I am writing to express my appreciation for Jason, Brian, and Rob.
I bought a pickleball paddle from RaquetGuys a month ago. Unfortunately, there was a manufacturer defect came up in the paddle after several times of playing.
I wrote an email to Prokennex and they didn't response to it. Instead I asking for help from RaquetGuys explaining my situation. I got a response from Jason and Brian the NEXT DAY asking me to go back to the store for a replacement immediately. Rob was the one who helped me with the replacement in the store, and he brought me 2 new paddles for me to choose.
They provided a very excellent service to customer.

I recently purchased a badminton racket from Racquetguys, and I cannot express how impressed I am with the level of service I received, particularly from Victor. His knowledge and expertise in helping me choose the right racket for my game were truly exceptional. He patiently answered all my questions, offering valuable insights and recommendations based on his deep understanding of the sport.

Very professional sales discussed about tennis racquet I would like to buy. In terms of play level, grip size, weight, pre-string or not, I ordered one pre-stringed one and replace another one with new string.

Racketguys is one of the only online stores that carry a variety of squash rackets. I have ordered from them multiple times and their shipping is always quick.

In addition, one of my rackets broke after only a few sessions and customer service helped me claim the manufacturers warranty. 10/10 will continue buying squash gear from them

I went to this store to buy a new tennis racquet as a last ditch effort after suffering from tennis elbow for over a year. The sales representative I spoke to was informative, understanding and knowledgable. I think his name was Mark. He did an amazing job of explaining to me the different features of many racquets and guided on the best racquet to purchase. I feel it’s a miracle that after playing with my new racket my tennis elbow pain is gone. I did not realize how much impact a proper racquet made. Thank you so much!

I have been going to Raquetguys for the last 5 years, great service but my last 2 visits I have been disappointed with the string work (before stringing i had left detail instruction) but never had been followed and the latest response " Customer coming to inspect string job done by RT. If not happy refund and inform customer that we will not be able to string up to his standards. He will have to go elseware to string from now on.

Awesome store for your tennis needs! Staff is amazing when it comes to asking questions about what racquet would fit the best for yourself. Their knowledge is also great for when it comes to recreation tennis play and competitive play.

Just writing to say I had a great experience at this Racket Guy Store. As soon as I walked into the store, a friendly Staff member named Brian approached and asked if he could help. When I explained I was looking for a new tennis shoe, he explained upfront that although this was not his specialty, he was more than willing to see what he could do for me. After listening to my needs with some severe foot deformities, Brian pulled out 5-6 pairs for me to try. Unfortunately, the bunion proved to be an issue and at this point, Brian introduced me to his store shoe specialist Ross, who explained he has been selling shoes for more than 20 years. Well, true to his word, Ross selected certain tennis shoes that were just a tad wider than the others and we found one that was a perfect fit. Although I don’t like shopping, The Racket Guys could not have been more helpful and patient, I would certainly recommend them to everyone.

I've bought three badminton racquets so far, one for my son and two for my daughter. I am very impressed with their product quality and fast shipping. The customer service is very patient and helpful, highly recommend.

I ordered a couple of paddles and one of them had a big scratch on the surface. I contacted the Racquetguys and sent them a picture. They sent me a return Fedex voucher and I dropped the box containing the scratched paddle to a Fedex depot. The next day I received a new paddle. I was impressed by the speed of service. Thank you.

I restrung my tennis racquet and badminton. They have all you need. Labor is not cheap but it gets done faster, compared to sportchek.

This is why you deal with Independents. I posted a experience that was unfortunate. Well, the Racquetguys cared enough to make it right! Thank you a very satisfied customer. Great customer service.

Drove down to Racquet Guys on the recommendation of my pickle ball instructor and was very glad I did. A staff member greeted me the moment I stepped in the store and lead me to a perfect beginners racquet, happily explaining the key features of that particular choice. The rest of the staff were also friendly and I left a very happy customer.

I bought 2 pairs of tennis shoes from them. The fit is not good. I want to return but they not accept them. Already filed complaint to Ontario Customer Help line. And the people working there are not friendly at all.

Racquetguys do not have a sense of a good customer service, I ordered a racquet online and I called just asking for assistance, the response is that they were too busy to help, well, I wont be coming back to this shop.
I called other shops they are happy to help not like RacketGuys charging for $50 for hand selecting racquet, that's too much.
I only asked for hand select between 3 random racquets to see which one is heavy or light, and pick the one that's in between.
The owner assumed that I want to measure the racquets very details, which is not what I asked. Even they asked me to come to the store and so I have to do it myself. The other shops they are willing to help which does not take more than 3min of their time, but I guess the owner is not that helpful in creating a good customer service just for little thing like this. Very much disappointed, I thought I would shop here.

