Came here couple of times with my daughter, find it useful, the personal are very kind and very professional. But prepare for a very very long waiting.
I did go to this services in Toronto and I like it more though, I think in Toronto they have more experience and are more organized. Nothing wrong here, just they take so long to give the results and keep no data for the next time, is a one time service. That I think should improve.
But they help us, no doubt.

I come here often and the staff are as friendly as they get. I feel very welcomed inside and am instantly comforted by the familiar vibes. I'd reccomend this place fod beginner's counselling and whatnot.
