I’ve seen many good things about you on both your reviews and sites but I’ve applied to many different jobs on your website and not gotten an email nor call

The office door is always locked with a notice to book appointments via calls or email your resume on their email address. Call never connects to make an appointment. Their voicemail is full never clears that so no way to reach them out. Emailed them resume somehow after a week received the confirmation email that it wasn’t delivered as the recipient did not accept the request to connect. I literally don’t know how they get such good reviews after such an experience. Must be paid for sure. Don’t open an agency when you don’t know how to run one. Customer service is prime thing here.

I heard many good things about Ranstad before, but I can’t seem to get in contact with them at all. I tried calling, emailing hoping to get connected to someone, but I never got a reply.

This is definitely the best worker agency option out there today. They do a fantastic job getting you the right placement to fit your life and skill sets. Merlyn and Sam are the best employees there! I hope they take care of you also.

Randstad is a good and nice company. They are always accomodating and very supportive to the needs of their employees. As what I've experienced, they right away gave me a call and attend to my queries. Special mention and thanks to Miss Merlyn De Guzman who always assisted me whenever I have something to clarify on.

I see posting from this company everyday but when I call or email them I get no reply. Starting to feel like it’s a scam or something. I’ve applied to more than 5 posting and still nothing.

Randstad is responsive I have a couple of friends who are happy with their responsiveness. I think it's better to be silent that tell someone a more profitable candidate came along so let's keep doing our best.

I’ve tried contacting Randstad multiple times through email and calls, not one call back. I did however get an email back but I feel like it was fake due to the fact that to different people from Randstad responded to my email and when I responded back with the information they needed, I never heard from them again. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for a week now. At this point I don’t even believe there’s a Randstad and if there is they definitely have bad service.

Randstad is the best agency I have know till date and the advisor are very cooperative, they really helped me a lot especially Merlyn de Guzman. (London branch)
