On oct 24,2023 we order catering from this Resturant and there is a cockroach in Manchurian piece even though other of them eat it and one of relative is sick. We called so many time but they didn’t cooperate with us and reply well that’s too disappointed and we called food and safety.

It was exceptional experience and food was scrumptious as well. Service provided by Sonpreet was great.

Loved the service by Sonpreet. She is pleasant, polite and understands what a customer wants. Liked the food as well. Overall a good experience. Will keep visiting.

We ordered Chana Bhatura, Butterscotch shake and dahi bhalla. Varinder was at our service, taste was mesmerizing and served fresh. Chocolate pastry was a show stealer, must recommend this restaurant.

Taste was good as usual.but the service was too poor.waiting time more than 1/2 hour for just 2 Chana bhatura. Evan Chana was ready all time.

Amazing sweets with vary variety and we ordered 20 boxes for sweets the taste was really good thanks for such a taste.must visit again for the same order.

Not a good place anymore, poor food quality, as a customer when you try to explain management the issue, they are rude, or do not respond.

No one answers the phone to take orders even though it’s super empty. Need to change management.

The business ethics & quality of food has gone down. I made the staff aware about this but they did not pay heed to it.

I have been here so many times, it’s kinda go to restaurants for my family. There food is above average no doubt, but the wait time is way too long. The customer service is bad, the girls they have for taking orders have zero customer service skills.

The staff here is a bit rude. Guess they got plenty on their plate to manage. I've seen many customers arguing here with them. I've visited many other branches, this one did not meet my expectations with customer service.

Worst food ever I urge you to stay away from this place for your own safety. We got 10 boxes to give to family they all returned it to me as the said it was stale and not good. I will never get any food from them not even if someone paid me.

Please do yourself a favour and stay away you'll save yourself. Eat from home instead

Like any other Rajdhani stores, the people need to learn how to manage the crowd.
The food is as good as your customer service. Both go hand in hand with each other.
Sometimes the wait time is almost 30mins even after you come on the time they tell you to come.
Most likely, will just order for delivery the next time. Atleast I will be able to track the progress.

Good customer service.we ordered bread pakora and chana batura for dinning.taste was good and we got our food immediately highly recommended.

Specifically asked them to cook the naan properly! But instead they made them almost raw, cold and extremely thick! They were all like Gum! The sweets too tasted old. Plus the curries we asked were has a complete different taste!

Just too very busy and not covid friendly. So tried ordering using their TicMe app, waited more than 35 mins for a simple order to be delivered at the door. After another reminder the lady brought out my food however the app sent me a 'your food is ready' message 4 hours later. What a joke! Pull up your act please.

We have had catering from Rajdhani and had a tremendous experience. Special thanks to Ravneet who helped us and went above and beyond with everything to make sure we have the best experience.

I called them 8 times before coming in to place an order. They just pick it up and leave it on hold for 12 minutes. I reached and was still on hold and they were not even busy just 2 people inside! I ordered just 2 bread pakoras and they made me wait 35 minutes for those. Horrible service! They used to be best Resturant in town and now they have really really bad service. Would not recommend it at all!

Best quality of sweets at affordable price. One of the best restaurant and customer service is also good. Staff help everyone from their heart to choose the best food or sweets.

The service is really poor they take our order make us wait outside and don’t even call when the order is ready and it has happen multiple times with me they need to improve their service and staff they made me wait for 15 mins and when i went and asked they said it was ready long back and yes i forgot to mention this my sister went in to ask if she can use their ladies room the staff was so rude and just said NO no curtsy at all from your staff teach your staff some manners i am definitely not going back to “RAJDHANI” again.

