The checkout clerk's service attitude is extremely poor and uneducated.
The price marked on the shelf was different from the price printed on her cash register, so I asked.
The cashier actually asked us to prove it to her
Her tone of voice was poor and uneducated, and her attitude was extremely bad, as if she owed her money
Don’t the people in the management of this store know about it? Could it be that the employees in this store are learning the habits of management supervisors?

This is my first time in this supermarket. I was impressed, fresh produce at reasonable prices. Fresh seafood among other things. I went early this morning and they were just getting busy. The checkout line moved really quickly. The staff is somewhat friendly the cashier's are very polite and helpful, even their customer service counter. I will go back there to shop.

Best grocer in the area! My favorite Asian supermarket! Got so many family members, friends and co-workers hooked on you guys, that they drive from Richmond Hill just to enjoy shopping variety at your store. I also want to compliment a lady at the hot table counter who once saw me at the food court at Vaughan Mills and remembered me when saw me here. I come to the store sometimes a few time a week and always bypass to say hello to her and get food. I also ordered party trays a few times and the food is always so finger licking great! Polite staff and amazing customer service is a huge key to your success from day 1! I'm really looking forward to continuing shopping here for many, many more years to come!

Their fish counter is excellent. Don't be put off by its appearance. Many interesting items for sale.

I got grossed out by the guy who was clipping his nails in the meat section. I cant believe my eyes, where's the hygiene here when you have your employee clipping his nails behind the meat counter. TOTALLY GROSS & DISGUSTING!

The cashier service I received was horrible. I had a bag of green beans and the bag opened and some fell on the floor so I didn't want the ones on the floor, the cashier yelled at me saying it was my fault and telling me I need to buy them. She was so mad she didn't even finish with the rest of my order. I was shocked

This is our go-to place for ready made food. Towards 5pm it goes on discount. They also have good produce like the apples. The butcher in-store is helpful, too. They have a fresh seafood section that carries wonderful salmon. Overall a great local grocery store.

Big, clean and well stocked Asian grocery store. Impressive selection of products. I live in Bradford and it's our new go to grocery store.

Typical Chinese supermarket, not that great service, cheaper grocery, but super weird that they start packing away their vegetables before closing time

While I am glad to see another Asian grocery market, I wish these people would recognize that a little bit of customer service will go a long way. You don't have to speak fluent English but making some effort would make me want to go back. Each time I have to ask for something and get such an attitude (flinging food and/or barking at me, when they can tell I don't speak Chinese) really leaves me little desire to go and now I only go if I have to.

I was at the store this afternoon. So many people were watching the cashier fighting with a customer. The cashier was so loud I couldn’t understand what she was saying, but it didn’t seem like anyone from the management level came down to resolve the conflict immediately. My child got scared of their fight. I don’t know what happened between them but I’ve never seen a staff member could have so much anger and yelled in front of everyone in the store

A Shanghainese woman cashier (based on what others were saying) starts to yell at one of their customer. I heard people were saying she was using extremely rude and dirty languages. I was in shock of her action and afraid of going back to this place. What if one of them starts to yell at me? What do I do? It seems like nobody even care about that situation and one of their employees came over after a long while, but seems like not helping. Nice environment, but really bad experience. Especially I was in a rush and was waiting in the line. I Feel bad for that customer.

Fair prices for groceries. Hot food area needs some work if they want to be competitive with the likes of T&T and Bestco

Best Asian Grocery Store in Newmarket. They are the most affordable, and have a side selection of produce and goods. I usually come for lunch when I need a quick bite. They have a great selection of sushi platters, pork and duck.

Very good grocery store, has lots of variety and frozen dumplings that taste like they are from a restaurant. Also really good candy section lol.

Saw the ad and went there one tuesday with my father for senior day 10% off.the stuff at the butcher department got long face. Throw me a piece of pork and went away where I still need some rib and ground meat.

