I had the pleasure of working with Adam Calergis at Randstad to find a job. I had been struggling to find a job through the regular routes (Indeed, Monster, Canada Job Bank, LinkedIn) when I came across Adam. He took the time to meet with me and discuss what I was looking for. He sent me job postings that I might have missed, and was open to discussing why they may or may not be a good fit for me. There was no pressure to pursue jobs I was not interested in. In the end, it took no time at all for Adam to pair me up with an employer.

On top of the great news about a new job, it was truly a pleasure working with Adam. He is so upbeat, with a positive attitude. He makes you feel like anything is possible, while still remaining realistic. The only down side of getting a job is not getting to work with Adam any longer.

Very helpful in finding me a great job, they are very quick and I started working within two days of me applying through them.

I widely recommend Randstand team, specially Oksana and Veronica. I had the luck of meeting them during a visit to my workplace. They are very kind and approachable. Worst experience ever with randstad.
They are extremely unprofessional, incompetent and overall a bunch of people with no common sense.
I am sick, and because i am sick and not able to go to work and put others at risk, i may be fired and called off the job.
They told me that my assignment is cancelled when in fact it is not, and i asked the company, they said they had no idea that this was going on.
Dont go here if you dont have to.

I had been wanting to leave a summer retail job from one of my own job searches because of bad managers.

Finding a job one month into a summer can be difficult as most places have already finished their seasonal hiring well in advance. Agencies like Randstad take this into their own hands, making your job search much easier. They do not ever charge you for their services, so this is an excellent advantage if you are looking for work.

Randstad not only offered me a better pay but was also able to place me in an even shorter commute from my previous job. The new job also offered excellent overtime rates and was a consistent full time schedule, allowing me to comfortably manage school and other projects far better than my previous shift work. There are, of course, several options for full time and part time positions, many of which you will not see offered on other sites.

During the hiring process, you will be connected with a consultant who conducts an interview and then provides you with placements you may be interested in based on your preferences. In my case, I spoke with Simone Pantin and Tiana Smits. Both were very sweet, professional and respond in a timely manner to emails and texts. They were quickly able to find a job and I started working within a few days of first speaking to them!

The job I accepted was a manufacturing job for which I will review towards the end of my time there. Randstad has provided me with excellent service and I can definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quick work, especially if you are a student and just need something for the summer.

Looking for a job is hard but randstad is way better than other agencies like apple one. I called Randstad milton yesterday because I live in brampton and milton is close but unfortunately they dont have work for me. The girl i spoke to was so friendly and told me about other jobs online and offices and also gave me the numbers to help me. I like that she didn’t waste my time and is honest but still wanting to help me and was nice.

If you have any concerns about joining a temp agency, don't when it comes to this branch. Kirsten and Dijana are amazingly kind people that got me work basically before I left the building upon my first interview. Go see them today and get a good job!

Instead of trying to come to a solution and help etc. They lied and said I was being mean and all this stuff. I just asked general inquiries in a nice manner about the process etc. These women deserve to be suspended or on probation.
