I had a fantastic experience working with Elena at the Raffi flagship store to find my wedding band! I had been searching for awhile for a particular style and unfortunately was cutting it pretty close to my wedding date. Elena helped me with finding the perfect diamond band and also assisted with getting a custom order in within just a few weeks. Not only did the ring arrive in time for the wedding, it was at an even better deal than we were expecting given that it was a custom order! Just to note, I saw this same ring at another store I went into prior to my experience at Raffi’s; the sales associates at that store insisted I would not able to get it in on time and did not help further. This really emphasizes how Elena went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service and focused on solutions, not problems. Elena also helped my mom find a beautiful necklace for the wedding day, she was so thrilled! I will definitely be returning to see Elena to purchase special jewellery again in the future, and I highly recommend working with her!

The Cambridge location is HUGE. Great selection of jewelry and time pieces. Angela Singh helped my husband and I upgrade my wedding band and find a matching anniversary ring. We were so uncertain about styles, but she patiently helped us find the perfect set to compliment my engagement ring. My new stack looks gorgeous and I couldn't be happier!

I was very particular in designing my ring, and thanks to Angela, the final product not only met, but exceeded expectations. Angela spent the necessary time listening to what I had envisioned to capture every detail. During our first meeting she brought out a variety of sizes, shank profiles, and designs to help make an informed decision.

My intent was to include three diamonds on the inside of the band along with a personalized engraving from my fiancée, to which she replied, “absolutely! ” Angela shared that the band needed to be a certain thickness to accommodate the internal diamonds, which is yet another example of expertise she provided along the way. Angela knew I did not want a thick ring, so she was careful in going as thin as possible without compromising the integrity of my special request. When it came to the engraving, Angela utilized her creative flair and had the team at Raffi inscribe something my fiancée wrote on a piece of paper – but instead of selecting a standard font, she was able to include a message in my fiancée’s original handwriting! We understand this was the first time it had been done in-house; I can’t express how much this meant to both of us.

Throughout the entire process, Angela would often say, “I want to make sure you are happy”, which speaks to her unequivocal level of care for her clients. In fact, when I went to pick up the ring, she stayed late just to see my reaction at first viewing the final product. I can’t wait to work with Angela again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a jewelry specialist.

I walked into raffis for the first time to do some Christmas shopping and was immediately greeted by Paige. She was extremely friendly and accommodating by suggesting various options and gifts in various price ranges. My BF is sometimes hard to shop for but she made the process easy and FUN! I will definitely be back!

Went in to browse stock and express interest in a particular watch. The S. A.was not helpful, didn’t take any information down regarding my inquiry and essentially told me I’ll never get the watch I’m looking for from them, meanwhile the S. A.is wearing the exact watch I’m inquiring about - very fishy.

On top of this, he took my watch to clean it and my watch was returned to me dirtier than how it was when I walked into the store. These people are holding the desirable Rolex models for their high spending clients, family and friends meanwhile the average consumer comes in just to have a sales associate politely tell you they won’t sell you a watch.

This will be reported to the Rolex regional rep via email and I hope they investigate the highly toxic environment this AD is creating.

Raffi in Cambridge is stunning and has the best selection of jewellery and timepieces in Ontario. The staff here are always friendly and professional. We always deal with Pierre and he makes the process fun and exciting. Rolex watches are extremely high in demand and we were able to get a few hard-to-get pieces. I am a regular customer at Raffi. Kevin and his team have always provided me with superior service! They have a great selection for watches and other jewelry items. Eric and Pierre are very knowledgeable always a great experience!

Years ago, I bought a small box chain and had it adjusting to the size I wanted. Unfortunately, I broke it and when I brought it back they fixed it, however the goldsmith did not realized the length had been adjusted and worked their magic to lengthen the chain.as this wasn't what I wanted the fixed it again.

Fast forward to June 2021. I break the chain again. It's not worth much BUT it has much value to me so I walk into the new flagship location in Cambridge.it's beautiful, sparkly and I am greeted by Maggie, who usually works at the Waterloo location.

I explain the situation and she checks to see if the goldsmiths onsite can do anything to repair the chain again. They are honest with me and advise while they could try the end result will probably not be what I am hoping for.

Maggie shows me some other options within my small budget. I know I am going to have to save more money and tell her so. BUT she is determined to help. For a tiny sale in the grandness of this beautiful shop she reaches out to the owner.

They worked with my tiny budget, gave me a credit towards my old broken chain, attached my charm on the new chain, polished it, put it in a fancy box and I walked out feeling like a million bucks.

