I've been going to this salon from its opening and I've never experienced anything like this. Today my daughter was getting her haircut and the lady cut her hair nicely but someone else came to blow-dry my daughter's hair. She wasnt really paying to much attention while blow-drying her hair and suddenly a spark of fire cut on my daughter's hair. This shows how much experience she has and this is unacceptable. You need to put people who know what they are doing and not be so careless. When it happened and we stopped the spark they said this happens and it's not a big deal. I don't think I'll be going there anymore.

I would like to Thank Rupa and Aman for the excellent and magic work done to my hair – Permanent Hair Straightening (Pictures attached). They are extremely professional ladies. They are more careful about their services to the client irrespective of amount of product and time it would take. They would give you a genuine advice before the Treatment. Obviously, they are not greedy for money then. They consider every minute details for the procedure so that nothing goes wrong for the result. They would complete the procedure in time with the help of excellent co-workers. For my Treatment, I would also like to thank two other colleagues- Gagan and Sofia.
I would definitely recommend their services to all family members and friends. And I look forward for getting all my future hair treatments from them….

Horrible experience! Please don’t go here if you want good customer service. The employees are rude and make mean comments. It doesn’t matter if you have an appointment booked because you’ll be getting a turn when they feel like it…. Even if it means you have to wait over an hour.

Terrible experience every single time I went there they do not do there job properly. They even do not know how to do threading and they always charge extra for nothing. I will recommend people not go there. Do not waste your money.

Don’t go there for waxing. Worst experience. Burnt my underarms with the cheap wax they use and charge insane amount of price.

Unprofessional don’t have much knowledge of make up worst make up I ever had! They even not cleaned my face no hydration lotion directly lady jumped up for make up base foundation wasn’t matching with my skin tone

Everytime I go there they charge me a different amount and its very very expensive as compared to other salons. I’m giving three stars because of GAGAN, her service was really good as compared to the girl helped me last time. She did a really great job. But they should really work on prices.

Terrible experience. When I go there every time they charge different prices for same service. They show different prices in there menu list nd they charge different one. If I argue with them they said ok it’s ok. But this is not good.

Terrible experience, the women took my skin off for Brazilian wax. I am so much pain from 4 days in a row. It was expensive too. Don’t ever go to this salon for waxing.
