The stay was not worth the price. When asking about the water, it should be provided. But the staff just asked you to bring your own bottle or purchase it. Also, the view is not that good. There was a big queue of checkout, and the management was too slow. The room was kind of average. It looks like an ordinary room even though ordinary rooms are better than this. Doesn't even carry out the brand image of radisson.

We had a great time at the Radisson.we were able to check in very early.the rooms need a makeover, other than that, I would stay there again.we had a room with a view, and it was very nice.

Great location (if the room has a falls view), so make sure you request one, otherwise it’s not that special as it is quite a walk to the attractions. Hotel is very dated and tired, not what you would normally expect from the Radisson group. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

First time staying here and most definitely not my last. The check-in was super quick and smooth. Shoutout to Alex, one of the supervisors who went aboye and beyond to make sure my boyfriend, pets and I were comfortable during our stay. Such a kind, professional soul. The hotel’s location is excellent, with really good restaurants around and fairly easy walk to the Falls. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Old hotel, looks visually appealing but mold in bathrooms and absolutely no view. I had the expectation to be in a better environment than my own home if I paid over $200 for the night

The rooms were spacious and clean, very comfy. The towels were thick and soft. We didn't realize at first that the a/c was controlled by the thermostat, but it worked great. The on-site restaurant was excellent and reasonable. Definitely coming back!

Thank you Radisson hotel and all the people involved in sending me my apple watch. UPS delivered it to me yesterday, they were all very professional. I'm very happy, once again thank you all very much there were 2 days of stay, nothing extraordinary, they made me pay $45 per day for the park but the worst part of my stay I forgot my apple wach in the room to be charged and when I tried to call the hotel the call was automatically rejected I sent it email, no one answered me back I'm already in another country and what will happen? Will they send me my Apple Watch or do they usually keep it people belongs, I would like to get my Apple Watch back, I just forgot because I left the hotel at 4.30 am
Can anyone give me any answer please

I was disappointed with my stay. The room was good. But there were other issues when we stayed there. Example only one elavator was working so you would have to wait atleast 20-30 min for it. We also paid $45 for closer parking but by the time we came back to the hotel from Clifton hill it was 12 am and there were no attendees and the parking lot was full. Not sure why they would sell more tickets then they have parking spots. I talked to the receptionist when checking out she didn't seem to care to give our money back since we never got to park close she replied telling me the hotel is full so the parking lot would be full too. It was a waste of money.

Stayed only a day but will definitely come back to this location. The view of the falls was phenomenal. Even our dog liked the view.

Unprofessional staff, I did my booking for a King room with Whirlpool and falls view after consulting the operator desk that my daughter will be included. Had cancelled my booking with another hotel just to go with Radisson, but to my dismay. They changed their stance and simply said sorry. Please never book this hotel as they don’t value their words

We stayed at the Radisson for one night for our honeymoon in one of their jacuzzi suites and it was a pleasant experience. The staff were all very welcoming. We were allowed to park our vehicle for the day before our room was ready so that we didn't have to pay for parking somewhere else. The views from the room was fantastic and the rooms were a little dated but very clean.

Very old hotel. Somewhat clean and location is good BUT bath tub wouldn't drain, it was gross and showered in a tub of water up to my knees. Parking is expensive and was forced to park off site (far) and walk as lot was full. Pool and gym require reservations so forget about that. Beds and pillows were clean and good enough. I'd recommend to pay more and go somewhere else. I'd never stay here again unless it was half the price.

I had a great stay. The room was desent and the staff very friendly and helpful. My stay was even better that I was able to bring my Bichon pup with me. I was a little worried as even though I have a pet, I have had bad experiences in the past with pet friendly hotels and their cleanliness. The Radison Niagara rooms allow pets but you would never know there had been an animal in the room. No dog hair, no stains, no signs at all. The cleaning team does a great job! Looking forward to returning

It was fine but certainly a disappointment when the radisson name is concerned. We got there, checked in at 4, and when we got to our room our bed wasn’t made. It was the mattress pillow topper, a flat sheet, another flat sheet, the comforter without a cover, and another flat sheet. By the time we woke up in the morning the sheets were all wrinkled up under us because we absolutely were not sleeping on an unwashable mattress. It was very uncomfortable. And, for a country that prides itself on covid awareness we were given USED toiletries! The seals were broken on our bar soap, lotion and shampoo. Never have I been given used items in a hotel and I never expected it during covid. I felt like I couldn’t use the towels or cloths either because who knew if they had been changed out between guests? Was our bed even washed? Very deceitful behavior of a hotel with such a large name.

