This store is a lifesaver when you need an item at odd hours. The pre made meals are great and super convenient. Best beef sausage rolls and chicken salad.
Way to expensive, not even have washrooms for customers, went to buy the guy was asking 25 plus taxes for a pack I get for 20 everywhere. Need to focus on customer service and price
Many occurrences where their made-in-store food were foul or starting to go bad. Happened with a fettuccini alfredo I picked up yesterday from their heated deli counter, and from a while ago, a meatball spaghetti and a sushi tray. At all these times, the food gave me diarrhea eventhough I threw it out after a few bites when I realized it was bad. Not a place to get fresh food.
You're clearly paying for convenience because of the hours they keep but you will pay for it. Everything is more expensive. It cooked chicken for example cells for $15 where the same one you can get at metro for around 12. I took a hard pass and went to get a pizza next door Gino's which was fantastic.
rabba fine foods-oakville (RFFO) is located in a plaza, across from the sheridan college trafalgar campus.its biggest asset is providing a grocery style shopping service within a convenience store environment, 24/7.
RFFO also features a tim hortons, fresh produce, a sushi corner bar, in addition to salads, take out foods, and some hot foods.there is also a decent selection of grocery and household items.i was coming off afternoon shift and got approved for a morning shift the next day, so i was in a pinch to get specific grocery items. RFFO was recommended to me by a co-worker, and thankfully i was able to get what i needed.big shout-out to staff workers haleem and his co-worker on the night shift after 1130pm.both persons were warm and welcoming during my visit.haleem did an excellent job keeping the line moving, when it got busy with an influx of students.i like that the store has at least 2 workers on the night shift, not just because it's busy, but also for the sake of safety.one star gets knocked off for the high prices.that said, you are paying for the 24/7 convenience given there's no grocery store nearby.bottom line: i would recommend to others, and would use rabba fine foods-oakville again if i was in a jam for grocery food items or a take-out meal.
I went to buy a pack of smoke few days ago and the cashier said 14 dollars and few cents which is almost 2.5 dollar extra than its price anywhere else and he even can't match the prices.smoke prices in Rabba is way high than anywhere else and I don't understand your policy about that. How you expect to keep your customers satisfaction like that.
I go here somewhat often because of the convenience. It's a decent enough store. The staff at checkout are sometimes nice sometimes rude. Hostile if you ask questions about items priced wrong at checkout. One time I went in here a crazy lady started screaming at me and making a scene for no reason. Not my favorite place to shop.
I ordered farmers breakfast wraps in tim Horton inside rabba store the hashbrowns not fresh even the sausage I requested to be hot and well toasted the cheese is cold not melted overall I'm not recommend to visit.
Don't get they pre packaged delli salads. Grabed a greek salad and it was genuinely rotten. The onions reeked. Would have returned it if I hadn't driven home.
No one knows how to properly wear a mask at this location except the two staff that usually work the overnights. Realistically only covid safe to shop here late at night.
Convenient since they are open 24 hours but with the new remodel they did recently all their prices have gone up. The prepared foods are particularly pricey
Nice location great layout and variety of foods and having Tim Hortons inside is a plus Extremely nice manager who goes out of his way to satisfy the customer
Went there to buy sushi, milk, & rootbeer, only bought 1 of the 3! Sadly, it looks like they don't carry regular 2L milk & no Barqs either! Luckily the sushi lady hooked us up with some freshly made options & will definitely be back soon for more sushi!
Decent 24 hours grocery store. Great for late night snacks and last minute food. Unfortunately some food end up expired on the shelves. Blonde female employee with the long nails is really rude and unfriendly. Started cussing at me because she didn't hear me say debit when she asked how I was paying.
I parked my car at this plaza to have a dinner after I pick up my kid from the Sheridan. When I came back with my kid after an hour, my car was magically gone from the parking lot. The towing company that took my car asked straight cash, $380 on phone, and later asked to pay $435 to get my car back. Yes, it is my fault to leave the property without purchasing anything from plaza. However, since the parking lot allows 2h for the customers I expected more flexibility for customers. Also, I will never appreciate to deal with a tow company that asks only cash for thier so called 'service. '
Nice fresh meals if you need something quick for lunch. Fresh sushi bar where a lovely lady makes them daily. They just added in a Tim Hortons inside the rabba which was awesome. The fresh samosas and beef patties are good for a snack. Also it is extremely nice that it is open all the time, and the even includes holidays! Went to them on Thanksgiving, having a grocery store so reliable and right by me is awesome. Thank you Rabba!
Convenient for people living in the area. The only other grocer in the area is about a 10 minute drive from this location (Walmart). Extremely pricy but that’s the cost of convenience. Surprisingly a wide selection of food items ranging from sushi, deli meats, canned foods, etc. Basically all the necessities.
