This is the third time I’m keeping my child out of school as we are supposed to have an appointment with the specialist here, this is the third time the appointment has been cancelled! Never again! Don’t waste your time find a more reliable clinic

My experience was amazing. I've been dealing with stomach problems and acid reflux for over a year now and this clinic (Dr Coomes) is the only doctor that is actually ordering tests and taking a look rather than just guessing.

They were welcoming, listened and made me feel confident that I am going to finally get relief.

I've told my family members to start coming to this clinic because the service was amazing!

Used as walk-in. Truly rapid access to a doctor. Text message system is very efficient. The possibility of getting your tests done in the same facility is also a plus.

Went there for an eye problem. I barely waited and it was on a weekend. The doctor who saw me (Coomes), was very amicable, pleasant and polite. I highly recommend this clinic.

I have a 4pm appointment and sitting for a long time in the waiting area but no one is here to assist. Few other patients also has the same 4pm appointment and doctor is on break. In the text messages that they sent, they ask us to arrive 30 min earlier. So I would say that either avoid coming here or don't rush to reach on time.

My 4 years old daughter complained about a sudden extreme pain in the ear at odd hours. When I checked for clinics open till late I was glad to found this one and made a quick call, upon calling you speak with a computer which asks you to send a text for quicker response. I texted and explained my reason of contact. I was advised to come to clinic. Upon reaching 5 to 10 mins before 11 I wasn't able to get in. Door was closed. Another visitors were coming out because of which I could get in but only to be told that they are now closed and I can try my luck across the street. I am grateful to this extremely insensitive and rude staff who could not emphasize or sympathize with me or my toddler. Thank you dear staff.

Came in for walk in because my cough was really bad. The wait was generally long which I was prepared for as many patients were waiting and our turn came after an hr 8: 30pm. We got Dr. Hamideh and he was quite resourceful. He suggested to get an xray for better diagnosis and determine the right treatment. Many previous doctors I've been to never suggested that, so I was happy. I wish I could get the same dr when I get my results because I loved the way he counseled and spoke in a calm manner. I just don't want my experience with this clinic end up with utter disappointment.

The clinic staff and doctor were helpful, professional, and kind. The wait time was not bad at all on a Sunday evening on a long weekend.

They also have this texting system to tell you when you’re about to be seen (2-4 patients ahead). Feels like they’re doing their best to modernize:)

Based on my experience they really don’t care about the patients like most other clinics they are workers trying to go home and annoyed with the customers. What really got me though and the reason I had to give a review, I called while having pneumonia because I wanted to find out if they made a mistake by only giving me 10 antibiotics pills good for 2 and a half days and the bottle says 20 which would be good for 5 (I was very nice and polite) the female worker that answered told me to go to the pharmacy which sold me the antibiotics to find out or come in and see a doctor, I told her I got them there, she then said ok so you can come in okayyyy and then hung up the phone… it’s not easy calling them and I was shocked that she handled the phone call like that I have pneumonia this place is not close I’m to sick to drive and was hung up on. If that was my clinic I would physically throw her out and not pay her she should not be talking to any patients especially not the very sick ones.

I just visited this clinic now. I always have been praising this place and recommending people to visit. I use to visit this clinic a lot but today I had a really bad experience with DR. ZARABI. She was extremely rude and discomforting. I almost had a panic attack talking to her. Writing a requisition was a very difficult task for her. Although I explained her all my symptoms and wanted myself checked, she was very disrespectful. I almost begged her to write a requisition. I’m sorry but I never wanna visit this place and be in a stressful environment again.

Just like any other walk in clinic except you need to fill forms to enter it, after seeing general dr you will not be able to see the specialist because they're so busy

Had a good experience with Dr. Arunasalam, who provided me with the right medication and diagnosis for my symptoms. The process was quick and easy and my well-being has improved drastically since the visit. The service was quick and the text service was straightforward glad to have access to a walk-in clinic nearby.

Terrible experience. Came here a few weeks ago and the wait was INSANE. After sitting in the waiting room for 1.5 hours, I left. The doctor called me 3 hours later asking where I am because they just called my name….
Came in again today and forgot my mask. They told me that there were some available in the pharmacy, so I went there but you have to pay for the masks— if you don’t bring a mask, the doctor won’t see you. Then, I go to reception, and they tell me I have to check in online. If I’m standing in front of reception, why would I check in online? Either continue to do online appts like during covid or get rid of this online system, it makes no sense.
UPDATE:
Got my prescription, but I needed a second one, doctor said there is only one prescription per visit & to talk to reception. I talked to reception (actually, the three teens standing/working infront of reception) and they told me I had to check in AGAIN and wait again. Ridiculous. They are also very rude to the people coming in. I am never coming back to this walk in. Rude staff, messy operation, long waits, it’s insane. I am very upset that I am wasting so much of my time here.

