My name Ruby. I came in Canada last December (2022) and from the that time I received work just because of Crio (team member) and randstand. I really appreciate their service. I am very thankful to Crio. She always give me quick response of my mails.

Sends unsolicited text message asking me if I'm "looking for job" shameful business practice. I get enough spam messages without your help. Reported to BBB

I don’t want to give them even one star. Worst agency, worst atitude. They don’t know how to speak with someone. No customer service manners. They are checking the language proficiency for general labour job and saying to people that they don’t deserve it. Tiffany said, she does want to provide a job with lack of language skills. If you guys dont have job just say no, why you are insulting people. Tiffany, this lady is too rude. She was just spoiling company’s profile and reputation. I had very good experience with some of the recruiters there but this lady was too unprofessional and rude with my friend. Just kick her out from office if you need employees to work

Very good service, my agent Avery is very responsive and helped me find a good full time job within a week, in a location that was close to home.

I don't understand why these guys got so mad when I told them that i'm leaving the job they got me because I found one that had an higher pay rate and I needed the higher income for my circumstances. Like the job they got me that I was doing was only $18 an hr, the new job that I found was $22 an hr. I literally told them that I needed the higher pay so that's why I wanted to quit the job they gave me and start working in the one I found. They immediately said I was terminated and shouldn't call for work again, what kind of service is that I literally did nothing wrong? Whatever I don't need them anyway, this was at the Brampton Branch I was dealing with. Don't bother with this agency.

My recent experience with Randstad has been great. Thanks to my consultant person Crio, who helped me to get a good job and provided professional guidance throughout the recruitment process.

Do not even think of signing up with this company. They don’t care about their “ employees “, and I use that term loosely. I had an assignment for them at “ Westburne “ electric. Westburne had my contract terminated due to constructive dismissal. And because “ westburne “ is one of their big customers, they “ hung me “ out to dry! And actually it was a “ so called “ friend who nudged me over the cliff. You will have no rights with this company.

I reached this location 4 pm and they said not taking any more clients and they said it’s closed. Their work hours is showing 8 to 5. I spent 1 hour to reach there and came back with nothing.

The representative that worked with me was informative, attentive, quick to help with questions as well as finding the posting I was interested in.

My wife is looking for job and has applied for job multiple times on Randstad website and also has sent emails with resume to its employees. But not even one response for any of them. Also, their phone numbers never work and always says that they are not available at this point of time.

@Randstad - Responding to your response. If everybody has to visit branch, why would you post the job online and ask candidates to send resume to email id of employees, if you dont want to consider it?

Agency is good and has great job opportunities as well. But, the account manager for Randstad (Amarican drive), her name is "Romayne", is very rude and usually ignores all the texts.
I have never received her response on time. It is likely texting her multiple times, with knowing the fact that we never gonna hear back.
It's my request to management to let her know about her this behavior. It's not good for company’s goodwill. I request for email I'd or contact where I can share detailed information of incidence. Thank you.

Nobody pick the call. I called so many times. If you open the agency business you should at least answer the calls. I am trying to call this agency from so long but they never pick my call.

The service and care that has been provided to me has been nothing short of AMAZING! All of my concerns are taken care of, the team is understandable, and I feel no pressure to take an opportunity I am not interested in. I have worked with my fair share of agencies but none of made me feel as welcomed and cared for like this Randstad office. They Check in and constantly show that they care. Very disappointing experience I have made several phone calls and emails to the recruiters but no response from their side

I don’t know why they are here if they don’t want to answer anyone’s call. I called them around 25 to 30 times but they never ever answer. Although they uploaded jobs on their website I applied there as well but never get any response.

They are posting the same job several times and nobody is replying to the emails and phone calls. I made several calls but not even one is answered. That's the worst agency I've ever seen.

Terrible experience with this company they place me at tjx canada on October 1 and still am not paid for my work. No one is answering my call and recruiter said me that he is no longer working with randstad. They are excusing me. I would recommend never work with this company where they are playing with the rights of the workers.

My experience with Charlotte DCunha, my recruiter at the company’s Dixie Road office, couldn’t have been better! I was previously employed to Randstad last year and had an assignment that lasted 10 months then found permanent employment on my own in the aviation industry.

With the onset of Covid 19, I and thousands of others became unemployed so I returned to seeking work via employment agencies which was very frustrating as job choices were limited to what I was searching for.

After two unhappy assignments with two different agencies I saw a position advertised at Randstad that suited me.

I made contact with the Dixie Rd office and after informing them of my previous placement with them last year, we discussed at length what I needed and within two days Charlotte got back to me with a position she was confident would work for me.

The assignment I received has been most rewarding and I have been there almost 3 months and have settled into my new role quite well and the people I work with couldn’t be nicer.

Charlotte was there for me when I needed a professional recruiter and continues to be there for me on a weekly basis.

I highly recommended Randstad to anyone who needs a company who will have your interest at heart.

Very bad poor staff not helping anybody just sitting on their computers and they click our photos without our permission i can sue you guys.people are waiting to register from hours and staff is eating and having chat with each co workers please look into the matter and do something very very awful experience

No doubt Randstad is a great Employment agency for everyone who need jobs in their field of work and they provide better assistance as well. There is one and only problem that i find with them is that they never pickup the phone calls when i need help regarding jobs and also they didn’t take any courtesy to reply you back via emails as well.

Pooja is A Great Manager and Lydia is so helpful and patience in explaining and helping with Employment Edoc I had a very difficult time doing the Registration but with her help i was able to do it. She explain step by step instruction.
