Rude and impolite customer service reps. Stated certain services weren’t done on busy Saturdays. Meanwhile we are the only clients in the entire store. Least busiest place in the mall. Be kind or don’t work in high end jewelry retail!

The limited lifetime warranty I was told was only for if you had it and then something broke right away. The warranty should state that it is a time period and how long it is.

I had a wonderful experience at Raffi Jewellers and would highly recommend this location to my colleagues and friends. Albert promptly answered my email inquiry regarding a watch I wanted to have resized and welcomed me into the store. Within a few minutes, my watch fit perfectly and I could tell I was in the midst of a pleasant conversation with a fellow enthusiast. The other staff members I briefly interacted with were friendly and professional as well. I have never felt to welcome in a store and I am extremely impressed by the exceptional level of customer service I received.

Above & beyond. I am writing this on Valentine's Day but this is really a belated Christmas story with a happy ending.

I had a Swiss vintage quartz watch that had been sitting in a drawer for a few years. The battery had died. I came to Conestoga Mall Raffi at night a few days before Christmas (2021) to pay for a replacement. To make matters more complicated, the case-back had come loose in the car. When I got there the gentleman informed me that the watch expert was gone for the evening and, in any case, it would probably have to be sent out for service.

Since I was hoping to use it over Christmas, he (I believe his name was Wallace) offered to see if it was an easy fix. Fortunately Raffi had the appropriate battery on hand and Wallace was able to get the case-back snapped back on without too much trouble. There was no charge for this service, he said!

I have been wearing the watch on special occasions with no problems since. Whenever I wear it, I am reminded of the kind service I received at Raffi Conestoga Mall. Valentine's Day seemed like an appropriate time to express my deep appreciation for Raffi's passion for service. A heartfelt thank-you.

We dealt with Sabrina. The item we were looking for was not a stock item. Sabrina went the extra mile, sourcing it, bringing it to the store for us the next day. She deals with her customers with grace, class and excellent follow up. We will be bringing our business to her for our next purchase.

Beautiful jewelry but don’t rely on the staff to give you true and consistent answers. Every staff member we spoke too in regards to the ring resizing, and the timeline of getting the ring back provided us with completely different answers and none of them seem to be accurate. My fiancé was given completely different information when he bought the ring vs bringing the ring in to get resized. This has not made for a pleasant, stress free experience.

I recently visited Raffi Jewellers at Conestoga Mall as I needed to have my diamond cleaned due to a painting accident. The gentleman behind the counter, who could have been the owner, was happy to assist me. He not only cleaned my diamond which looks fantastic, but he also did my other rings. I was pleasantly surprised when the cleaning was no charge. I will definitely return to this store in the near future. Thank you for your kindness!

The staff are great! We dropped in on the off chance that we could get my rings cleaned and make an appointment to drop them off for re-sizing. The jeweler happened to be in when we were there, and stayed to resize, clean and refinish my rings! They look great and we really appreciated that he stayed to do the job, as he was about to go home when we arrived.

Raffi Jewellers is by far the best jewelry store I've ever been to. Chris is an incredibly kind and friendly person, and extremely knowledgeable about jewelry. He was super patient with my questions and was always happy to help, which was a breath of fresh air. I purchased a silver necklace for my mother because it was her birthday, and she absolutely loves it. I will definitely shop here again, simply because Chris is fantastic!

My fiancée and I had a great experience shopping at Raffi while purchasing our wedding bands. Albert helped us make our selections with kind and professional service. He informed us of subtle and not so subtle pros and cons of the selections we were eyeing, and explained the technical details we needed to help us feel comfortable in making our purchase. He was also very patient with us as we waffled quite a bit on our decision making. Overall, the ring selections were quite expansive and there were a lot of customization options to make it truly your own. I would definitely recommend Raffi Jewellers.

While I was casually browsing the watches they had on display I was greeted by Sonia (sales staff) who was a real pleasure to deal with. As a sales person myself, I appreciate great customer service which, in my opinion Sonia delivered.without any sales pressure! She's very knowledgeable and patient with answering questions regarding the timepieces I was looking at, including the jewelry my wife was interested in. I will be returning there again soon to purchase the Tag Carrera or Grand Seiko automatic watch I've been interested in.

We have been customers of Raffi Jewellers for over 10 years and have always had a great experience from sales, and afterwards with support and service. Everyone there has always been friendly and helpful.

I wanted to share a recent situation where Raffi really stepped up to help us. While on vacation, my wife lost an earring that was absolutely precious to her. It was a set that she got when we first met and it had a lot of sentimental value. It wasn’t an earring that I purchased from Raffi, but I went to them to see if it could be replaced.

They were absolutely amazing. The jeweller managed to duplicate the remaining earring and even mirrored it for the other ear. Raffi also managed to expedite their schedule to ensure that I could give my wife the complete set again on Valentine’s Day of this year. She wasn’t expecting it would be replaced and thought it was lost forever.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Raffi’s for their expertise and great customer service. I also want to give a special kudos for this specific situation to Eric who was great at helping me with my options and for following through on everything. He kept me informed and responded to my questions, even at extended hours. Thank you to everyone for making a sad situation a happy one again!)