Excellent Service. Helped out in a time of Emergency. Only other option I had at that time was going to the hospital but Thanks to Dr. Hamideh, we were saved the trip. The hospital waiting time would've made my child worse. So happy to receive the quick service when everything else was closed.

I haven consulted with their doctors since August 2nd until September 12th, a total 6 times already, due to extreme pain in my bladder. I was first told I had a UTI, and I was prescribed antibiotics twice. On my third visit, I was able to have an ultrasound and an X ray done, and it confirmed, on my 4th appointment, a possible 6mm kidney stone in my right uvj. The doctor advised me to visit the ER to get a CT scan, and to get a referral to a urologist. When I got to the ER they told me the doctors at Rapid Access should have ordered that, and that there was no need to visit the ER, however I was able to get a referral to see a urologist in the next 2 weeks. On my 5th appointment with the doctors at Rapid access, I begged to get a referral to a urologist earlier as I was in so much pain, and again the doctor advised me to visit the ER again. I visited the ER again as instructed and got a CT scan done, and was prescribed medication to pass the 4 mm stone they found on my right uvj, as the ultrasound had already confirmed. I contacted the clinic one last time today to ask for a doctor's note to present at work as I am still in a lot of pain even with the pain killers prescribed at the ER, and the doctor advised me he cannot give me a doctor's note as he is not following my case, and advised to take the days off and then figure it out with my employer. This has been the worst pain I have experienced in my life after giving birth, and I am incredibly disappointed on how neglected I have felt after all these consultations. I have been struggling since August 2nd with so much pain, and I can't think of anything else to do, I cannot work, I cannot go on with my normal day.

I was slightly annoyed when my phone call was not answered by a human instead my call was converted to text communication, quickly everything unfolded nicely with a fleury of messages then a phone call came in. The entire process in the communication sequence was flawless and impressive, the visit to the clinic was incredible I was attended to treated and out in 15 mins, Dr. Dao was pleasant, to the point and very reassuring. My rating is a 10.

I would like to thank the Multispeciality team for providing telemedicine helpline. I was promptly and empathetically attended by the doctor. My prescription was sent immediately to the pharmacy. I appreciate the great work done by the doctors and the rapid access team during the trying times of dealing with covid. God bless you all.

Very disorganized. No one to speak with you. You’re left feeling like a number. Absolutely no care for humans looking for health CARE by the service staff.
Promises to get calls from doctors and you wait all day for the call - then they call and hang up. Then they text you and keep promising that someone will call and no one does.
I would rather wait months for a professional than visit this place.
Stay away and be aware.

The WORST clinic! Unorganized, doctors have NO bedside manner. They are trying to move everything over to TeleHealth and say they’ll call back with an appointment, but they do not return calls, nor answer the phone. They hang up on you if you call them. Save your time and find a different walk-in clinic/family doctor.

Absolutely horrible clinic, if zero stars was an option it would be.

My first interaction was at their pharmacy where their pharmacist all but tossed me my prescription without saying anything but my name and then told me to go leaving no room for questions.

My second interaction was when I was in pain and after going through numerous unhelpful seemingly automated responses I spoke to a doctor and explained some of my symptoms before he told me my prescription and hung up, that was the second time their doctors hung up on me that day.

I go to get my prescription only to be told my doctor messed it up and 4 days later I can't get my prescription or talk to the doctor, they even lied and said they fixed it knowing they never contacted my pharmacy.

Wow lol. Not even sure how Dr Ang has the best reviews when she was the worst with me. Very unprofessional as she made a inappropriate comment, also the way she handled my situation was disgusting. Don’t bother going here and all these 5 stars are fakes. Not even sure why I bothered to go here in the first place as I knew what would happen but I’m going somewhere else to get professionally looked at since these doctors don’t really care.:)

Horrible clinic. I received a text-message from them asking for my name, health card number, medical concern, location and phone number, after receiving a referral for a specialist from my doctor. Given the amount of spam and fraudulent phone calls/ text-messages which I receive on a regular basis, I did not feel comfortable providing this information via text-message to some number that texted me out of the blue and appeared to know nothing about me. I tried calling the number instead and spent over 2-hours on hold before hanging up.

