Before me a lady got fullhair colour and she was about to go for hairwash when they started mine, lady came bck got hair dried and she was showing them all grey's still i thought that happens sometimes and Got my full/ overall hair colour to cover grey and you all know how expensive that is. I left without drying because i was there for roughly 2-3hours just for that (i sometimes colour by myself and i knew this is not normal leaving haircolour for more then 1 hour, but trusted the so called experts). I contacted them right away with proof as it was all grey no changes at all and asked for little refund (not full refund) as i was leaving next day for a trip and i had go again for hair colour very next week, obviously somewhere else (Where i try to avoid putting so much of chemicals more often- its not just about the money) they offered me $100 facial for free LOL, i told i never have done or do facial - after that no courtesy to even reply. The whole family i assume (some members do not work there) keep running around for no reason, making clients uncomfortable-when u r getting things done and you can hear them having racist comments/ discussion about Indians (other country).

I went to Rani beauty. She was done an amazing job. She is very professional, friendly and fast. Not only that she has lots of contacts. If you are new to Hamilton, you will get lots of information from her. I highly recommend this place

I went here for first time she made my nice eyebrows she charged me 15$ for it. I got some many cuts on my eyebrows overalls it was good experience

Since moving to Ontario a few years ago, I have searched for threading place that does quality work and uses the green thread (IYKYK) and this is it! I have had my face threaded by the mom and both her daughters, and every time my eyebrows are perfection!

It’s not a luxurious spa, but they are welcoming, friendly, reasonably priced, and most importantly, their work is exceptional!

I have thin eyebrows already, after threading from here, my left eyebrow is almost gone from the end. 1st time i have seen this bad and i was charged $20.

Very professional parlor with a highly professional hair dresser and other services. I went for a hair cut and eyebrows and received good services. They also do boys and men haircuts. She asked for the Prior appointment and that was helpful as I didn't have to wait much. COVID protocols are also followed.

It was my first time coming here and I was pleasantly surprised. It's not the nicest looking salon however I got my eyebrows, chin and upper lip threaded for a decent price and my eyebrows looked great! The owner's daughter was the one who did my threading service and I highly recommend her!
