Having visited numerous ADs, both locally and internationally, I can say that Alex has provided me with the best service and experience thus far, exceeding stores where I actually bought from. I understand the current demand situation for these watches and realize different ADs have different methods of allocating to their customers. In the past, I have walked into stores where the sales people don't even acknowledge your presence because they know there is nothing for them sell. With Raffi, I made an appointment the day-of and was warmly welcomed even though they didn't have any inventory available. I even had my small children with me and Alex immediately made a connection with all of us. I've had the pleasure of making multiple visits since my initial trip, and the experience has been the same every single time. Alex is always welcoming and greets me with a smile. I would refer any of my friends to work with Alex and I'm personally looking forward to working with him for many years to come!

This was my first visit and experience with Raffi Jewelers at Yorkdale Mall. I met Suzanne there and she totally took time to understand me, my business and what are my watch requirements. A rarely leave reviews but I had an incredible experience at Raffi Jewellers and so I felt compelled to leave one. And if you plan on shopping there, make sure you ask for Alex. He is very attentive, polite, warm, easy to talk to, provided great advice and made me feel like a valued customer. Getting a Rolex watch in the last few years is indeed an onerous process but since I was recently in Yorkdale I decided to drop in and inquire at Raffi jewellers. I have purchased Rolex and other watches over the years mostly overseas and recently a Tudor from the boutique next to Rolex in Yorkdale which is also part of Raffi A1 service by Kyle! Upon entering the Rolex boutique I was welcomed by Betty who was gracious, attentive and displayed a high level of professionalism. She offered the models I was interested in to try on explained they were for exhibition purposes and took down my info, it was indeed a very pleasant experience reminding one that great customer service is a commitment this store exemplifies. A couple of days later Betty followed up with a thank you message to advise the model I want is currently not available but will notify me the moment one is, all and all A1 service by Betty at the Rolex boutique in Yorkdale!

Your sales staff are incredibly awkward. I came by on the weekend and was greeted at the door like “wtf do you want. ”. The conversation with the woman on Sunday was terrible. She made our group feel like we are bugging her and to just get lost. I don’t think I’ll be getting any watches from here anytime soon.

Horrible experience at this location. Rolex really needs to train their staff. Store was empty waited outside for 10min just to hear from a rude sales rep that they are taking appointments only when the store was empty. I understand there is a storage of watches but this treatment is horrible. Very disappointed with Rolex.

Excellent customer service. I got the watch before my birthday as requested. The dealer is committed to get the customer’s dream piece rather than selling them a different model. I have had such a great experience with Alex that began during covid and as a result completely over the phone. He helped me with my first purchase and subsequently helped me with two very special purchases since then. I have never felt the so called pressure you hear about AD's making you have to spend lots of money on less desirable models in order to get the chance to buy or be on the wait list for the hard to find SS Professional models. The store is empty we used to do shopping from this store and we already bought 2 Rolex watches from there 3 years ago. This time the service is so bad they ask for appointment on line but when we went there there is nothing for appointment no inventory at all despite on the reviews some people said they bought one week ago. Any way when we went to other dealer for Rolex they r welcoming and they know from us what models we need. And they r following with us.

Very disappointed experience. They won’t help me to get my watch. I understand Rolex has low supply during COVID but the way they treated me in store is more like brush me off. They said you can call us to check inventory. But NEVER answer call! Finally I got my first Rolex near Markham Cineplex-La Difference Rolex within one month. Sales there are more patient and friendly. They understand your needs and current situation but still willing to help you out. I highly recommend Markham Rolex to everyone who wants a Rolex during COVID. Don’t wast of time in Yorkdale Rolex!

Susan was so attentive and professional. We were shopping for wedding rings and Susan went over and above our expectations. She figured out pricing, and was able to show some samples as well! (even though the store was under renovations).

Although haven’t bought anything here yet but I always visit and they treat me nice. Met Sarah today and showed me some beautiful pieces from Jaeger LeCoulter Reverso and was very nice about it. Usually when I encounter with the Asian lady she makes me feel not very comfortable as she makes me feel rushed to either buy or leave which is ok I just let her know ahead of time if I’m buying or just checking prices.

Interested at a Rolex here. All three of sales speak mandarin, that’s super convenient. Their service is very professional and friendly. However they don’t have the one in stock and can’t guarantee the
waiting time either, which is understandable as well. Bad side is, guess as I’m on the waiting list, the price is not negotiable. VS my friend got a black submariner here last year for 20% off.

This is the only place I'll ever buy my watches from. I have bought my watches from them and I've also taken my watches to them for service. I have been trying to get the Rolex Sky Dweller for a very long time and haven't been able to since its extremely hard to find.
Not only did Vahe and Alex made it a reality but they went a step further and brought in both the black dial and champagne dial for me to make sure I make the right decision (since I wasn't really sure if I wanted the black dial or the champagne one).
Vahe and Alex will ensure that you have the most pleasant experience and you'll never walk away feeling disappointed.

The wrost authorized dealer for Rolex. They have no respect to there clients and never have any inventory. Make sure you were a Rolex or a AP before walking in there so they can treat you with some sort of dignity. If your ever in the market to buy a Rolex I suggest finding somewhere else to spend your dollar.