Imagine letting thousands of dollars walk out the door because you hassle a customer over a mask.all the while your competitors couldn't care less and were happy to take my money. Raffi must be doing very well to treat customers with this type of disdain. I certainly won't ever buy anything from them nor will I recommend anyone else do so. There are so many other options, especially if you're looking at spending some real money.

Sonia was extremely knowledgeable about timepieces and offered delightful service. I would shop here again.

World class customer service! I came in for a ring repair on my wife's engagement ring that I purchased elsewhere. Eric M greated me as soon as I stepped in and made me feel like part of the team. He explained and showed me what had broken on the ring and outlined all of my options. Eric was extremely knowledgeable and a great lad to chat with as well! Definitely recommend anyone in need of customer service to look for Eric and if you need anything repaired, Wolfgang is a wizard with repairing things! He made the ring look better than new and went above and beyond to repair some prongs that looked to be wearing out. Cannot recommend these two enough! This is customer service like I've never seen before!

I recently made my second big purchase from Raffi at Conestoga Mall in Waterloo. Natascha and Chris were an absolute joy to deal with. They went above and beyond to make my purchase a special one. So far our service was superb. My boyfriend and I chose Raffi as the place to by our engagement rings and we were not disappointed with the customer service and knowledge that she had while serving us. Their professionalism was second to none!

I remember years ago taking my friend here to help him select and purchase an engagement ring for his girlfriend. My favorite part was the elderly employee, as well as her manager, literally pretending we didn't exist for more than 10 minutes straight as we tried in vain to get their attention and talk to them. To be fair, we were the only customers in the store at the time and I was wearing a nice suit, so maybe I wasn't their target market?

Either way, over the last few years I've quite handedly directed dozens of customers away from this embarassment of a store to spare people the.backwards concept of elitism? That this store embodies.

I was sitting around reminiscing with friends over the hilarity of the past situation and realized that I had never left feedback about their appalling behaviour and decided to correct this wrong. Enjoy the review Raffi's, it may be overdue, but, you earned it.

I’m currently 16 years old and came here to purchase my first Swiss watch. I’ve been looking at the Hamilton Khaki Field Auto for the past few years. I’ve went to this store quite a few times, and even when I said I couldn’t afford any of the watches, the salespeople always let me try on anything that I was interested in. I went to buy my Hamilton here because of how well I was treated during previous visits, and this experience was no different. Sonia was very nice, knowledgeable, and certainly understood my excitement.

The store had pretty good selection of affordable watches and luxury. The sales staff were decent and helpful but when I was there around August and was looking for a Omega seamaster 300 with white dial they didn't have it but they put me on a waiting list. I was there today and noticed they had it but I never received a call about it. Maybe I'm being to critical about it but I was annoyed. I could have bought it there but I decided not to. I'm going to another store. In the end its an ok store but don't trust their watch waiting list they just don't call you back. This has happened twice now. The other was for a Tudor BB58. Hopefully this helps at least 1 person. Cheers have a great day.

I had heard that Raffi jewellers only waited on you if you were rich! Untrue, I got the best customer service I have gotten in years! I did not spend a lot but the lady staffer treated me like I was spending thousands. I am a senior and sometimes people do not help you when you are shopping, this never happens at Raffis! When you want quality and exemplary service Raffis is the only place to shop!

Walked into this store today to buy a pen. I walked in and was not met or greeted by anyone. I walked to the pen section, stood there for about 5 minutes and still no response from anyone. There was a staff attending to a customer and three others having a "meeting" with each other no eye contact, nothing to indicate that they noticed the casually dresses guy who walked in and stood infront of the pen section. The meeting seemed to be more important than my questions or presence.

I love this jewelery store but I cant afford anything in it and what sucks is they have no credit stuff here. So i walked out sad. This place is only for the rich hearted people. We purchased a tacori engagement ring - it is gorgeous and the service of raffis was great, prior to having the bands sodered. I purchased the bands from a jeweller in New York - so the thicknesses of the rings differed. They were sodered with a gap between the band and the engagement ring which I hated. They explained after the fact that this was the only possibility- so there was a communication error on both sides - as I would have rathered them not been sodered at all knowing that. They offered to have us come in and adjust the problem which couldn't be fixed the way I had originally intended. I was very upset. Later that day I was contacted by the owner, who took time out of his day to meet with us personally & is now designing a band, free of charge, that will sit the way I had imagined. The owner went above and beyond what he needed to do & ensured we have the ring within two weeks even though its a complete redesign. Obviously the engagement ring means a lot to me & he felt the same way & is ensuring that we love the ring. I am blown away by how he owner treated us & is personally rectifying the communication error we had. This is a jeweller who cares about its customers - not just making an additional sale.