Buyer beware! Very disappointed with the freshness of their produce. When I flipped over this papaya that I had bought just a day earlier, I find that this papaya has already gone bad. It’s hard to see that it’s gone bad when they package it in the styrofoam container and don’t let you see how it is underneath. This has happened not once, but twice already. Wasn’t able to get a refund either.: (

Very bad attitude, a very unpleasant experience for my family, We will never go to this supermarket again. I will also tell my friends around me to avoid this supermarket carefully.

The name ranch fresh fooled me to go in.the local apples are so mushy not tender at all.little store packages cucumbers taste like you soaked it into chemicals I wish the autorités chech these for safe eating the eggs were runny when I broke them. I wasted my money in this store.

Ranch fresh is a great asian supermarket that provides a variety of fresh produce and products from all over Asia. Items are fairly priced and if you are a senior, I would recommend visiting on tuesdays for their senior discount. The store is well organized and clean and usually never busy due to it being close to other supermarkets like T&T and Centra. Ranch Fresh also provides a hot food area where you can enjoy some classic chinese dishes.

Here’s more cheaper. I’d like to find something new for the HotPot, because here’s all kinds of fish balls you can get, if I can get more kinds of beef, that is perfect.

Recently opened Can-Chinese supermarket, with a decent variety of fresh produce, meat, poultry, fish, seafoods, dried & canned foods, dairy, etc. And a small eat-in area with freshly prepared Chinese food!
Have to look for the bargain deals.

Bought 5.8 lb pork, after go home measured less than 5 lb. Only buy things there by per package, not by per weight.

Not as fresh as its name suggests. Also everything is prepackaged. You can't get just one bell pepper for example. It is very packaging heavy and not environmentally friendly. It also forces a minimum purchase of items on the customer. Staff do NOT speak English and can't help if you are looking for something specific.

Store is very clean, seafood section has a door to itself inside the store which helps with the smell, vareity of fresh produce is way better than the close by t&t but for everything else is say t&t has the advantage. Both still can't match the variety and prices of fresh produce that Centra offers across town.

Is a big store with many varieties. Prices are reasonable. I would say better than T&T. However, most cashier are not willing to serve customers with a poor attitude. They never help you to put your items into the grocery bags. Not to mention to say thanks to customers.

Cashiers have no personality with no customer service skills and security guards watch your every move. Would not recommend shopping there at all. There are better places.

Very clean store with an above average selection. Always sales and excellent pricing on meats. Really good fresh BBQ meats. Hot deli section has a good selection!

A typical Asian grocery store, glad to see in Newmarket. The price is tad bit better than T & T. I'm able to find most Chinese ingredients here. I do find that their "specials" are not what they claim to be on their ads. For example, their 'fresh' meats on promotion are meats that have been frozen and hurriedly thawing. I've gone there a couple of times to take advantage of their special deals in the morning only to find out that they no longer have it. That means within the first hour or so of store opening, the entire special promotion has been sold out, which I find it difficult to believe as the store is not that busy in the morning. I suppose they don't care as long as they make profit at the end. And since I don't speak their language, I don't bother to complain.

New addition of a Chinese supermarket to the Aurora-Newmarket area. Fresh produce, lots choice. Good quality. This place is way better then TnT supermarket.

Larger Chinese supermarket (though I think t&t is larger), but personally I prefer Centra. Ranch fresh does have larger selection, but prices tend to be higher. Sushi is better at Centra.

Good place with great selection of produce, meat, cooked meals, etc. They have good promotions on products. Plenty of parking.

It was my first time visiting this Chinese supermarket in Newmarket. I like that it's new and there were a lot of choices. The space is bright and clean, and pricing was very reasonable considering that it's up north. However, some of the advertised items were no longer available or they were not displayed yet (the sale was for Fri, Sat and Sun, and I went on Friday). Also, if there would be less packaging/plastic on vegetables and fruit, it will be more environmental friendly. Overall, a great location for grocery shopping in the north.

Store is clean and neat. But easy missing from the street view because it is hidden inside a plaza.
