Rabba Fine Foods

I always used to go here to pick up whatever small items I needed but the quality of products and service have depleted. The items are overpriced, food is stale, customer service is horrible. The staff, especially the older lady at cash, is racist as she targeted and followed my friends and I around the store to see if we would steal. The place also smells old and spoiled. Not only would I never shop here but I will tell everyone not to as well. Horrible service, horrible products, horrible experience.

Some lady at this place told my girlfriend and her sister to leave their gym bags at the front of the store but didn’t say anything else to other customers walking in. Found that so weird, this is not acceptable.

This is the only place close by besides metro that has fresh items & decent service. Prices are ok. It’s just enough for what I need.

Halal, good looking cashiers, 24/7, next door, BIPOC, del Monte products, regular Fritos, pita, Tim Hortons inside,

Pros: Open at late night.
Cоns: Cashiers are аfricаn rеfugееs who can't spеаkEnglish when checking out. They always make mistаkes when handling cаsh and till. The store is selling оvеrpricеd stаlе food.

They need security so unsafe for the employees to be working especially girls alone at night

3: 30 am myself along with other customers entered the store and were kicked out, cause they were mopping the floor

The cashier lady was very rude and unpleasant because she doesn't know how to do her job for example cancel a simple debit transaction on the debit Mechine she don't know how to do that and getting rude with me please hire better works please! Rude lady!

Awesome night staff very friendly. Day staff (a woman) not at all. Follows people very cruel in her speak to clients and judgemental huge. Have seen her twice both times demeaning accusations huge and labels everyone who walks in no matter how you look dress etc the same. Nit how you should act period let alone in the retail stores

I’ve been shopping at rabba fine foods for years it wasn’t until my experience yesterday which made me never want to shop anywhere else. This boy told me it was his first day and he was training. He gave me the best customer service I have ever seen at this location. Kind genuine and wanting to help with a friendly smile on his face. I cashed out and was having trouble loading my cart so Ali did it for me! It was a wonderful experience thank you rabba fine foods

Loved that they put a tim hortons in here! Fresh food, meals right by TMU rez. Staff always been amazing

Paid 15$ for the largest size Greek salad and there was a hair in it & a random noodle lmfao.

Always great service good prices for what I need and very sweet staff. Costumer service are also amazing. Keep up great work!

Rabba on 256 Jarvis st, great location, convenient when commuting. Staff are always very nice and polite. There's some manager or owner, I don't know what language he speaks but I have seen him many times yelling at staff; I guess they work scared. Overall (except for the yelling) nice experience as a customer. That yelling person should care more about cleanness outside on his sidewalk. All garbage constantly there are obviously Rabba's

Most expensive place in Toronto, if you are willing to pay 3-5 dollars more for every single thing go ahead, zero star.

The best Rabba in the area. The atmosphere is perfect for a small grocery store. It's well stocked, the layout is nice and open and brightly lit. Staff was friendly and helpful. The displays are nicely laid out and it's just just genuinely nice to shop here.

There's even a Tim Horton's in the back which is something I've never seen before.

I love this place. The dapper manager dude makes it fun to shop there. He's always so friendly and nice. The staff are usually pretty good and I love the instore tim Hortons. I live nearby and find myself in here alot. Sometimes the prices are a bit high but they have sales and it makes up for it. The lotto selection for scratch cards kinda sucks but everything else is good

I like this store because it is always open. This is a small grocery store in downtown Toronto. They have produce items, small Bakery section, dairy products, canned food, pops, cheese, frozen snacks and so forth. I found the place very convenient and peace of mind. The staffs working here are always nice and friendly. There is a Tim Hortons inside the place. I would definitely recommend this place.

Not as stocked as some of the other Rabbas around the area, but they're always open! Holidays too.and prices aren't as rapey as the other 24/7 convenience stores.great baklava but not as cheap as they used to sell 'em.:/

It is an okay store, considering they deal with some of the zombies in that neighborhood, staff are good with the odd angry staff member, but it is good to pick up the necessities you need for the day

One girl and one man who work this place on weekend don't know anything, I don't know how they get hired.couple of weeks ago I went there to play Lottery, 1st the girl messed up then the other guy he messed up with a customer then he messed my tickets. Both are new and very aggressive. To the owner take care of this matter.

Rain, snow or minus 40. They are always open when I need them. Let's be real. I am a really good eater. I need Rabba on a regular basis and interval of 24 to 36 hours. They are that good and who can say no to a donut for spending 20 Bucks. Especially when it's a Tim Horton's donut or muffin. Shhh. Pass it on.
