Female dispatcher is very rude and hostile for no reason whatsoever.i had called the night before and arranged a ride for 8am the following morning.i asked the lady if she wanted my phone number or name and since she never asked, and said no.next morning comes, im still waiting after 8: 15.i called to see what was going on and all i get is "oh well we were waiting for you to call, we double booked so we have no cab for you" very frusturating and unprofessional

They have an employee driving for them, (whose name I won't mention) and he makes romantic passes to the ladies, and is rude and judgemental when he gets turned down! Likes to make girls cry.

Every time I call here to book a ride the representative on the other line is EXTREMELY RUDE. Their drivers have creeped out countless young women in Stratford by crossing many boundaries. I really don't know how this company is still in business with the way that they treat their customers. It's gross.

DO NOT use this company. When you call you will be greeted by the rudest woman and then when your cab doesn’t show up and you call back she will call you names and hang up. I will never use them again. I hear the same thing from a lot of people in Stratford about her behaviour. It’s staff like that thing that will be the demise of your business.

Extremely rude dispatch! Unfortunately such a rude women answering phones! ¡ drivers however great!

When I called, the woman/dispatcher answered the phone and she is so terrible and rude. My friend called like 3 times and the dispatcher seems like she cannot hear anything and I also used my phone thinking that maybe it's my friend phone who has problem but same situation! She's not hearing me and said rude things too like we were the ones who has problem. Tried asking one of my friend from other place and she then answered nicely to him. TO THAT DISPATCHER PLEASE CHECK YOUR PHONE IF IT's Working or not!