Please call you customers when their order is ready they keep waiting for their order and they have no idea that their order is ready you guys need to train your staff and teach them manners and how to talk to their customers and handle one just don’t hire anyone so unprofessional train your staff i m definitely not going back to RAJDHANI again and will tell my friends too about what i faced

Worst customer service, I called on the phone for samosa and pakode order they called em to wait for 30 mins …. Waited almost an hour still they haven’t prepared the order. The manager should have hired more staff or they should be telling that they cannot prepare the order with in the given spam of time. At last I cancelled the order and got it at doaba sweets at least they gave order on time and food taste much better than rajdhani. I would not go to rajdhani in the future.

Great customer service. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered chat papdi and chana bhatura on every weekend from this location. We just loved that. Must visit place for street food along with different varieties for sweets. Great! Hard working staff.

Today I ordered parathas and halwa poori it's awesome and the staff was very helpful as my children were waiting In the car they made my order ready in 15 min.the taste was too good.this was the 5 time I am visiting here and i always craving for Rajdhani food.no doubt some times they are quite busy so we need to cooperate with them unless shouting for the food.they guys are very hardworking.

Four extra rotis added they didn’t put they called me back when i was already on highway.
A girl who called me that we forgot to add rotis which I ordered extra she didn’t even said sorry about that we can give credit n all. Its not about 4-5$ extra which i paid for and i ididnt get food.
Your food is great but you need to work on customer service as well.

The service was great and the quality was awesome, we ordered 2 chat papdi and we got our order in 5_10 mins.it was yummy and they guys working really hard to serve the customers in quiet busy time and the staff was always happy to serve the customers and i must visit again here.everyone must taste their chat papdi.

Poor customer service by staff. They don't have manners to talk to their customers. If their food is not prepared then they should not take order or inform their customers prior to taking their orders. I have to wait there for 30+ minutes just for pakoras. 0 starts for customer service.

The experience was tremendous there. Love the atmosphere and of course, the food, it was very delicious value quality. Really great service offered by the staff members. Food is too delicious that you will even lick your fingers along. Must visit its highly recommended.

I went to Rajdhani today to order 2 large palak paneer in a box to take away. The lady told me 15 to 30 minutes. So I asked her why the wait when it's ready to go and all she has to do is to put it in a container and I am gone. She says no it's by q only. I advised her if I am ordering food that's fine for the wait but not far something which is ready to go. She says if u can wait 15 to 30 minutes then fine. If not sorry. Another gentleman next to me ordered metai and he was also told 15 to 30 minutes and goes by q number. We both left. What horrible service from them and owner only replies to people who write good reviews but the bad ones never get answered. Not for me again this location. Harjit Singh

Worst experience, as multi chain restaurants Chingocousy location has lack of operation management. You have to wait 25-30 min outside, they says they will bring food here.
Rather then reply to this review pls focus on customer service

This place will never take calls for orders I been trying their phones to save the time to go and order but the phone rings continually but they never picks it up and even though when you go there to order they have zero customer service skills and zero customer Courtesy skills and if you go through the reviews you will see the owner even chooses to reply only certain comments which praises them no wonder.fudu bande I rather spend my money somewhere else

Rajdhani Sweets in Brampton is well known for the best Indian food serving restaurant. Everyone knows it. But I just discovered that their staff is also very good and polite. They were having a big smile all the time, and they were pretty responsive. Awesome foods and amazing service. 10 out of 10.

Rajdhani is amazing North Indian restaurant where you can find anything. Today I ordered veg thali and the food was very delicious.

Over hyped! Food is average at best and some dishes are below standard. Many better options for Indian food.

One of the finest Restaurant in Ontario. Every dish prepared here is mouth watering and the most appreciated thing is that there is a huge variety of Cuisines available. Hygiene and food is also up to date

Outstanding customer service. Great food. They greet people nicely and in soft tone this is my favourite location.

Very poor service I want to gave 0 but there is no option for that. I make a call to place an order but they put me hold on more than 5 mint. In between they pick cal again put cal on hold the girl on the phn don’t know how to talk first she need to learn customer service. The employer should give chance to other how know better customer service

Went here for brunch with family.
Nice Ambiance. Not too crowded. No wait time. Ordered at the main counter & then got a table & picked up order from the other counter.
Good food. The chai was not that great. Too much cardamom to the extent that we could not drink it. Other than that no complaints.