They have a variety of collection however I don't feel the warm welcome when going in the store. It's my second best tennis store.

The demo program here is easy to access and is a great idea. There are demo pickleball paddles that you can reserve online to try before you buy, and I highly recommend making use of this. It just makes sense!

We were looking for a new racket with specific criteria and within seconds Amir came out with a recommendation. He is extremely knowledgeable and truthful. Great experience as always at that store.
If you need a new racquet and want some guidance, I highly recommend Amir & this shop.

Staff was not knowledgeable at all - I went here specifically because it had great reviews with people saying how helpful the staff were - I did NOT share that same experience when trying to purchase shoes. I drove quite far to get here too, complete waste of time.

I have ordered from Racquet Guys on numerous occasions now and I have to say they really are a top tier tennis proshop. The selection is absolutely massive to the point you could look through the website for hours and still not see everything there is. The first order I made, they had my racquet string right away and had it shipped out very promptly. My second order was shipped out just as fast and couldn't have been any happier. The only thing that bums me out is that they don't have a brick and mortar store in my Canadian city. I wish they atleast had a little neglected runt store so I could atleast demo racquets before buying them. I think I saw a demo option on the site but I might be mistaken but even then, demoing a racquet through the mail is a lengthy and painful process. Thankfully if you know what stats you like in a racquet then you can pick one without having to worry too much. Best site in all of Canada, hands down

Went in with my son for a new tennis racket. I'm not a knowledgable buyer. Chike took all the time we needed and answered all of our questions. He was super-helpful and I appreciate it.

Outstanding service and responsiveness when I needed to return improperly fitting shoes. During the course of several contacts (with real people!) they handled my issue with surprising promptness. First time customer and I would absolutely go back to RacquetGuys again. Outstanding customer service and support! My Asics (which I could not find anywhere else in the color and size I wanted) were delivered quickly and when I discovered a slight issue with them, customer service was instantly responsive, offering a discount if I wanted to keep them or a full refund if I wanted to send them back (I went with the discount because the issue was only cosmetic and these were seriously impossible to find elsewhere). The worst store ever appear. They do everything to steal your money. Be aware of them.
I don't give 0 because it's not possible for me because if it were allowed I wouldn't even give it a star.they are unscrupulous people who do everything to rob you and especially when they are faced with the facts they always try to pass the fault on to others and on different digital platforms. They are people with no values and no respect for customers, what interests them is to get as much money as possible out of customers' pockets, they don't even apologize. The most bizarre of all is that instead of apologizing to the customer and acting accordingly, they try to convince the customer that they are good people and that they charge multiple times because digital platforms did not accept the previous charges.
I don't recommend them to anyone to buy anything, the worst life experience.

I bought 24 cans, 4 of them were bad. Bring it to the store and was told that since it's opened, even though not used and not pressurized properly it's too bad.

I recently bought a pickle ball paddle and after six weeks of use it became defective. Customer service was very quick in addressing my concerns and they were able to replace it from the manufacturer within a very short amount of time. Excellent customer service and I would certainly consider buying from them again.

Amazing Customer service, I had ordered a tennis racquet last month which arrived with a manufacturing defect, and the team took care of that for me right away. Their responsiveness and attention to detail gave me no pause in ordering another, which again arrived promptly and well packaged. They have an incredible selection, and I found items that I could not find anywhere else, and at very competitive prices. Thank you for carrying so many specialty items and brands that may not be the most visible, but definitely have a loyal customer base. Highly recommended!

Brian and his team are awesome! My son is just starting out with badminton. Hard to find a good junior racquet locally. Found these guys, they responded to me even on a Sunday. I asked if they had racquet covers (not shown on website) and Brian even offered to send one for free if he could find one in his warehouse. Ordered Monday and arrived Tuesday. When you're a business that can seamlessly connect the customer's experience online and in person, you win! Brian has my entire family's racquet business in the future!

These guys are the absolute best! My 80+ year old father ordered a racquet from them and it was delivered in one day via UPS where another company could not figure out how to ship a racquet to him. My husband had dropped in prior to going to the World Championships for new shoes, and they were shocked he wasn't sponsored and gave him a sponsorship discount prior to leaving for Germany:) I recently placed an order and just received the email that the order is on it's way less than 12 hours from ordering on a Sunday!