I responded by text-message that I did not feel comfortable providing this information over text-message. I received the same automated message asking me to provide my name, health card number, medical concern, location and phone number. I responded again stating that I did not want to provide this information by text-message. I was advised to call the phone number I had called previously.

As I had spent 2-hours on hold the day before, I decided to call them right when the clinic opened the next day to avoid waiting on hold. Once on hold, my call was immediately disconnected and I received the same automated text-message advising me to provide my name, health card number, medical concern, location and phone number. I tried calling 7-more times. Each time my call was disconnected and I would receive an automated text-message from them requesting confidential information.

I cannot believe that a medical clinic is allowed to operate in this manner. Even if I could get through to them at this point, I have zero desire to use their services. Avoid this clinic like the plague.

This is the best clinic. I call them and a Dr called me after few minutes. Response was very quick and Dr listen my problem very kindly. They arranged the x-ray, and technician was very helpful & polite. All the staff was very helpful and polite. I will recommend this to all my friends. One of my friend recommended to me & their all family members like to go to this clinic.

Doctor’s/Clinical Folks who are attending to patients are very good in my experience. Be prepared to jump through hoops to be seen in person due to the dysfunction that is booking, screening and registration.

First of all you won’t be speaking to anyone over the phone when booking. You will receive instructions via text by a “ghost” booking department.

There is a major disconnect between the booking department and those manning the screening booth. The booking department will instruct you to physically attend the walk-in clinic, and furthermore assure you it’s okay to do so without a QR code. Booking will advise you that the screener will be able to screen you for covid and give you access to the clinic. Nope.

Once you arrive, the screener will look at you like you have two heads and ask you what you are doing there, despite being able to pull up text conversations between patients and booking who have told you to come. Then screening will proceed to tell you to leave, and wait outside (they don’t care that they are telling you to wait in the cold) until you receive a “phone call. ”

Eventually once you do get into the building, registration will also tell you to leave and wait outside, again. Then registration will have the audacity to accuse you of being rude, when you ask them why booking would ask you to come all this way to the clinic, only to be thrown out a second time while you wait?

Overall this dysfunction will turn you off the idea of even stepping foot into the building (I mean, it’s not like they want patients in the building anyway, they make that very clear). Shout out to Janet though, she’s the Manager tasked with apologizing to patients for this whole mess.

I would say come here if you’re desperate, but I would actually caution against that because you’ll be dismissed multiple times before you are seen. Just avoid this whole ordeal by going somewhere else.

I brought my brother in law to this clinic. Due to covid, only patients were allowed in. Unfortunately my brother in law does not speak any English. I worried a lot what the answer to his problem will be and how will I know. However, DOCTOR has come out from the Clinic with him and told us what the problem is, serious it was. I was happy to see this done, In a Circumstances like to this one. It was very helpful and I thank so much to great Dr. Bao

I was at the clinic on October 1st around 10: 00 pm and Dr. HAMIDEH was the attending doctor at the time. I was very fortunate because he was able to see me in person and provided the medical care I needed. Very nice and accommodating. I will definitely go back there again if my family doctor is not available.

I drove all the way from Vaughan to for the rapid access to doctor but I had a very bad experience there. Dr. Warwas was amazing, despite he was in rush, he listened to me carefully. But when I had an in-person appointment, it was awful! They said come 30 min before scheduled appointment but it was for nothing, just wasting time! And eventually I visited a Dr. 15min after my scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, I forgot what was a doctor's name, but she was in rush, she didn't even let me to explain my problems and concerns very well. I just recommend here for telemedicine consult.

Just came back from the clinic. I had an appointment at 2pm and was asked to come 30 min earlier so i went there at 1: 30.after waiting for more than 2 hrs in the parking lot, they let me in the clinic and then told me that the doctor I had appointment with is not available. They wasted my 2 hrs and then no one was taking the responsibility of this highly unprofessional attitude.the receptionist was so rude, instead of apologizing for their mistake they were not owning the mistake and were rude and unprofessional.i would not recommend anyone to go to this clinic.they deserve 0 star.

Reactive Service what clinic offers. Had been given an telephonic appointment on 30th July (Firiday morning) with an EnT specialist. Waited for a call through out the day and Reminded the clinic about my appointment 3 times on the same day. I have been told that I will be getting a call which did not happen even on next business day. When I called the clinic today, They told me that appointment has to be rescheduled. Have not experienced this sort of service from any pharmacy/clinic/specialst in GTA so far.

