Race Toyota

I talked to a sales person this morning who was really short and rude. I didn’t feel like he wanted to sell me a truck at all. Seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. Probably try another dealer. I have talked to a few in proximity to this one recently with much better service at sales.

We've purchased several used vehicles from Race in the past, and recently a new Rav4 Hybrid. They also look after all my service needs. The sales, service and parts departments are all top shelf.

I have been a Toyota driver for 30 years. My wife drives one as well. We both have new 2022 vehicles. Unfortunately, didn't buy them here. I went in for the first service on my new Highlander. Also a quick warranty check on a squeaky defective mirror. Gerry diagnosed the problem in minutes. Quick, friendly service. All done in about 2 hours. I will go here again.

The drop off and pick up of my vehicle for regular maintenance was easy, the staff was pleasant, loaner car was ready and they were on time. Great service.

I value transparency and I got it from this dealership. Each interaction was pleasant and all the need-to-know points were covered during the buying process. Absolutely the worst service imaginable.waiting area is in their cold shop which the big bay door is constantly opening.they left my window wide open in the parking lot while I waited for my bill,
when asked why they put the other customers windows up they said because it may rain.so why were mine left down?

no complimentary coffee, no car wash.the washer fluid wasn't even topped up.this is what the gold package covers?

was my oil change even done?

Just picked up a new 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross LE AWD. I am very impressed with this quality vehicle, smooth and comfortable. It was worth the wait. Race Toyota is always a pleasure to deal with. Dave was professional, polite, honest with excellent communication throughout whole process! I highly recommend this dealership.

I am a Toyota owner, but Race Toyota is not where I bought my vehicle, While on vacation in the Kawarthas, I blew a 20" tire on my Venza in the evening heading back to our camp site. I installed the spare and continued on to the destination. The next morning I called Race toyota which was over 30 kms away (other options that were closer was canadian tire in Peterborough). I discussed the problem and noted I was far from home and did not want to drive on the spare (towing a trailer). They were eager to help, I dropped off the tire the next day in the afternoon and went out for bite to eat, The service department called 20 min after, said it was all good to go, back to the dealer, They installed a new tire on the rim, took my vehicle in and even installed it on the vehicle, everything was covered by the toyota road hazard warranty. I have purchased tire road hazard warranties before with so many conditions, that really nothing is covered.

I am very very pleased with the quick service and response from the Race Toyota dealership, GREAT service! From the front staff to the mechanics in the Back.

High pressure divide and conquer sales tactics not appreciated I went in with my wife excited about the prospect of buying a new car and came out ready to file for divorce. Sales man was disrespectful rude and insulting.
