The customer service sucks real bad! I’ve seen these ppl at my building this week on Bathurst and as we walked in to get to the elevator to head to our apartment they looked at us and continue to talk with each other they saw that I was eyeing them as in wondering what they are about and nothing I get nothing from them. And I’m on the search for a new internet and tv possibly if they were warm and welcoming I would have choose this company, you need to work on that. The agent by tue loblaws condos are cold and not warm I do t k ow if it’s because we are black

support vary bad I've a simple problem and I sent one email request but no answer on top of that I make a phone call to the service support;
the operator took all the information and he told that someone will contact me.after a week no news.very bad

Big fan of Rally Internet. Have had them for months now and can confidently say great internet service (upload speeds sooo much faster than before) and great prices:) We need more telecom competition in Canada!

Internet has been down three in a span of 2 weeks. At this point, Rogers seems like a better option.

Edit: Internet down again for third time, 2 days in a row. Once last week.

I've never reviewed an internet provider before but Rally is just awesome. All the staff I interacted with were professional and pleasant. Signing up was fast and easy, and the plan was incredibly good value (around $45/mo for unlimited 1Gbps fiber, including hardware rental; I know they charge a bit more now). Cancelling was super easy, it was a 2 minute phone call including the menu/on hold time, and took effect immediately. I was even able to leave the hardware in the unit (at least for now).

Excellent staff and technician is always friendly and efficient the few times I have ever needed service! I haven’t experienced outages or issues with Rally would recommend to anyone looking for alternative high speed internet with staff that gives 5 star level of service!

Just fantastic service. I almost sound like I was paid to write this, but if people look at my previous reviews, they are mostly always negative.

I don't write these posts of good service too much, but Rally has done a great job here.

They cut my internet bill in half, gave me a free month to try it out and everything from instalation, all the way to the rented devices was covered.

I'm less than 24 hours into using their service and I'm so impressed compared to who I had before. Rally has made me realize that I should possibly seek lawful action against my previous provider.

I would definitely recommend service of Rally. They called a short time after my online request. Team arrived on time and were very professional and polite. Got a new service with rally today. It’s have very good speed with cheaper price. Both the technicians Rohail and Dillpreet very friendly and nice. They did their work with 100% efficiencie.

Just got really fiber internet installed
Staff was very friendly and both the guys who come to install Asif and Zafar very extremely cooperative and professional

At 400 Mbps with VPN this is a far better choice than Bell. The technician (Asif) was very knowledgeable and followed all health & safety protocols which made me feel safe with them in the house.

Just moved my internet from Rogers to Rally. The two technicians were in and out in under an hour with proper masking and footwear. They were very efficient and friendly and did a superb job getting everything installed. The internet speed has dramatically improved and we are looking forward to comparing the service to our former Rogers service.

Asif and Roheil were here and they did an amazing job hooking it up super fast. Thanks guys. I called yesterday and I am online today, which was also very quick - especially this holiday season.

I called yesterday to inquire about internet service for my mom and they provided exceptional customer service! They were able to get an appointment to install the modem the next day. They called upon arrival to let me know their ETA and came within the time frame requested. The two gentleman who came in to install the internet were super speedy! They were patient and respectful of all furniture and practiced social distancing. They both wore masks/gloves/footwear while touching everything, which I appreciate during the pandemic. They were in and out within the hour. Definitely a Happy Customer and highly recommend.

DON’T. JUST DON’T. Do yourself a favour. If you want consistent internet service find another provider. My condo building has a contract with Rally (formerly Frontline). A few years ago the Board of Directors decided to switch from Rogers to Frontline. There was some resistance but it was not able to override the decision. However over the years the residents one by one in both towers finally realized how bad it was. You watch TV and there are constant pauses during prime time hours to the point I don’t really watch network TV anymore. Wireless internet also keeps lagging so you have to turn your wifi off and on to get it going again. Once the building’s contract was about to expire everyone wanted to explore different providers. Several were invited to make a presentation and Bell was voted by a majority as replacement come March 2021. I can’t wait for the service to finally switch over. It’s not that I ever went without internet or cable TV. But the consistent pausing and lagging is definitely something I shouldn’t have to get used to. And my neighbours all feel the same way. I believe the condo board chose Frontline due to price. But paying less is not worth the hassle of laggy internet connection. It’s immensely frustrating when watching a movie on Netflix with your family on TV or even just a simple YouTube video on your phone. One time I experienced over a dozen buffers and lags in a single movie with several restarts. You really do get what you pay for. Save yourself the frustration and anger.

Addendum: This is not an issue from years ago. It continues and has gotten worse since the pandemic. I’ve been watching movies over Christmas and New Year’s. I noticed that when I watch something during the day the lags are not as bad. But in the evening, when presumably more people are at home using the internet or watching movies also, the lags are very bad. For the past few nights each movie paused, buffered and timed out many times throughout the film. Sometimes it took a few minutes of repeatedly going to the main menu and resuming the movie for it to get going. It completely sucks the joy out of watching a movie. I feel like Rally is like an internet “hot water tank”: When too many people are taking showers it leaves you out without enough hot water. It’s not about the building or unit layout. We’ve had Rogers and other smaller internet/wifi provider in the past and didn’t have such issues.

My download speed is around 877.37mbps on cable which is incredible for that price. Asif was really helpful and connected the services really fast, so far I'm pretty happy and my friends in the building are saying good things too.

Excellent customer service provided by Asif and partner. They were literally done in less than an hour. Based on what I've seen so far, my internet is a lot faster then my previous provider. Happy customer!

Just switched from Bell to Rally and so far I am happy with my internet and cable services and most importantly it is much cheaper. The technicians were very professional and efficient and they even came early! I would definitely recommend Rally to my friends.

Super quick service. Called them Yesterday - have my internet up and running today.
Customer service was very friendly, professional and informative. Told me about their cancelation policy without me even asking.
Technician was scheduled from 4 to 7. Called me at 4 to inform me he will be in 10 min.

All installation was done in less then 30 minutes. Even helped me with my own WIFI Router setup.

Internet Running awesome. A real time difference between my previous (very big ISP). I don't see buffering when watching YouTube.