Dr Muhammad Iqbal (CPSO #94591) should have his physician’s license revoked. Never in my life have I met a more disrespectful person. He treated me in such an unprofessional and ill mannered way that I was actually shocked at the conclusion of my appointment.

He just refused to allow me to describe the problem that I was experiencing. He talked over me the entire time and was continually referring to a different problem (in a completely different area of my body). I did try to express the correct area of concern but I wasn’t able to even articulate a complete sentence without being inturrupted.

Furthermore, it was blatantly obvious that this doctor was only interested in getting more healcard swipes. What could have been solved in one appointment, he tried to get me to agree to drag it out over several. I said thanks but no thanks and went to another clinic.

I just left the other clinic and my issue was solved within 15 minutes.

I made the mistake of coming to the Rapid Access Clinic because it was more convenient.

Please do not make the same mistake that I made. Make an appointment with a proper doctor that will treat you respectfully and actually listen to what you’re saying.

I will be reporting this doctor as no patient should be treated the way I was treated.

Drove all the way down here to get some lab work done only to be told that the lab is closed because of Covid. Nowhere on their website does it state they are closed. Very disappointed.

Absolutely terrible service. This clinic called ME to book an appointment with a cardiologist for a heart monitor and for an echocardiogram. I called them back to RESCHEDULE ONE OF MY APPOINTMENTS! So what do they do? Insist I contact them through TEXT MESSAGE. Only for the text message to respond saying that the PHARMACY can help me with my request. Only for me to call the pharmacy and them tell me my phone call doesn’t make sense BECAUSE THEY ARE A PHARMACY. I texted back telling them this very information ONLY FOR THEM TO GIVE ME CONTACT INFORMATION FOR A DOCTOR THAT WILL BE CALING ME WITHIN THE HOUR. ONLY FOR THE DOCTOR TO REFER ME TO A SPECIALIST THAT WAS UNCALLED FOR AND UNNESSCARY. Alll i wanted to do WAS RESCHEDULE WHEN OF MY HEART APPOINTMENTS! Then rapid clinic tells me there is no history of mine at their clinic and that no appointment was made… MEANWHILE I GET AUTOMATIC TEXTS FROM THEIR NUMBER SAYING THEY CARE ABOUT ME AS A PATIENT AND ARE WONDERING IF MY PRESCRIPTION IS DUE YET. Absolutely wasted 11 hours today TRYINF TO RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. Absolutely pathetic service. RUDE STAFF VIA TEXT MESSAGES. And still nobody can help me reschedule a HEART APPOINTMENT. Pathetic.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
I initially was referred to this clinic back at the beginning of June and have had multiple "appointments" that are never followed through with on the clinic's end.
My family doctor re-referred me, was told I had an appointment the next day - waiting 2 hours for them to call but when they do they hang up as soon as you answer the phone.
When I called they said I was hanging up and it was
my fault.
Extremely unprofessional and unreliable for medical services.
I took time off work to be able to attend to this last minute appointment, but lost wages are not of concern to them as they don't care about the patients period.

Dr: Naser is the most unhelpful Dr I have ever visited. He did not even see me and he gave me a prescription on the phone. After an hour waiting at the pharmacy and the office keep telling me the prescription has been sent out which is not true. In the end I had to visit a different Dr and get a different prescriptions. Please be responsible and improve.

I am not sure of Dr name, since she didn't share her name in starting while we were talking, I was asking her few questions related to my problem and she banged the phone and disconnected.

The team at Rapid access and the doctor I spoke too were both very professional and amazing. Listened to the problem throughly and were able to provide the medication right away. No wait time at all. They had called back within 15 minutes of me providing my information. Super super quick. The doctor on the phone was very pleasant and professional. Really impressed by the service provided. Thank you so much to the Rapid Access team and the doctors working here for their service and time. You are truly amazing.

Wish 0 stars was an option. The worst care I've ever experienced. Called in regarding my 1 year old. The doctor literally said "well I don't know your daughter" when we were trying to explain the situation to her. You don't know any of your patients during the first phone call with them. That doctor should really rethink their career because clearly they do not have any passion for helping others. She just was trying to get us off the phone as quickly as possible and did not care to help or answer any questions. Seriously do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs.

Very well managed during Covid. They have a reception/ booth at the entrance (well enclosed) which takes apportionment details. We stay in our vehicle until doctor calls; so no wait inside the clinic with other patients. Doctor was quick and efficient.

This facility is amazing
Everything you need under one roof
Special regards to Magdalena in the Ultrasound department, she is kind, patient and attentive. The like details do matter, like warm gel for the ultrasounds and a double gown when it is cold.
