Nice people but had a lot of bad experiences. Won't be going back again. 2 stars for friendliness.
Issues experienced.
1. Oil cap came off while starting the car a few months after oil change done there. 2.5 years ago, chalked up as just a honest mistake.
2. Gasket seal on exhaust was replaced but leaked after 6 months. Was corrected at no cost, though.
3. Tire pressure set way too high, over by 10-15lbs per tire when having new tires installed by them. 1.5 years ago.
4. Asked to check alternator as I noticed a sound from it. Told could not detect anything. Broke down due to alternator failure during 1200KM trip resulted in me buying another car due to delays on getting the part during COVID. (my choice to buy another car instead of waiting a week for the part)
5. Other car safety done there and over tightened alloy rims by over 40lbs too high.less than a year ago.
6. One of my back brakes that needed to replaced during their safety check which passed in New Brunswick somehow by another mechanics discretion (sold as safety done/passed). Now sounds like a pad in one of those new brakes is broken or lose. (will not go back there to have it fixed even though it's covered still) less than a year ago, less than 2900KM driven since installed.
