I first had my recruiter as Niloo. Niloo was great! She ended up leaving and transfered me to Jose. I get an email today saying Jose left last week.no communication. I emailed Jose to check in. Jose's auto email directed me to two others. Both were/are away. I am starting to think I am unemployable. I keep getting shifted around. I did get some interviews through Jose. I had a horrible experience with a few interviewers. One person accused me of not actually being unemployed because my office room was too professional looking and my set up was too "high end for someone looking for employment and that I shouldn't lie. " I didn't think a really old g930 Logitech headset and a standard 720p camera was high end. I asked Jose for interview feedback because I want to get better and land a position. He replied with it was good. I am so frustrated from these experiences. I just want to work. I am a new immigrant to Canada. I was really excited to start working in my new home but have been feeling really defeated. I was really excited at first because Niloo got me a temporary position for a few days. It has been nothing since. I do keep getting auto emails from Niloo congratulating me on temporary placements I was never placed in?

Edit: I got an email update from someone else. I am officially on the back burner for Randstad. I will not be recommending them. Thank you for your time. I hope others have better luck.

The response addresses absolutely nothing. It's been 6 months with Randstad. I just keep getting the run around.

Niharika was great help to me in finding a full time Customer Service role. She is very responsive and the whole team works diligently to find you your perfect role. I recommend Randstad and Niharika!

I had Sahithya Kumar as my recruiter. He was professional in responding to my emails and updating me with what postings are available. I had to apply for 2 bank roles at Randstad and asked about the application process as i was told it would take a week. I always call and email him to ask to see if he received updates and he will tell me not yet. I have called him a few times during the past few days and i couldn't get a hold of him. He could have just informed me that they have moved on with other clients or the position has been closed instead of leaving me hanging as it happened on numerous occasions. I haven't received any job offers from this agency no matter how many times I apply for bank roles or other roles through randstad. If you can kindly refer me to see a good recruiter that has good communication skills in doing follow ups and can stay up to date I appreciate it.
