Unless you are a patient of the doctor that is working that specific night you will be turned away, even if this is the only walk in your doctor specifically said is the ONLY one you can go to.

What a horrible set up. The office tells you to call the walk in or the Rapids quick access and they tell you that you have to be sick for 72 hours before they will help you.
They tell you to go to the emerge or walk in and we all know how they run. Free health care with restrictions and rules that are so ridiculously ridiculous no one can get care. I miss Dr. MIKE

The after hours clinic nurse I saw was just miserable I used to be able to go to this clinic then suddenly they decided to no longer take patients that didn’t belong to the clinics doctors what’s the point of a walk in clinic that turns ppl away in need have some human decency and compassion for others but I guess screw the hippocratic oath if your just in the medical field for the pay check do us a favour find something you actually enjoy.

Absolutely disgusted with their lack of compassion for people in need of medical care.

Very rude receptionist that answered the phone sounds like a younger lady /girl! Hangs up on me

They say last walk in is at 7 pm and we were sent back even after reaching there at 6.30 pm and waiting there after seeing the receptionist. Very bad.
