I ordered food and it was not good at all. It was stale and you could just smell oil coming from it. The paneer pakora was difficult to chew as well food tasted like it was 3 days old

Every time we have to ask for the needy things, while having the meals I asked for the spoon twice and after food they directly bring the bill. They did not even bother about serving napkins after oil meal.

As always best vegetarian food in KW. Excellent service and quality food. Thank you to entire staff great food with respectful staff.

The chane we ordered were stale and had bad taste. The smell of burnt oil made is feel nauseous even on the next day. The quality of food needs to be better.

We ordered moog daal halwa, ras malai, veg biryani, veg pakoda, chhole kulcha and dahi bhalla.
First of all the veg pakoda, chhole kulcha and dahi bhalla was good.
Moong daal halwa was extremely delicious.
They were out of ras maalai though.
Now, most importantly the veg biryani which was worthless. Tasting like indori poha. Worst biryani I have ever eaten. Actually you cannot even name it biryani. It was masala bhat without masala. The texture of kulcha was amazing. They gave us veg samosa in replacement of biryani when we asked for little changes in biryani. I mean seriously does the samosa= veg biryani?
Definitely not going again!

I ordered chat paper and Chloe Bhatura. It was a horrible experience and I would recommend people should not go there as services for the food is horrible and it has no taste. I have been to their place and Brampton. The food is very good in Brampton. To Cut long story short I will never go there again. We should not sport such a Restaurant which does not provide good food and good service and no apologies when I told them the food was horrible and they charged me for among

If I would have the option to give 0 starts I would do it. Staffs are rude and doesn’t care about the customer.my food was laying on the table but none of the staff bothered to inform me. Worst customer service experience ever. The staffs are rude and behave as if they are doing favour to us by taking our order and serving. Would never recommend this to anyone for sure

Had to wait 10 mins for my order of samosas, my order was hot, packed well and condiments were good but the oil smelled bad, maybe it wasn't changed for long.

Please hire staff we have to wait half an hour just for giving order while siting here is only one guy for service so.

Small space, expensive food, they don't even give free water to drink as other Indian restaurants give unlimited free water, this restaurant staff is quite rude & charges $2 for a small water bottle which set of around 40 bottles you get in Costco for abt $3, shame on them for not keeping free drinking water as their food is expensive & taste isn't that great. I wouldn't want to visit this restaurant again

Dear prospective customers, current customers, and the person who answered the phone for my complaint.

Today is a Friday, the final day of the week with guests waiting for food that I was hastily picked up on my way back home from work. I come home and start to unpack my ordered food only to notice the desert items are incorrect. I was embarrassed for my out of town guests and upset that I should have taken more care in confirming the order I placed was the correct one. How could it not be correct, the gentleman who took my order inputted it correctly at the counter and his lady helpers packed my order and when I heard my name I was ready to go and enjoy at home with my family. I called the place back and instead of getting an apology, I was blamed that I ordered the incorrect food. I spoke to a lady who answered the phone, that this was the second time this has happened, the first time I had drove back after reaching home: 30mins away and returned the wrong order they gave me and waited again for the correct order. But to blame me and not your own operations and poor customer service is why I took the time to write this review.

My review: Today's food didn't taste authentic and my correct order was not provided to me.

Now I am not convincing you to stop visiting this place, I am writing to tell you that if your food doesn't taste good and is missing your rightfully paid items, do not call back the place to complain as that will not do anything and will result in being hanged up on.

I am taking my business and my money to another place that values its customers and makes efforts to correct/rectify their operations after valuable unsolicited customer feedback.

Oh, Rajdhani restaurant! I've been there too, and I absolutely loved it! The samosas they serve are simply amazing. I couldn't agree more, the handmade ones are the best. The taste is so delicious and satisfying. It's great to hear that Harsh served you. He's such a good man, isn't he? His service really adds to the overall experience. I highly recommend Rajdhani restaurant for anyone craving some delicious samosas. You won't be disappointed!

Food is all right as usual and same with quantity like going to normal Indian restaurants. Customer service is super slow. After the food is ready for take-outs they never let you know. Somebody just brings the food from the kitchen and puts it on the back counter and never let you know. The persons working at the register do not even try to ask you if why you are waiting. There's like 6 people walking around the food take-out area but none of them seem to care about customer service. There's no communication between them. Fix the problem. I have seen 5 take-out orders ready on the counter and so many people waiting to take out but none of the employees are asking order number or item you ordered, they just wait for you to ask if the order is ready. With me it happened 4 times already. My order was just seating there, getting cold. Zero for customer service. Also i have seen this a lot in many Indian restaurants is that we as a people do not know but most of the food is MICROWAVED not fresh. Thats how they make money. Get it together guys. Customers be safe

Second review- we ordered large box of sabzi and whole container had 3 pieces of paneer. Great job on saving money and fooling people. Also we had 1 roti less in a bag then what we ordered. Instead of eating I had to drink sabzi

We went for take out. The food was tasty. But the manager helping us was really arrogant and rude with the customer as well as his own staff. It wasn’t a good customer service. They could have done better.: (

Vegetarian yummmii food in the KWC. The customer service was excellent especially the guy who stood at the dine-in counter name was "Harsh" who took our order and served. No words about the Dine-in atmosphere, it’s awesome.
We ordered samosas, spring roll and chai, they were delicious, especially the hand made samosas, the stuffing!

We requested the server to add onions to paneer kulcha. If they charge extra for it, they should atleast inform upfront, instead of directly charging $11 in the final bill. And $11 for just few onions bits? Surely bringing a bad name to Indian restaurants.