They blamed it on lacking staff for housekeeping - not an excusable statement and that just goes to show they don’t pay their employees well enough to stay or attract more, or management is poor/abusive or benefits are low or non-existent. Do better by your employees, radisson. Don’t blame them for this poor review - this is purely the fault of someone in management not valuing their employees enough to allow them to do a good job.

We had a great experience at this hotel from the gentleman who was the valet and took good care of our handicap parking to the staff in the hotel who were very friendly. Our room was so comfy and the jacuzzi was just what we needed and the view was amazing to relax and view the falls was perfect.

The room was comfy, would have been nice to have complimentary bottle water. For the price we paid we expected at least water. The pool is barely a pool Lol. It was nice to be close to the falls though.

Great Fallsview room loved the view. Everything was great at the hotel.
DO NOT go to the IHOP nearby for breakfast $80 for seniors breakfast was our bill. Ask the staff where they would go and ask for ideas as to where to go to eat. Zappys Italian was great as well as Chucks Roadhouse as recommended by staff.

The room was amazing and so was the service! When you stay, request a room on the upper floors. The view is definitely worth it! Everything was very clean, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and welcoming Staff at the reception. Nice and clean room with a wonderful view from floor 13. The Manager went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable! Will definitely stay there again when visiting Niagara Falls.

Highly recommend this hotel. Pet friendly, large room, updated, clean, great location, walkable restaurants, helpful staff, view of falls, parking, will always stay here when in Niagara Falls.

Not the best experience. There for a golf weekend and check in our room and a half eaten sandwich in our closet. Toilet paper rolls empty.

Reported and nothing done. Checking out asked for a bill for parking and they said it was emailed. Wait 20 and still nothing. Ask politely for a printed copy and rudely told no. Understand I used Priceline. However no need for this.

Beautiful view. Clean and comfortable room. Front desk and specially Manager Ms. Victoria were so wonderful and very helpful. Refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave available. Overall very happy with my experience so far.
One thing i want to add as a concern is physical distance signs specially inside the elevator and on all floors by elevator. They only have one sign for 2 people inside elevator is on ground floor.

(disclaimer: I did not say here) the building is gorgeous and is an optical illusion of appearing flat from some angles. I know that it must have a great view of the Falls since I stayed right next to it at the Marriott. I’m reviewing this purely based off appearance and speculation.

For the amount of money we spent on the room ($500) for one night, we were expecting to have something great. Instead we got a view of the parking lot, outdated room with things falling apart, the room smelt like it hadn’t been washed in years, the A/C was very loud and sounded broken, my boyfriend and I both had a nose bleed and the sheets didn’t look clean. I brought up the mouldy smell with reception and the fact that we both had nose bleeds during our stay and nothing was done about it. Overall disappointed with our stay and definitely upset at the amount of money that was spent.

Stayed at room 1339 (Falls-view Whirpool Room) - The view on this room is nice, but we did not enjoy our stay. First, there was a leak on our room. Second, they cannot change the room after the leak. Third, lack of customer service. Fourth, window glass is a bit dirty. Fifth, loud AC. Sixth, one side of the bed is not comfortable.

During check out, the front desk only gave us a free parking. Without even care to ask us about our stay experienced.

I didn't get to stay because weather didn't permit flying and our flight was canceled. Manager Victoria apparently does not watch TV, she wants to charge me for a night stay because "it's not my fault that New York was flooded and flights canceled and its not the hotels fault either so I will have to pay, considering the fact that my husband drove in the storm, very scary roads with 3 children from airport to airport trying to catch an available flight. 45 people died because of the storms. This decision is so cruel. I wouldn't want to stay in this hotel.

The lower rooms are bigger and very well done. The jacuzzi tubs in large bathrooms are a plus. Dogs can stay and very affordable pet fees.

