Best realtor in GTA. We found our first house with help of Rakib. He is very professional and helpful. He helped us in the entire process of purchasing the house.

We moved into our first home this week.

We were lucky to have Rakib Zaman as our realtor. Would like to share my experience with everyone.

We, being a first-time home buyer, did not have literally any idea about the home buying process and what to expect. From day one we received solid guidance from Rakib Zaman and that definitely helped us to narrow down what we were looking for.

We did not have any pre-decided plan for location or even home type. We had a number of sessions with Rakib Zaman where he tried to understand our budget and what is our preference is as a family and guided us to come to a decision. The most importantly he advised us to wait for market correction and choose the best time to buy house.

I have surely heard many stories of how bidding for houses a nightmare is and how hearts are broken seeing and bidding for houses one after another.

I must say, for us, the journey was short and sweet. We saw a total of 12 houses. We loved the 11th house we viewed and shared our liking with Rakib Zaman.

Rakib Zaman made the impossible happen. We did not even bid for the house, yes, we did not. Rakib Zaman contacted the seller realtor and negotiated a price for us. Only after the price offer was accepted, we submitted our bid.and the house was ours:)

I think we were lucky with the bid but honestly there were numerous challenging situations in the journey of our home purchase. At each point we thought, what to do now! But each time, with his years of experience and expert judgement Rakib Zaman showed us a way out.

The mortgage approval process was a breeze. He assisted us to get quote from 3 top banks, discussed the rate, finally we got best rate of our mortgage. I heard in this step few realtors blackmail their clients, we were lucky that we did fall in any trap. Every transaction was transparent and unbelievably smooth.

Rakib Zaman was always there at every step, he was available for house visits, phone calls whenever we had any questions (and there were numerous I am telling you!), finding legal, bank selection, mortgage and what not. He is very knowledgeable about the industry and the whole home buying process. There was never a situation when Rakib Zaman did not have an answer to our question.

Buying a property at near "peak" post-pandemic time was a daunting task. Specially, when you are a first time home buyer, there are a lot of factors to consider which we didn't have any knowledge of. I'm glad we found Rakib to help us throughout the entire process.

Dealing with Rakib Zaman has been a real pleasure. Even words will be less if I have to describe his dedication and patience.

To be honest, we have run to Whitby, Oshawa areas for 3 months from Toronto and so did Rakib. Never have I ever heard anything negative or impatient word from Rakib. We have seen more than 100 places, but still Rakib was really patient in choosing the right place for us as the first time homebuyer. He is really knowledgeable about this part of Ontario and that helped us a lot. I am a Post Graduate in Business Administration and have been in working in Sales for about 10 years in another industry, not in the real estate. However, I think I found Rakib Zaman as one of the real Gems.

Why?

A good Salesman can sell ices to Eskimo but it is very hard to sell anything to a salesperson (which is I). I found Rakib Zaman maintains a highly professional attitude in his dealings but in a friendly manner. His honesty made me feel good about him; I never felt he was pushing me to close the sale for the sake of selling only. Though he was my agent, I could consider him as one of my teammates who is working selflessly for my benefit, not so much worried about his commission.
