physiotherapy and wellness. Well recieved by the receptionist, appointments and confirmations from their end following all the Covid protocols for our safety as well as the team was good