Worst hotel experience ever! I dont know where to begin! First of all, keep in mind that a lot of business were impacted by covid but like this hotel, some would give you no service at all and still claim a higher price and outragious fees!
I booked a room with view on falls and jacuzzi to celebrate our wedding anniversary! As i enter the room, the smell of the previous tenant #2 got to me! The room was not renovated since god knows when! Felt like i was going back to the 90’s. Everything was old and worn out. The jacuzzi had rust stain coming out of all its holes! (Did not even touched it!)
The hotel has no services at all, beside handing you the keys and charging your credit card for hotel fees (4%) and parking 25$/day. Oh, actually you get 2 bags of cheap coffee and 2 bags of tea.
This experience shows how dishonest businesses would take advantage of a situation to take your money for less effort. This hotel is a disgrace to the tourism industry and i feel sad knowing that people would come from all over the world to see the falls but stay in a place like this. It is staining the canadian tourism industry image and should not be tolerated to operate unless it respects a certain standard.

Just have one question for the management. Why cant we have the room number asigned once we make the payment? I was informed that the room was first come first serve! We wanted a high floor room with falls view. (Thats what we paid for) If we come late then does that mean we might have a chance of being in a 2nd floor room but still facing the fall but views being blocked by trees and other buildings?
Is first come first serve practiced all over niagara?

The staff were amazing when we got there late. The rooms are outdated and old i felt I got charged to much for 1 night. There was dust and stuff in the sink, hair in the tub.nice view though. The chair had stains on it and window was very dirty. The stars on my review are for the staff not the building.

I can't imagine having a more pleasant hotel stay. VIP status all the way! They never hesitated to make us feel comfortable and make it extra special for the birthday girl in out party. I highly recommend this location if you're in the Falls. WE'LL BE BACK!

I wanted to take the time and say how much we enjoyed our stay at the Radisson. Before we even went we had a special occasion planned for my mother in-laws 80th bday. With the help of Nycole Kreulen and Mary at the front desk it was a memorable event for her. Many thanks for the ideas, thoughtfulness and amazing customer service.

When we arrived we were offered an upgrade if we didnt need the sofe bed on our reservation and we didnt the room we were given had a great view of the falls on a higher floor check in was quick and easy and we felt welcomed everytime we returned to the hotel.short walk to the falls and casino nice pool and hot tub and dining on site

This is an older hotel, so the dated decor and accessories is understandable. What is not, however, is that the rooms we stayed in on our family vacation were dirty and grubby. Stains on at least three bedskirts, accumulated grime and dirt on the window sills to the point it was actually climbing up the corners of the windows. Congealed food on the walls of the microwave. There were a few other issues as well and we were promised a deep clean of our room while on a family outing, but upon returning to our room, found that only the 3 things pointed out with photos were addressed, not the full cleaning we were promised. For a falls view hotel in Niagara Falls, with the Radisson name attached, our party of 11 were extremely disappointed in what was supposed to be a well earned carefree vacation with family members coming from all over the globe to enjoy one of the natural wonders of the world. We are all disappointed in this part of our vacation. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting the usual level of cleanliness and service from a Radisson.

Won't be staying here again. Jacuzzi kept breaking down had to call maintenance few times. The roll up couch had a mattress which was so uncomfortable had to double up a blanket on it so my child could sleep on it. House keeping didn't even bother fixing the beds properly. Placed the blankets over the top and didn't fix the bed sheets underneath. Even made fuss over a late checkout request.

The staff are not responsive in terms of your request and calling the front desk and room service from room phone, they should call you back at least. No microwave and refrigerator in each room. It's a bad experienced and I will never choose to stay here again. I will never recommend this hotel to my friends.

Stayed here over the New Year's Holiday and I was very disappointed with this property. Out of all the Radisson properties I have stayed at worldwide, this is by far the most dated and run down. The view from the 15th was very nice but the room amenities was horrible. The toilet had a horrible stain and the room was dusty. The linens smell of smoke and very dusty, my allergies was all over the place and I normally don't get reactions like this. The lobby was freezing most of the time and everyone was wearing jackets. There are no proper lounge areas to relax or comfy lobby seating. The day staff was nice but the night staff was very rude. Due to it being new years we ended staying an extra night because we couldn't get any rooms at Fallsview and didn't want to take all our luggage so we paid almost $400 for that last night only to have a dingy dusty room on the third floor in the old section which was way worst that the first room. The only good thing was Tony Roma's Restaurant in the lobby. I would never book this hotel unless they do major renovations, update amenities and improve their staff quality.

