Utterly disgusting experience. They don’t even pay attention what they are serving to customers. When i tell them that their is a plastic paper in this food it took them 15 minutes to talk about this to their manager. And on top of that they say we can offer you more gravy but we can’t refund you it’s against their policy. After 20 minutes of waiting they eventually gave my refund back by asking that we don’t do refund but its only one time for you. Won’t recommend anyone to go there and waste their money it’s not worth it. Very bad
Shubh has made it the best dining experience for us! We had the most delicious meal all thanks to Shubh’s fantastic recommendations and he made it the most wonderful dinner for myself and family! We love this excellent restaurant, recommend it to everyone and we will definitely be back! Thank you Shubh for your beyond excellent service!:)
Food tastes Amazing but the management do not have enough staff to serve the number of people they have in their Dine-in Area. Only 2 people working for all the customers in dine - in area.
Good food, service, music. Manav provided me with great service during my visit, and was very accommodating with few special requests for my dinner I had.
We love the food but the customer service is horrible. I understand at times it too much rush.but that doesn’t mean you will treat customers inappropriately. Please train the ladies at front on how to behave.
Pathetic service! Went yesterday, dined in and regretting. Order # 608.
Ordered 1 chana kulcha (delicious) and 1 plate aaloo tikki with curd (below average taste). It took them 30 min to serve it! That's not it, the 2 items weren't even served together! Chana kulcha arrived first and then after a couple of follow ups, the second item was served. All this when there were only 2 families (including us) in the dine in area.
At this lightening speed, I am sure one has to order a day in advance when more people start dining in or if the order is bigger.
The food is good no complaints but the space is very cramped. The lineup was made inside with no Covid protocol, dine in was open and the line up was just beside the table so no social distancing for sure.
Update Nov 2021 - Another Diwali.what the hell happened Rajdhani? A wonderful system last year replaced by what can only be desctibed as not very organised chaos this year. Totally un-organised 'buffet' system. The sweets themselves especially the jalebis nowhere near the standard of last year either. Only light was the ladies on duty who were polite and helpful.
Nov 2020 - Arrived early to try to avoid the Diwali crowds. Friendly staff and nicely organised with pre packed sweets in order to keep people moving faster due to the Covid hoax. A tip. Regardless of pretend viruses, please use this pre packed boxes technique on all major events (Diwali, Vaisakhi etc) going forward. Made things so much smoother for both staff and customers on these busy days. Btw the jalebis and barfi were both delicious!
Need to work on customer service. Specifically to collect the payment, they have to fix two girls and that girls should not be involved in any other activity. On the other hand, their counter should not be closed. One counter should be for pick up one should be regular customer. Other than that their food is tasty but they need to work on process of service.
It's a amazing place for sweets and food yesterday we brought sweets for my family the taste was amazing and we enjoyed alot.must visit for sweets and chat
Ordered food for take out, front desk ladies didn't even count the number of items. Called them in store for this complaint, missing items and they were keeping my on hold after calling them 6,7 times I gave up. It isn't about money or things but there is something called good customer service and this store has the worst customer service. Worst experience ever.
I could able to get the food as per my dietary preferences. I.e. (SwamiNarayan) vegetarian food including dairy products but excluding onion, garlic or eggs, if any.
It was good vegetarian restaurant. But now the quality of food and service has gone down. It looks that they are concentrating on opening new locations at the cost of quality. Their hygiene level has also gone negative. The staff is using a dirty towel to clean the buffet table.
I think they are racist. I was wearing a hijab and a mask. I placed an order and was asked to stay outside to wait for order but people before me and also after me were also going inside and many people also eating inside.
Everytime I place an order 30 minutes prior to pick up and I still have to wait 20minutes at the restaurant. Please get your heads and people together for a quicker service.
Loved their food, we went their for dining and it was a great experience.well organized for dining and take out. Recommended to everyone and waiting time was not more than it usually take to prepare fresh and good food.
I ordered one thalli, i had one dry paneer sabzi, once i had a bite of paneer, it taste very bad and seems like something made of plastic. Its for sure that i will give a call to the quality check department
I was very excited before ordering the food i ordered thali but everything was too sweet.every sabji even raita too. Moreover, very cold food Not worth the price
The food is good and delicious even kids love it. But the service is too slow. The waiting time and wait line is too much. They don't even have enough staff so that they can manage things timely.
It was really good experience with rajdhani I ordered one channa bhtoora and thali it was so delicious and their was wait and good food take time and it was really worth it.moreover try their kachori channa it is so yummy.
Simply love the wide variety of sweets here. Angoor rabri is my favourite and its lot different from other places. Great food.great prices.no doubt they are busy all the times.
Tried pav bhaji today and it was as bad as hell. It’s been 6 hours and still not feeling well. I feel like puking. It was so oily that one cannot even imagine. The taste was also very bad. Food I ate today there has made me sick. Donot use such bad quality oil so that one can get ill.
It was one of the worst experience I have. I came here last year. That time it was little good. I was here in Brampton civil hospital to meet my friend. I decide to eat in this restaurant. 1, very bad behaviour of staff at order place. No ethics how to deal with customers, talked with each other. 2. I ordered one tea. It was not masala tea. Idon’t know what they make. I added 6 sugar but still it was worst. I asked staff member about the tea. She was so rude and replied “tuhanu ee Pasand nai aai, sare lok peeke jande aa. Chad dvo naa peo. And the place was not neat and clean. Dirty tables. Wet floor
Busy place for sweets and hardly enough seating for the customers. The employees are running around in the back trying to finish the order but the cramped space and quality of food do not justify the prices.
Lately their food quality has gone down. I tried mango barfi and other food and it wasn't tasty. This place is always packed and you always end up waiting more than 30 mins just for small order. I have started going to other restaurants because of slow service
This has been one of the worst experiences I've had so far. I ordered 2 dozen samosas and thought I would pick them up on the way to my family's house all the way from downtown Toronto after work. I told them I would be there in about an hour. I was told that my samosas would be given away if I wasn't there in time. I reassured the lady that I would be there on time and if anything changed I would call and let them know. About 10 minutes before arriving, I received a call saying that a bigger order was being prepared and that my samosas would not be ready for at least another hour. I expressed why I wasn't made aware of this earlier and the lady proceeded with "oh I called you in advance". A 10 minute phone call in advance is not acceptable when driving an hour to pick up my order. All I got was excuse on top of excuse. Clearly they care more about making money on bigger orders than providing appropriate customer service. I was advised to cancel my order or check with another store.
Really loved the preparations at this place and there selection of sweets is amazing too. Only thing didn’t like was how disorganized it was at night when we went in to pick some sweets and eat. People were lined up all over and was a chaos regarding where’s the sweets line where’s take out line and where is the to sit in and eat line. Hope they fix it. Coz of tasty food I’m giving them 4 stars.
We came here first time. The service was outstanding.we got just small issue with food. But the all staff very polite. The young boy and lady help us alot. Thanks for your great service.we will come back again and again
Very bad experience. Every time i ordered for take out then every time they give the less quantity. Recently i visit there and ordered for take out when i open the food at house they don’t pack the food as compare to order although they charge for full but doesnot gave the right items. Realy realy bad restaurent
The food is extremely tasty, typical Punjabi fare, but delicious. Though the restaurant is "pay before you eat" and there is no table service, its the indifference to basic service to clean tables, jugs of water left uncovered. The evening when we visited was not busy or crowded. Will go there for Take-Out, not for Dine-in