Food: we ordered Channa bhatura at around 9. Never do this. They water down the Channa and it tastes so bland you'd think you were at Swiss chalet.
Atmosphere: if you like sweaty brown guys, who have no idea what personal space is, all around you, you're gonna love this place. (I'm brown, I can say that). They have this really annoying bell that goes off whenever someones order is ready. I get it. Fast turnaround. Except that fking bell rings 4 times for each order. When we were there, the counter went from 480 to 530. It was a lot of bell ringing. I wish I could give it a 0/5

It's a North Indian food joint very famous for Chola Bature and pav Bhai but has a lot other menu items. It's normally very crowded and finding a table is easily 15-20 min wait and it's self serve. Very competitively priced and the best thing which is a must try is Angoori Rabdi. It's wheel chair accessible. There are a couple branches in East and West Brampton, so be sure of the address since we had a couple friends who landed at the other locations and caused confusion. Please like my review if you find it helpful.

Their staff seems to be overloaded.no smile on their face at all.increase their pay otherwise u will lost customer slowly.also it seems their staff come underpresure when they see little line up.poor service.poor managment.

Food is good no doubt. People go out for change not to get hurt in the restaurant by slip and fall on the spilled water. Dine in staff not trained. If there is wet floor there should be wet floor caution sign put on. Booth tables unstable not disinfect. No less than dhaba.

Their food used to be good, I think their chef is changed as the food taste bad and very oily.

The servers were not very helpful. We paid for everything upfront for dine in, which is fine but we wanted to order some other items but had to get back in line to pay again. There are no servers walking around to see if you need anything else. The servings for dine in thali are minimal at best. Perhaps take out is a better option the food is okay but the company I had said there food was really good. I wont be coming back.

Good food but messed up delivery system. I again visited the place to see if there is any improvement. They messed up again order short this time. Will never go again. Worst place. Strongly recommend to avoid the place

Worst part was they gave me machine tea which i didnt ask for, i asked for hand made tea because of being diabetic, when i tasted it was machine made, when i complained they again manipulated the same tea with adding more milk, but again when i complained that they manipulated the tea, they were not ready to agree, when i took, vada and kachori that was redone and was not fresh and full of oil,

Request to owners please dont let your hard earned name ruined by staff who doesnt want to adopt the culture of service first with smile.

I’m from Washington DC and I like to visit Rajdhani whenever I’m in the Greater Toronto area, this was my first time at this location and it was a very pleasant experience as this location was very clean and staff was friendly. The food overall looked fresh and tasted very good, though I would say they should work more on there service time as it took quite a bit long for us to get our food considering it was Kulcha and some coffee.

Quality sweets, and lots of snacks options. Wait time is long; some time staff gets overloaded, and mess up the order sequences. Tight sitting area, with long queues of peolpe holding food plates, prefer to take out.

They serve good quality food. The rates are pretty reasonable as well.

But the service couldn’t be more disappointing.
Being a self service restaurant, all the servers have to do is to clean the tables and serve water. It’s really shameful that they can’t even get it right.

The last time we were here was on Friday afternoon. Only 30% of seats were occupied, but literally all the empty table were dirty from the food and dishes from previous customers.
After 10 minutes of waiting and nobody in sight, we ended up wiping one of the tables ourself. No one came to offer us any water till 40 minutes later (we were done eating by then).

This is not a one time occurrence. It’s pretty consistent with last couple of time we went there.

The management should really put more focus and try not to win prize the WORST SERVICE IN GTA.

Bottom line:
YOU MAY GO FOR THE FOOD, BUT YOU’LL HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THE LOUSY SERVICE.

Good place to buy sweets. But it's mostly overcrowded. I never bought sweets without lining up. Food is ok too.and service can be improved.
