I recently had a disappointing experience with this service. The employees seemed uninterested in their work, and their English proficiency was lacking. Adding to the frustration, payment was required upfront before the food was even prepared, resulting in an additional 10-minute wait for heating. Unfortunately, the overall service fell short of expectations, and there were instances of customer mistreatment. I hope these issues can be addressed for an improved customer experience in the future.

I like this store. It's very well maintained and clean. They have a Subway inside. They have fresh fruits, sandwiches, sushi, salads, and ready to go meals.

I think it's a bit pricey but very handy when you need something quick. The fact that they're open 24/7 is a big plus. Too bad most of the food they sell have curry because I just hate it, and they don't sell cleaning products. Despite that, I haven't had any issues with their services yet.

It was cramped but pretty organized. It's not a bad selection. It's a bit overpriced, but considering location and is open 24 hours, that's more than fair

Overheard the manager talking very rudely to an employee, almost shouting. Not nice to treat anyone like that.

They charge me twice same item, be careful costumers when you come to this shop!

I've accidentally bought sour butter chicken, moldy basil, and a number of other expired products from here but they still own my heart. The fact that they are always open is incredibly convenient when making pizza at 3am. Sorry I dropped the yogurt. I offered to pay for it and clean it but the guy just got me another one and let me go. Their croissants are nothing special but I can not resist them.

One of the best 24-hour stores what are Yonge (the world's longest street Yonge) Street and bloor wanted south of Osgood subway station if you walk down the side street then there's other locations that are new you should really look this up on the map these people are really good they can give you a deal at times prices are not crazy like the other stores I would not go to Circle K really they took a lot of money from me the spadina and bloor while they're dirty right at 7-Eleven at Spadina and College too they become dirty dirty the outside they are dirty dirty, seems like you get Misfits and good people and the helpers I would suggest going to Rabba Fine Foods and other stores.

The customer service in this place is non-existent. I had maybe $6-7 worth of items and used my debit card to purchase it. The machine had issues printing out a full copy of the receipt. But my bank account showed that I was charged. The manager and his cashier try to convince me that the money didn’t go through and to pay. Then he said my transaction will be refunded. They holding up the line and the manager was being extremely rude since he still wanted me to pay and take his word that the debit purchase will be refunded. I just start yelling at him because I’m not getting disrespected by a guy who took my money. I gave him a $10 bill, got my change, and told him he can keep the money he took from me from my debit card. After I left, a lady who was behind me found a little slip that said the transaction was approved. I went back in, took that slip, and said keep the debit card money again.

Horrible customer service by lata, just tried to order a salad and she told me not to bother her as she is stressed working. Then she tries to serve me the food without washing her hands after I saw her handling garbage. Rude under trained staff

Good that it's open 24 hours but everything is super pricey. I only go here in case of urgency.

Greek salad more than half weight water, you guys need to use different spoon and try to work on the quality, tasteless Greek salad ever ate

Not my ideal grocery store, just passed by & bought 2 on sale items. But it's good enough for 4 stars.

This is one of store where you can buy and have your food at the same time as they have subway and fresh inidan snacks

Decently distributed outlets. Overpriced compared to big box store price, but you get stuff that you need. Look for No- Frills, Freshco around.

Behaviour of the staff at the counter was very weird and a bit insulting. When asked if he would take 2 dollar coins for a pack of smokes? ($18 so 9 coins of 2). He blatantly refused. But they would return change if transacted in cash. Which most new comer would have.

When given cash, he checked the dollar bill as if it was fake or stolen or something. I am brown!
Racial Profiling. I don't know! But would only visit if have no options left. Don't carry coins

They have double charged me for the same item TWICE now in the span of only a few weeks. This first time, I chalked this up to a simple oversight but it has happened again so soon after the first instance. This hasn't happened to me at any other grocery store in years but this has happened on 2 separate occasions now where they seem to deliberately scan an item twice (both times I was wearing headphones, possibly them assuming that I wouldn't hear the double beeping).

Not only this, but the display where they keep the cheese near the entrance of the store is FILLED with dead flies. It clearly hasn't been cleaned in a LONG time.

Unnessarily rude deli counter staff member, the only reason I'm not giving them a one star is because of how polite the cashiers were and the over all cleanliness of this rabba. Would still avoid due to the fact there are others in the area with better staffing

High prices for groceries with limited selection.

Not all staff wear masks in spite of signs indicating masks are mandatory. Disappointing.

The good: great location, great hour, good selections.

The bad: other than a few staff who are always nice, the rest are hostile and mean to customers. I’ve been coming here for years and the customer service has been going downhill fast lately. I’ve witnessed a few times the staff yelling at the customers. I’ve been yelled at by one staff, she tried to blame me for some spilled rice pudding I unfortunately stepped in and almost slipped on. I don’t even eat rice pudding but she insisted that it was me to spilled it while standing in line. Another time I was charged for something twice and the cashier just ignore me and proceeded to call up the next customer in line. Unbelievable I’ve never been treated this bad at a place that cost so much for food. Im never returning to this shop again, not even in the deep winter. I’ll walk a few minutes to another grocery store.

I bought dairy here, got home and it was expired. No problem, that happens so I called and was told I could come and trade it for the same thing but not expired. When I got there they told me they wouldn't do it and even made me open the container so they could smell it. So embarrassing. I usually buy all my groceries there and will no longer be doing so.

Pathetic experience. Staffs are really rude and not helpful. They misbehaved and disrespected. Won't recommend this shop at all.

The customer service is downright reprehensible. I've witnessed on two occasions a cash clerk dismissive to paying customers- he was condescending and rude. Best to go to Gardenview instead, at John and Queen, where they treat customers like humans.

I called and I was past in to an other person that didn’t speak English and they hang up on me! Wow bad costumer service.

Much Expensive than metro, Walmart etc. In terms of service, it was ok. But rates of everything much much expensive.

Saw an employee picking their nose and sorting produce, almost made me gag. The prices are insane too, I won't ever be shopping here again. Yuk

Okay if you need something in an emergency or for lunch. Other than that a little pricy and not variety.

Service is pretty bad. Dropped in to quickly buy something and the cashier spoke to me in a disrespectful tone. Figured he was having a bad night so I let it go. Then he started tossing around what I was going to buy and after my payment went through he threw it towards me.

Very conventient spot at downtown - just double check your receipt since sometimes their systems wont give u the discount from any sale that theyre having. This only happens like ten percent of the time.
