Very bad staff members, unbelievable rude! Especially the Persian lady, and the manager as well!

Wouldn’t recommend going there!

-0 star.that old lady they have working the cash needs to be fired as a young black man i do not expect to go into a store and have to deal with racism from a lady that can't speak english! She constantly disrespect's me when i come to shop by giving me nasty looks as well as slamming my items.building 55 Harrison is where i come from to shop i am no stranger to the area she did this exactly 10 minutes ago you can check your camera as this will not be tolerated she did it in front of a customer too which they proceed to tell me she is nice.its not the first or last review about this lady who ever owns this store needs to take action because today you've lost a customer due to someones poor choice of lifestyle i will no longer step foot into your establishment

Shocking! I went in to buy some bananas but all on the shelf were rotten; covered in black spots. There were 4 boxes off to the side, also rotten. But, one box on the bottom had some that looked ok. However, the produce clerk wouldn’t let me take any from this box. He wanted to give me some rotten ones from the top boxes. Unbelievable. I’ll never buy produce from them again. I’ll get it from Longos or Food Basics or Whole Foods which are close by as well.

A good location and a life-saver for after-hours if you are missing some key ingredient or the whole dinner.
In the morning and during the day they have great hot food - fried chicken and potato wedges that I dare you to try, it’s delicious.
Staff always nice.
I wish their fruit and veg section had wider selection but it’s honestly ok and I sometimes resort to it for last minute after hour shopping. Some of their prices are high, some are fine, especially considering it’s a 24/7 convenience mini store. Still at better than ordering outside food because not much is open other than fast food.

Convenient store at a good location. Not a lot of parking available and the fresh/refrigerated food is not always fresh. The service is friendly and there is an RBC ATM inside.

Very convenient for late night shopping. Yes items are about 10-15% more expensive but that's what you get for it being 24 grocery store. They also have good hot food selection. Love this place.

So I walked in to buy Sambosa from their deli, they asked me to wait 10 min because they just mopped the floor and didnt want to go in the deli part

Tell me more about how nice a customer service can be. This is the worst thing I ever heard in my entire life

I'd give a higher rating if the miserable elderly lady weren't working there. Never a positive experience. Feels like she could snap at any moment and lacks any customer service skillset.

Her level of entitlement mixed with anger towards customers, raising her voice is never enjoyable to see when entering the store.

Many options but very bad service and staff are not friendly, I asked for help no help, and when I asked about certain products she replied “this is not Costco”

Today is December 12 2021. I'm a resident of 16 Harrison garden Blvd. At approximately 10am I was there shopping with my wife. We had bought some groceries. As we went to pay and while we were paying we asked to have some lotto checked and a pointspead slip printed. The clerk which is an old lady said " theirs an olg app for that" I asked if I could have the slip printed instead for the pointspread? Then she responded by saying "I'm helping a customer" which was my wife. They she said "she doesn't look like your wife and that she didn't think we were together" once she printed the slip I then asked for another games slip to be printed she then went to serve the only other 1 customer in line which I would have taken 10 seconds or less for her to complete what she had to do with me. I'm very upset that I had to experience this on a Sunday. Very bad service and this person should not be in customer service.

Nice and good crew clean and bright allday, allnight. My favorite pie is there also haha thank you Rabba

This store is 24/7 which makes it most visited store in my neighborhood. If you want to grab just one thing missing in your kitchen you can definitely go and check you might find it there. Also they have some variety of take away food. So even though this place is a Little expensive compared to food basics, Walmart or so but i would recommend it if you want to get a thing really bad and don't want to visit bigger stores.

Its on the way and if you need some basic groceries just walk in you will find those here for sure.

People are working around clock. People might need groceries at an ungodly hour. Metro and Sobeys have suspended this service. So this is where a place like Rabb Fine Foods come in. A friend of say that "Rabba" actually means they are robbers with their pricing. However, there have to be a slight upcharge for the convenience of having the staff waiting on the chance shopper to pop in.

Great location. Friendly staff. As usual, the products are more expensive than other grocery stores but great for a quick pick up of an essential.

Awesome store to get all the groceries. Its open 247 and very good and secure place to go at any time of day or night.

Morning time, old lady cashier ruins my shopping every day.so I go there only night time.she is not trained at all.no smail, yell, lazy (not even put stuff put in plastic bags) other staffs are incredibly wonderful

I am experiencing with the store only at nights, so only could describe experience for then only, the staff at nights are always friendly, and have stocks for only basic needs, the prices are I'd say for some products consider fair, some don't, your mileage may vary, definitely to go store when you need to purchase something you can't find at grocery during the night in your local area.

Very insensitive staff and manager: (
They billed me twice for a product and when i went back after 2 days, instead of being apologetic this gentleman counters stating i should have come the same day (c'mon its not my job to check your accuracy).
Then he makes a call and asks me to come back again at a specific time slot the next day.
Very disappointing service, will never go again.

There is serious problem I am experiencing with your one of store.

I am living around M2N 7G4. I visit a lot this store for buying anything.

However, one of staff is worst ever. She is real dog in manger.

I do not want to say like that, but she is so mean to customers.

Today I visited the store and I was about paying for my stuff when she was in front counter.

She just pointed out me to put basket on where it was.but other baskets were in front counter which mean that people just put basket on floor in front counter.

I saw her that she kept talk other customer closely.but when I stand in front counter, She was annoyed to tell me that step back and look down me.

This is not one time. I have been visited this store more than 3 years. I hate this situation.

I like other staff. Normally, I visit here night time after work.
Anyway, I heard from others that they had a same experience with her.

So, I am going to do boycott ur store and I spread this issue and past my experiecnes in my communities.you should reply me rwith her comment.

There is an old lady at the cash in this location (Harrison Garden Blvd), who is really rude and unfriendly!
She is disrespectful to clients and has a very unprofessional attitude. She works in mornings and is in her late 50s or early 60s. She makes shopping at this location a very unpleasant experience.

Good store.but the cashier gives very poor customer service.nothing empathetic.while she is there. I don't go to the store again, even if I walk a little more. I hope the owners take up the matter.

Service is GREAT, the people that work there are lovely.

It is very over priced but quality food - especially at the ready made section. LOVE their samosas!

Open 24 hours, 365 days of the year. Has a wide variety of produce and other goods besides cooked food and salads.

The people working there are always nice, but I have bought expired product from here on more than 1 occasion amongst other things. Very overpriced as well with poor selection. If you can walk 5 minutes you can find better product much cheaper.

One of the lady staff at the cash counter who is usually there in the mornings, is always rude to me and my 17 month old daughter. I don’t know whether she’s rude to everyone or it’s just us.

To be honest It’s disappointing to be treated like that in a country like Canada.

Coz it’s a blessing to have Rabba fine foods close by that fulfills all our urgent food requirements.

But that’s just one staff member. Other staff members are really nice and courteous

-They have Daily well prepared tasty food available for pick up.
-They have groceries
-It’s open 24 hours
-It’s close by to where I live
-and it’s neat & clean.
What else one needs it’s quite convenient!
