Living out of town, I luckily stumbled upon this restaurant. The food was amazing.the brussel sprouts are a MUST have! The staff sweetened rhe the attentive and kind.

We went to the old location twice and it was great. Try the linguine Amalfi. Will visit the new spot soon.

I had to take out a second mortgage after eating there! $23 for an 8oz (not 9) glass of wine! The bill was $250 for 3 ppl we only had 4 drinks total. Outrageous prices!

We held our wedding at Radius and the staff helped to make it such a magical experience. All our guests raved about the food, drinks, and excellent service. Thank you, Radius!

Every time I come to radius I enjoy every bit of it. The food is always on point, the management is organized and professional, and the wait staff is friendly and well trained!

Thé bouncer at the door with the NY cap was so rude I would not recommend this place if your in the area there are much better place and friendly place in the area avoid by all means

We had a private event upstairs and the service was just awful - waitress was inattentive and rude to certain degree. Food was good. Will not come back again

We went for my friend's birthday. We had reservations and a bottle ordered. Waitress was friendly and fairly quick with our bottle and mixes. However, halfway through the night, while we were all dancing, someone came and cleaned up all our glasses, which still had alcohol in them. We still had half a bottle left, so we obviously weren't going anywhere. We just weren't happy to have lost a drink each from the bottle. Music was OK. Some good 90s and 2000s Hip Hop/ R&B. Vibe was OK. Bathrooms are coed, individual stalls, and there are only 3. So, the bathroom lineup can be a bit long. Overall, it was alright.

Attended a wedding here last week and had an amazing time! The staff were so friendly and attentive all night, and the food/desserts were delicious. Awesome space and vibe both upstairs and downstairs/patio. Would love to come back for a regular night out as well!

TERRIBLE service, do not recommend!
We were waiting over 40 minutes for our food only to find out they were busy with an event and hadn't even started cooking our meal. We got up and left to avoid waiting any longer. Thank you for wasting an hour of my life for nothing.

If there was a 0 star I would leave it. The two times my family and I have attempted to come to this restaurant the service has been non existent. First time we stood by the entrance and waited almost 15 minutes to get seated. Needless to say we left and they didn’t care. Second time we called ahead and they told us to come in as there were tables available and we would be served right away. We arrived 10 minutes later only for them to tell us food will be over an hour wait. Restaurant was pretty empty and did not look busy. We said we were going to go somewhere else and they almost seemed relieved. Terrible experience both times. We won’t be returning.

Worst service. Or should I say NO SERVICE. Do not waste your time. We waited over 40 minutes after ordering only to be told they hadn’t started to make our meal yet.
Wasted our time. We were told after 35 minutes that our food was coming out shortly. They said they had an event upstairs but didn’t find that out until 35 min. The rest of the restaurant was empty. Very few tables occupied. Awful. They may say they have good local food but with terrible service it means nothing.
Didn’t even get to eat there.

Radius has once again exceeded our expectations! This remarkable restaurant in Hamilton has firmly established itself as our absolute favourite!

The new location on Hess is a real gem, exuding an inviting and upscale ambiance that perfectly complements the entire dining experience.

Our server, Matt, deserves special recognition for his impeccable service. He was attentive, friendly, funny and knowledgeable about the menu, making our dining experience all the more enjoyable. Matt's presence truly elevated the evening.

What truly sets Radius apart is their exquisite cocktails and fresh food. The culinary team at Radius never disappoints. From the first bite to the last, we savoured every moment of our meal.

Th first time I went to Radius, I ordered the brunch chorizo burger with the egg. It was phenomenal. The second time I ordered one of their salads and it was amazing as well. I love the vibes and the aesthetic of the place. Their drinks are really well done. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I’ll definitely be going back for another brunch or dinner.

Radius hosted my staff event, and the food and service was 10/10. Having a larger group with lots of modifications for allergies and preferences our waiter was so kind and patient with us. He even helped us choose drinks, and made our guest of honor a special drink. Our drinks and apps were 10/10, and we loved that there was a DJ playing right behind us, it kept the groups vibes riding high the entire night. Thank you again!

Sadly we won’t be going back to Radius. We tried a few times however the new location is just awful! I shouldn’t be eating dinner paying almost $40 a plate to have security guards and staff moving chairs across me for a night club. The food is fabulous. The service is really good. Unfortunately the location sucks now.

Extremely slow service this weekend. 20 minutes to get our first drink? Also, very unfriendly hostess at the front. The only thing that was good here was the food.

We got the house burger and the roaster chicken, the best food I’ve had in a long time! We will drive from Mississauga again just to eat there it’s really good! Definitely worth to check out if you’re in town.

Bartenders and security are really on their A-game here. Have been visiting this restaurant since a few years ago and you can tell the atmosphere has levelled up, and its nice to see the same familiar faces as well. Keep it up!

Just left from celebrating our anniversary. Adrian was our server and he was phenomenal. He allowed us space and time to enjoy our night out (overdue date night without the kiddos) and didn’t rush us at all. He gave us great menu suggestions and accommodated gracefully when one of our meals wasn’t up to par. His service made up for the meal. Would recommend and suggest you ask for him. Overall a great night out.

Bouncers and security to this place are awful! Placing hands on women to remove them from the place for no reason. All of the head guards are dis respectful and ignorant.

We came for dinner and drinks and they kick us out of our table because we didn't order bottle service? Terrible restaurant etiquette!

DO NOT GO HERE. The bouncers here will put hands on you, even if you're a woman. This man in the pictures put his hands on 2 women without any arguments or cause to do so. These bouncers are VERY rude, ignorant and on a complete power trip. Please avoid this place AT ALL COST. Any other place on Hess st is better than this.