When I first went in the room, it looked decent at first but, as I checked things over, I noticed that there was still residue left in the coffee machine and hair on the shower wall. Plus, the TV didnt work at all. It is quite close to the lift to go down to the falls and close to some restaurants like Apple bee's and TGI Fridays but be prepared to pay much more than your average restaurant for average good and service. The Radisson is one of the cheaper hotels here so expect to have a below average stay.

We spent our 1 yr anniversary there a couple days ago. It was fine. Couldn't get to utilize the jet tub due to a not so clean bath tub and walls, which had what looks to be snot on it. We went out n bought our own cleaning supply but half way through decided not to take the risk. The water was backed up in the tub which left us showering in dirty water. I think we were expecting better frm the Fallview. They definitely need to pay more time and attention on cleaning the bathroom though, thats expected anywhere. Other than the bathroom it was fine, nothing special.

Had the WORST hotel experience of my life. Discourteous front desk staff. I booked this hotel in advance. Unfortunately I was under the weather and called the hotel to cancel my reservation. I called the day before the check in date at 6.13 P. M. The front desk lady 'Carm' told me in her robotic manner that I was late by 13 minutes and they will charge me full amount in case of cancellation. I was blown away with this response. Normally in hospitality industry you cannot be so rigid with customers but she plainly refused. When I asked her to transfer me to the shift manager, I got the same bland response. WOW.

Anyways, I checked into the hotel the next day. This hotel is a low rise building (at least where I checked in) DO not be fooled by their pics. The room was also dingy and quite worn out. I must admit the price was about $180 plus tax for a stay in October but I would still consider amount decent. All in all, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL and RUIN your vacation. I would highly advise you to spend an $50-$60 extra and go to Sheraton or Marriott. However, If you are a 'motel 6' kind of a person, this place will be a perfect fit for you. I am sure after I post this review, someone from this hotel will write a cookie cutter message, saying how sorry they are and they will do their best to improve.yada yada yada. Yeah right!

Don't ever stay here. The hotel was fine but the valet stole everything of value we had in our glovebox. Not worth it at all - go to any of the other thousand hotels in Niagara falls.

Edit - as you can see below, the manger has replied publicly but has not responded to my voicemail. This tells you all you need to know. Shelley, I assure you that your valet did steal our personal items and I would greatly appreciate if you would take responsibility for the actions of your staff rather than publicly implying that I am either wrong or lying. Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Check in was very quick and professional. Room was ready and clean when I arrived. Everything was in good condition and clean. For hotel coffee, it was good quality and enough to start the day. Microwave and fridge were a nice addition. Bed was very comfortable.

Location was best, 5 minutes walk to the horseshoe falls. Rooms were clean and comfy. Staff was kind. Dint have meals at the hotel but the breakfast was ok at 16.00 per head (the kid was given a free meal). Servers were soo attentive! View from the hotel was awesome. I will come back if I get the same or better room. The room made all the difference. Special mention to Sunny, you were awesome.you knew what we were looking for. You are the one who will make us choose this property again. A BIG THANKS TO YOU.

Best hotel room by far. Had the best experience at Niagara, awesome view of the falls from our room. Highly recommend the fallsview room its worth the price.
Did not want to leave the hotel and the view towards the end. Very friendly staff and valet folks. Will be my go to hotel room anytime I visit Niagara.

Fallsview Room was nice. Great view of the Falls. No view of fireworks from the room. Everyone was hospitable and it was clean. Check in was simple and quick. Has pool and exercise room. No spa, but there is one across the street at the Marriott. Has a restaurant downstairs for breakfast and a little gift shop.

Staff who checked us in was very grumpy, I'd prebooked a room with a falls view as it was a special one night stay during a once in a lifetime trip with my 17 year old son and when i went to the room the view was not good. The window was high not very wide, had a concrete ledge/roof sticking out blocking some view and also the Marriott hotel was directly in front. So the only view of the falls you got was a bit ofthe horseshoe fall. I went and asked if I could have a better room with a view and all they said theyhad was a floor above so was number 538 changed to 638. The view was sligtly better as the window was lower and wider but the Marriott was still there in full view. It was not worth the money, it had no safe in the room either and it is being mis-sold as a fallsview room when it was nothing like. There were other hotels I could have chosen like the Marriott, the Sheraton. I wouldn't recommend it.