I can not express enough gratitude for the way I was treated, Maggie's excellent customer service.she went above and beyond and the owners dedication to make sure I walked out of his store with something better and more beautiful than what I walked in with.

When I first started looking for an engagement ring, I felt overwhelmed. I met with Sonia at Raffi who immediately made me feel at ease with her knowledge of diamond specs and custom designs. Sonia asked the right questions and truly listened to help craft what my girlfriend and I had envisioned. Sonia helped us learn how to read "GIA" certificates, down to the finest detail. I especially appreciated the way Sonia distilled the information and focus our efforts. She would end each and every meeting by asking, "Are you Happy? I recently had my first experience buying custom jewelry at Raffi's for my engagement and wedding. The whole process of working with Angela and her team was very smooth. Angela's team provided 3D CAD models to help give us an idea of what the final product may look like. The final product was just amazing. Consistently the worst customer service. Partner and I wanted to support a local business for our jewellery needs over many years - we should have stopped going after the first time. When they temporarily lost my partners engagement ring, sized that wrong, then sized my ring wrong, that was the end. And their response to entire ordeal was even more frustrating. They take zero ownership for their mistakes. Not worth your time.

Went in for the first time to purchase a watch. Was given the red carpet treatment. Would not go anywhere else for any watch/jewellery purchase.

The building is gorgeous, they have every major brand and transparent pricing.

I will also add that when going to a place like this, I recommend calling ahead of time and discussing what you are after and making an appointment. As you should with any important/large purchase. This way someone can be readily available to assist you with their undivided attention.

I was used to going to the Conestoga Mall location but when I finally ventured down to the Cambridge Boutique store I was blown away. It's a really posh store and it has 2 floors (something you don't see in our area let alone the GTA). I went to look at a Omega Seamster, but ended picking up Brietling Super Ocean Heritage.

If you're looking for a watch (men or women's), you gotta check this place out or at least give them a call.

A bit of a drive for me, but really nice store with great inventory (so definitely worth the drive to Cambridge). I'm looking forward to visiting again with Covid-19 restrictions loosening up.

I had the pleasure to visit this store twice in the past 2 months. The new store is so beautiful and a treat to visit - I love the quality and uniqueness of the jewelry. My first visit was to look for a watch brand which unfortunately they don’t carry. But the sales person was very helpful and showed me other potential options. Although I didn’t purchase anything that day I felt she took her time and she did not make me feel like I was wasting her time.
Then last weekend I attended the onsite Appraisal Clinic and also brought a watch in for a repair. I received prompt and courteous service both then and when I returned a few days later to pick up my items. A special mention goes to Michelle who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will be a return customer!

I came into Raffi and was greeted at the door very nicely. The designer Hrag helped me re design my older jewelry into new up to date pieces. They turned out so nice. I highly recommend his work. I will definitely be coming back for more work to be done.

She showed me nearly every watch in the building with fantastic patience and a wonderful personality. In the end I decided on an Oris - wonderful experience, great staff and fantastic selection. No matter your budget, this is a place you want to go to! From Seiko to Rolex and even some in-house servicing, Raffi is a great place to buy a timepiece.

We purchased a watch from Raffi in 2013 (at Conestoga Mall at the time), so we had a strong preference towards them this time. Pierre is a very nice sales, and he was very patient during my visit and helped me to try difference pieces. However, my last visit with another sales wasn't a very good experience. I took my business to Humbertown Jewellers.

The worst customer service I came across. They looked at me like I couldn't afford anything there. Will not come back ever again.

He's one of the most down to earth guys I've met in a while and has made every visit to the store something I look forward to (even just to meet him). I took in my Tacori wedding band that I purchased from another jeweler in Manitoba. My jeweler no longer carries the Tacori line and therefore stopped servicing my ring (and ruined the finish) so I took it to Raffi during a family visit and without question, they sent it off to Tacori to have it restored to original design - at no charge to me - only shipping. Due to Covid19 there were unexpected delays but Angela Singh responded to all emails/calls - even while the store was closed due to C19. Amazing professional and friendly service - will definitely go back there! Thanks Raffi!

What a great experience! My fiancée and I were looking at wedding bands and we were both able to find our perfect rings at our first visit. Hrag was especially helpful and was willing to customize my wedding band so that it would fit flush with my engagement ring, and he did this at no charge for me! Although the saleswoman was a little pushy, Hrag gave us a great price for buying both rings through Raffi. He has been quick to respond to emails and sent multiple draft images of the customized ring before it went into production. I was pleased with the turn around time as well!