Great customer service and fast delivery! I ordered a pair of badminton shoes from them, and they were kind enough to assist with price match, too. The order took less than a week, which is unexpected since I reside in the U. S.

Great customer services and good selection of products. Fast shipping too. The first shipment of my order was actually lost (a rare problem with freight forwarder) - contacted racquetguys and they were able to resolve the issue and reship my order the next day. Will order from them again for sure.

Shoutout to RacquetGuys! Great selection of tennis racquets at the flagship Markham location and other tennis accessories! Purchased 11 tennis frames and counting from them and incredibly happy with my purchases. Location is extremely accessible and parking is also great! Hoang, Sheldon and Jason are all extremely helpful so make sure you ask for them. Had a chance to speak to the owner, Troy; he is extremely easy to deal with and truly cares about his customers!

Some employees don’t seem to care to teach and inform people.
But Richard is the opposite of that.

Truly represented the "gold standard" in customer service. In addition, Store Manager -Jay Vandermoer's, strong leadership that he provides for his team was clearly illustrated during the crazy busy Saturday morning of June 12. I saw him always ensuring the customers were taken care of first - whether he was outside helping with inquires at all levels from customers waiting to come inside or inside providing assistance/guidance to whomever needed it. It was an overall pleasure to see a store treating it's customers as number 1. Great job guys.

Lots of good product. The staff are very helpful in finding you a racket that fits you. They have a wide range of assortment of pricing for the racquets and also carry a wide range of Accessories. It is definitely one of the go to places in the GTA for racket sports.

Good place to badminton racquets. The option of getting the racquet to demo is the best thing I liked.

This is definitely the best place, maybe in Canada to buy racquets, lots of top of the line racquets at great discounts and great selection. I've bought 2 racquets here, one at the store where the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, the second online and delivery was in a couple of days with no issues.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have experts in every racquet sport. Recently I needed to restring my badminton racquet and their badminton expert explained to me the trade-off for some types of strings (durability vs elasticity; power vs control) and inquired about my type of play before recommending me the right type of string. Also, when I bought my badminton court shoes there I got advice on different pairs and I chose the best court pair I ever had. Plus, the chief (manager? Owner?) there treats everyone like THE Most Valuable Customer.

Great shopping experience. Great selection. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They offer great demo program which allows you to try a racquet before buying it. Other places (Canuckstuff) barely let you touch the racquet in the store.

I heard of these guys a while ago but did not go to their store. I recently went and got a new pair of court shoes and also rented one of their squash racquets to try out. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I went back yesterday to have my racquet restrung and also left another racquet for them to add some weight too. When I got back, Andy informed me that they noticed that my other racquet was strung wrong from the last guy that did it (not from RacquetGuys) and they restrung it for me free of charge. These guys are amazing and if you like racquet sports, you do not need to go anywhere else. They have a great staff and great prices. Thanks a lot RacquetGuys.

The Racquet Guys moved to a larger showroom, the spot adjacent to their former. We went by on a Sunday to purchase a new racquet, we were greeted by various staff and were given sufficient support on racquet selection. I was particularly impressed with Jay and Mark - two well seasoned employees who know their business and serve with passion. I can see that Jay, the store manager I believe, supports the team hands on. We were asking about specification on certain tennis racquets with a junior team member, and he jumped in to support when the team member struggled a little bit. That’s good store management support, as far as I’m concerned, supporting the floor. Mark didn’t directly service us, but I observed how he gave advise to another customer, I went over and introduced myself and I got some tips on racquet selection myself.

It is rare to see the service attention from other big box stores. They may even compare better than other boutique tennis retail stores.

New location is a bit narrow but still tons of stuffs and choices, usually good and expert advise, not all but still competitive pricing!

I bought Yonex badminton shoes from here recently. Alamdar Murtaza was great help, providing professional and understanding service. They have a decent collection and competitive prices. Recommended!

I ordered shoes from them online. Best selection I’ve seen for racquetball shoes of any website. The selection is great, however the customer service from them was even better. Quick shipping and they took care of a warranty issue on a pair of shoes. Very responsive and went out of their way to help me. Will definitely buy from them again.

Kudos to your company. I recently ordered a racquet from RG through Amazon. Although there was an issue with the racquet, within a few hours of contacting Brian, a store representative, the matter was promptly handled to my complete satisfaction.
